Katie Holmes, who will appear in the horror film Don’t Be Afraid of the Dark later this year, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Spanish Vogue magazine. Aussie pop queen Kylie Minogue, who is famously dating hot Spaniard model Andrés Velencoso and recently spent the holidays with his family in Spain, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Spanish Vogue magazine … purely by coincidence, I’m sure ;) Unfortch Kylie‘s Spanish Vogue covestory is not available online but we do have a bunch of pretty pictures to look at … like her coverphoto:

I am thrilled that Kylie is getting some attention these days with this new magazine spread, especially since her younger sister has been hogging all of the media attention what with her being pregs with her first child and all ;) Those Minogue sisters … they’ll do whatever it takes to outshine the other. Back in May we saw photos of Lindsay Lohan on the SoCal set of a photoshoot for Spanish Vogue magazine. At the time, we got to see quite a few shots that were up for contention to be published in Vogue España as well as a few behind the scenes photos that would most deff not be included in the spread. Here is Lindsay‘s coverphoto of Vogue España along with a portion of her coverstory article:

Yes, the article is in Spanish and I have NO IDEA what is says … but the cover of the magazine does refer to L. Lo as “la nueva Marilyn” — the new Marilyn Monroe and my guess is that is the tone of the article. Nonetheless, the accompanying photospread can be enjoyed by readers of any language. Lindsay Lohan, who has been back to creepin’ in the wee hours with her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson here in SoCal lately, was spotted in the hills of Hollywood all glammed up in the guise of her idol Marilyn Monroe for a photoshoot for Spanish Vogue magazine. Here are a few pics of the once-again platinum blonde Lindsay on the set of her Vogue shoot yesterday afternoon:

I love these pics!! I think she looks good with the flouncy blonde hair. I’m fairly certain that all this blondeness is fake hair but she wears it well (tho, I do prefer her with her natural red hair color). Lindsay owes much to the genius work by her hairdresser Andy Lecompte (pictured with her, who has also worked on pretty much everyone’s hair in Hollywood … he was styling Madonna‘s hair when I met her back in October 2005).
