As you may recall, Fergie Ferg and Josh Duhamel said their I Dos and got hitched last Saturday in a semi-private and lavish ceremony in Malibu, CA in front of a select group of friends and family. A couple of days after, we saw photos of the pair making their way thru LAX Airport bound for their honeymoon. Today, US Weekly shows off the couple’s wedding photos on the cover and in the pages of their new issue which is on newsstands now … here is the mag’s coverphoto:

The bride — who donned two one-of-a-kind Dolce & Gabbana dresses for the big day — tells Us exclusively that her Jan. 10 nuptials to her beau of about five years were “magical, ethereal.” The affair — held on the lush grounds of the ultra-private 8,000-square-foot Church Estate Vineyard in Malibu, California — was all about small details that “incorporated both our personalities,” Duhamel tells Us. “Lots of nature was important to Josh,” celeb planner Mindy Weiss tells Us. “I knew I could bling it up for Fergie.” What did the groom think when he saw his bride walk down the aisle? “Keep it together, you big baby!” he jokes to Us. Fergie‘s dress looks gorgeous and Josh looks really freakin’ hawt in his tux … that man is so damn good looking, MMM. They both look so happy … and I wish them all the happiness in the world. I’m curious to see what the other photos from the wedding look like so I’ll be pickin’ up this issue of US Weekly when I step out later today. Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have gone on the record with Ryan Seacrest on his KIIS FM radio program to refute claims that they are not legally wed. Responding to criticism that no record exists of the couple’s legal nuptials, Pratt boasted that the couple chose to keep their marriage license confidential … cuz, you know, this couple really values their privacy. Additionally, MTV released a statement to US Weekly commenting on their part in the alleged wedding scam that has folks questioning the reality of their reality series The Hills:

As skepticism mounts regarding the validity of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s courtroom wedding as seen in the upcoming finale of MTV’s ‘The Hills,’ the couple exclusively revealed to Ryan Seacrest Wednesday that the ceremony was indeed official and legal. Spencer Pratt boasted, “we checked the confidentiality box, so good luck people,” in response to many media outlets reporting that there is no record of any marriage license for the couple in L.A. County.

And this is what MTV has to say: “MTV crews captured Heidi and Spencer at the Beverly Hills Courthouse with the Deputy Commissioner who handles all civil unions. We filmed after hours at the request of the courthouse so our cameras would not inconvenience other couples getting married that day.”

So MTV is saying that they bore witness to a legal civil union officiated by the “Deputy Commissioner who handles all civil unions”? Then why is it that there is no record that any such official was on hand to preside over this union? I makes NO SENSE that either Speidi or MTV would be so secretive about the legalities of this marriage if everything was on the up and up. Are we really supposed to believe that Speidi chose to keep their nuptials confidential after announcing the news on the cover of a national magazine and then reenacting the whole ceremony on national television? I mean, seriously?

In Touch Weekly is reporting today that The Hills villains Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt went and got themselves hitched late last week in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and are quoting Spencer‘s sister Stephanie Pratt as confirmation. According to the mag, Speidi eloped to Mexico last Thursday to be wed in secret … Stephanie says that she isn’t at all surprised:

The Hills’ Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have tied the knot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! Stephanie Pratt tells In Touch exclusively, “I am not surprised! I knew they would, and Cabo is definitely where they would do it.” But Spencer’s little sister wants the couple to come back and celebrate here in the States. “I hope they come home, though. Spencer always has said he wants to live there.” Heidi, 22, and Spencer, 25, eloped on November 20 on the beach at the One & Only Palmilla resort just outside of Cabo San Lucas. Congratulations to the happy couple!

I must say, while Stephanie claims that she isn’t surprised I deffo am. Nothing about the way that Speidi handle themselves makes me believe that they would marry in secret. I honestly thought they were saving the big day for a huge TV special or something. Maybe any such TV deals never came to fruition, mebbe the couple were just struck by the impulse to get married and figured, What the hell? Stephanie‘s comments do not deny that the nuptials took place, I would assume that she’d be in the know … her comments about not being surprised seem like pretty good confirmation to me. I suppose we won’t know for sure until the wedding pics make their way to the Internets (and you know the wedding pics are headed for the Internets). In any event, congrats goes out to the happy couple! May Speidi live long and happy lives together as husband and wife. What do y’all think … is this a match made in heaven? US Weekly has just broke the exclusive news that reality TV fans have been hoping and praying for for years now. Beth Stolarczyk, one of reality TV’s most reviled stars who appeared on the MTV‘s second season of The Real World (Los Angeles) and on countless Real World/Road Rules Challenges, has not only gotten herself married to a real estate developer named Matt Ciriello … but she’s also going to spawn a child:

Feisty Real World season two cast member — and Real World Challenge star — Beth Stolarczyk is a married woman. She wed real estate developer Matt Ciriello over the weekend in a private ceremony on the beach in Santa Monica, her rep tells Usmagazine.com exclusively. Real World Boston alum Syrus Yarbrough and Temptation Island’s Valerie Penso were among the 175 guests. Stolarczyk, 39, and Ciriello, 32, have more good news: They’re also expecting a baby. “I have never been happier in my life. We are over the moon,” Stolarczyk tells Us. “I was not expecting to be pregnant on my wedding day, but then I’ve always done things a little controversial” … Her rep tells Us Stolarczyk’s feet were so swollen that she opted for white Havana flip flops but ended up going barefoot during the ceremony. Their baby girl is due in the beginning of December.

You know what … much congrats and love to the happy couple. Now, most people who know who Beth is either outright hate her or love to hate her … after all, she is one of the pioneering shit-stirrers of reality TV overall. You may recall that she had a big hand in reality TV’s first ejection of a castmember due to controversy (in a nutshell, during the course of The Real World — LA, David pulled a blanket off of roommate Tami exposing her underwear on national TV … at first the joke was funny but then it became a huge dramatic issue that Beth (as an instigator) likened to “rape” … David was kicked off the show as a result and so began the precedent for ejecting reality TV stars for improper behavior). In the years since, Beth has appeared on numerous RW/RR Challenges doing her best to instigate drama … all of which I loved watching. I think it’s wonderful that she’s now happily married and expecting a baby Beth in December. I can’t wait until her little girl makes her proud by scoring her first stint on reality TV.

US Weekly magazine was the first to report exclusively that Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are planning to be married this weekend. At first, I scoffed at the notion that a mere tabloid was able to sniff out the super-secret wedding plans of de Generossi but new photos of Party Rental and Event Designer trucks showing up at their home have got me on board somewhat with the US Weekly report:

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi, 35, will wed this weekend in California, Usmagazine.com has learned exclusively. The pair are planning a small, intimate ceremony with only a few close friends and family.

Yeah, that’s pretty much all the info that US Weekly‘s got … so you can see why I didn’t immediately believe that it was necessarily true. The party planning trucks, tho, seem awfully suspicious. It’s very reminiscent of the Wentz/Simpson wedding that happened earlier this year … rumor rumblings started up and then trucks and tents started appearing on the grounds of the Simpson manor and a wedding was had. Still … one can never be sure … do y’all think that the couple are planning to be wed this weekend? Are pictures of these trucks enough?

Spencer Pratt has had a change of heart over the remarks that he made about Mary-Kate Olsen (having said, among other things, that MK is the “less cute” Olsen twin) after she made some not-so-nice comments about him on The Late Show with David Letterman last week. Here is the full ‘mea culpa’ statement released by Spencer to US Weekly magazine:

Spencer Pratt has apologized to Mary-Kate Olsen for calling her “the less cute twin.” Pratt, 24, fired off a tersely-written statement to Usmagazine.com after Olsen, 22, told David Letterman The Hills star used to throw temper tantrums during their high school soccer games. “I apologize for getting caught up in trash talking, but she brought up an emotional subject when she mentioned the soccer stuff,” Pratt tells Us exclusively. “I know Dave was just doing his job in asking her,” he went on. “He’s the best in the game at that.” Pratt even admitted he was a bit envious of the twin. “I respect Mary Kate as a business-woman,” he said. “I’m secretly jealous of her. I want my face on a lunchbox, too!” Sources told Us that the Olsen-Pratt fight began after he sold high school photos of a tipsy-appearing Olsen to Star magazine.

See … and folks think that Spencer doesn’t have a heart. Hopefully this will put an end to this little feud that has been bubbling for years (apparently) and just recently flared up again. Incidentally, I believe it was the photo I posted HERE that Spencer sold to Star magazine. Now that he’s apologized, I’m sure both parties can move forward like grown adults … right?

At last, Guy Ritchie has made his way across the pond and made his way to his wife Madonna‘s doorstep. After weeks of break-up/divorce rumors of varying degree, it appears that either A.) Madonna has ordered her husband to fly to her side in order to help down play those rumors (whether they be true or not), B.) Guy decided it would be best to be seen with his family in order to try and help cool the divorce rumors (or to prove a commitment to his marriage) or C.) Husband and wife are spending time together as a break in their work schedules allow, having absolutely nothing at all do with extraneous discussion about the state of their wedded bliss. While I wish that C were the answer, the rumor mill is pushing things towards answers A or B (ie. if the rumors are to believed, it’s unclear which of the two parties is more interested in keeping things together or, at the very least, wants to keep up appearances that the couple are still happily together). As with all divorce speculation, there really isn’t a way to accurately determine what is going on — especially when new rumors are springing up each day, like US Weekly‘s assertion that Madge has been “hanging out” with Alex Rodriguez of the New York Yankees — that is, until an official statement either way is released from the couple … a practice that the Ciconne-Ritchies are well versed in. Guy Ritchie arrived in New York from London Monday evening amid reports of trouble in his marriage to Madonna, who is in the Big Apple rehearsing for an upcoming tour. Around 6:30 p.m. the director, who was accompanied by two bodyguards, entered the Upper West Side building where he and Madonna own an apartment. Rumors that their seven-year marriage is in trouble have been circulating for some time. Adding fuel to the talk, Ritchie, 39, and Madonna, 49, spent the weekend apart – she with their three children in New York, and him in London. Neither of them wore wedding bands. Madonna’s spokesperson, Liz Rosenberg, said, “Madonna has rarely worn a wedding band over these last six years, so there’s no secret message about that.”

And now, the A-Rod rumor: Us Weekly reports in its new issue, on newsstands tomorrow, that Madonna’s seven-year marriage to Guy Ritchie has stalled out – and the singer has been hosting late-night visits from New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez at her Central Park West apartment in New York City. A ringless and grim-faced Ritchie, 39, arrived in New York City from London yesterday after several weeks apart from his family. A source tells Us that the $28-million-a-year Rodriguez, 32, has made numerous solo nighttime visits to Madonna, 49, at her spacious home and would sneak out “as late as midnight.” Says the source, “All the doormen are talking.” Rodriguez attended Madonna’s April 30 NYC concert; the singer sat in his seats at a Yankees game on June 22 (it was the first time she ever was photographed at a Yankees game). Her son Rocco, 7, also sported Yankees gear on June 25 while playing in Central Park … Madonna has been in NYC since the venerable Times of London confirmed that she consulted the same high-profile divorce attorney who worked with Paul McCartney and Prince Charles. Meanwhile, Us confirms Ritchie has also sought legal advice from Forsters law firm in London.

To be honest, I’m surprised this rumor about Madonna creepin’ around with A-Rod didn’t spring up sooner … it usually doesn’t take this long for break-up rumors to start introducing third parties into the mix. At least it’s a positive sign that Guy and Madonna are now in the same country … same city, even! No matter what is going on between them (if anything at all) I think it is a step in the right direction that they have been reunited. It prolly won’t be long until we see pics of the two of them together in public, maybe at a romantic dinner, maybe with the kids at play. It’s funny how even if things are totally fine in a relationship between celebs they have to still go about making sure that it still appears that things are totally fine.

Comedian Kathy Griffin paid a little visit to the New York offices of US Weekly to do a little interview with the mag and confessed that she and ex-boyfriend Steve Wozniak (the billionaire co-founder of Apple computers) never engaged in sexual relations thruout the course of their “romantic” relationship. Despite dating for some time, the couple never officially consummated their relationship and existed merely “as friends the whole time.”:

Kathy Griffin says she never went all the way with her ex, Apple co-founder billionaire Steve Wozniak. “We were dating, but were just friendly. I never f—-d him or anything!” she told Usmagazine.com during a visit to our NYC offices last Thursday. “The truth is,” she added, “we really were friends the whole time.” … She announced their split in April (they met in 2007 after he watched her perform). After they called it quits, she said “he met someone very quickly and then they [got] engaged.” No hard feelings, said Griffin, who plans to visit Wozniak (who appears on her Bravo reality show) in Saratoga, New York, on July 11. “I have had dinner with them, and she’s a thousand times more appropriate!” she said. “I hate to say it, but in the Bruce, Demi, Ashton [scheme of things], I’m the Bruce!”

Um, something tells me that whoever the lucky lady that The Woz got engaged to after splitting up with Kathy is giving up the goods. It’s interesting that she refers to her relationship with Steve Wozniak as “dating”. If they really were “just friends” as she says, why not say they were just hanging out together rather than dating? It’s kind of a shame that things worked out this way for Kathy and Steve … part of me really liked the idea that they might get married one day. The thought of Kathy Griffin marrying into billions of dollars was an intriguing one … a woman with that much wealth and her sense of humor would be totally unstoppable. She could’ve really become the real White Oprah … but with an acidic tongue that would’ve made things very interesting. Ah well … I guess we’ll just have to deal with the D-Listed Kathy Griffin that we already know and love.

The coverstory of the new issue of US Weekly focuses on the problems that Papa Joe Simpson‘s meddling is causing for his eldest daughter Jessica Simpson and her hanging-by-a-thread relationship with Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo. The couple, who it was reported temporarily split a few weeks ago, have rekindled their romance … on Romo‘s condition that Papa Joe back off and stop effing with their relationship. Papa Joe is defending his actions to exploit every facet of this children’s private lives for financial gain (ie. selling wedding photos, exclusive private family news, etc.) by essentially saying that he is just doing his job:

Us reveals how the Dallas Cowboys quarterback gave the singer an ultimatum: Tell dad to back off! Joe defends himself, telling Us, “It’s unfair to criticize me for what every manager does for his or her clients. And in this business, where people can quickly turn on you, who better than a parent to be working for his children?” He went on, “A parent will always be there for his kids and never give up on them. Why in the world would I ever want to do anything that would hurt my children?”It seems clear to pretty much anyone with eyes that Papa Joe was a major factor in the destruction of Jessica‘s marriage to Nick Lachey and I can honestly believe that his meddling is causing the same destruction this time around for Jessimo. While I can agree that a parent can turn out to be an excellent manager for their children’s professional careers, I know of far too many instances where biz comes before family and money is what overshadows everything. I’ve always felt that Dina Lohan is trying to become the female version of Papa Joe Simpson … which says a lot about them both. I just hope, at the end of the day, that Daddy Simpson realizes that his daughters’ welfare is of paramount importance.
