Okay, one more offering from the amazing new Music Issue of V magazine to share today … as some of you may be well aware, the FANTASTIC band Garbage are readying the release of a NEW album this year which, naturally, means that V magazine wanted to feature them in their annual Music Issue. BUT, as has always been the case with Garbage, the focus is solely on frontwoman Shirley Manson. Thus far, we’ve seen photos of Sky Ferreira (channeling Madonna) and Justin Bieber (channeling a Barbie doll) in the pages of the upcoming Music Issue of V magazine. Right now we get to see photos of our dear Britney Spears as featured in the same mag. Britney is featured alongside members of her Femme Fatale Tour team including her managers Larry Rudolph & Adam Lieber, her assistant Brett Miller and more. At the start of this week, popstar Sky Ferreira tweeted a photo from her V magazine photoshoot where she got all dolled up as Madonna for the mag’s annual Music Issue. Sky informed us that her spread was shot by famed photographer Mario Testino and that the rest of the photos would be released soon. Today, we get to see a batch of Sky‘s Madonna-inspired photos for V magazine as we preview the upcoming Music Issue. Check out wannabe Sky in various Madonna drag below.

Pop star Sky Ferrerira posted a photo to her official Twitter profile from a photoshoot she did with Mario Testino for an upcoming spread in V magazine. Sky will be featured in the mag’s Music Issue and will be channeling Madonna‘s iconic style in the spread. On Monday we got a sneak peek at Britney Spears on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of V magazine. Today we not only get to see her full V mag photospread in full but we also get to read the text of her interview with the magazine. The photos are beautiful and the interview is, well, an interview — actual album promo! Check it all out below.

A few weeks ago it was reported that Britney Spears posed for Mario Testino for a new photoshoot. It was speculated that the shoot was for the album artwork for Britney‘s upcoming new album Femme Fatale. It turns out, instead, that the shoot was for an upcoming cover feature for V magazine! E! News brings us our first look at the tri-fold cover and magazine spread along with a few quotes from the coverstory article. According to our dear Britney herself, “The Bitch is back and better than before.”

New rap superstar Nicki Minaj is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of V magazine. In her coverstory interview, Nicki explains what it takes for her to be able to do her thing … and she makes it plainly clear that she is the big boss in charge of everything she does. Her accompanying photospread is a sight to see … and totally Nicki Minaj:

Nicki is just cool, y’all. I love her vibe, I think her sense of style is really fun … sure, I could do without the dumb scowling that she has made her trademark but, overall, I love everything about her. This photospread is fantastic. The make-up photos are different and the “normal” photos are beautiful. This is your classic Nicki Minaj, and I can totally dig it.
