Back in February we got our first look at Angelina Jolie in Venice, Italy on the set of her new film The Tourist … then in March, we learned that her co-star Johnny Depp joined her on the Tourist set. Today, less than a year later, we learn that The Tourist held it’s first premiere in NYC, NY last night at the Ziegfeld Theatre and managed to attract a fairly impressive group of guests … behold:

It’s crazy how quickly this movie got made. In all honesty, it doesn’t look like something I really want to see. I’ve seen the trailer a few times and I just can’t get over the bad accents (by both Ange and Johnny) and cheesy spy element that they are going for. Angelina‘s Salt was a great spy film, this does not look even half that good. BUT … there are a lot of Jolie/Depp fans out there so … it may do well. Are any of y’all planning on seeing this movie when it opens this weekend?

LOL. This just looks … silly. Johnny‘s hair, Angelina‘s accent and the plot? It feels like a classic mistaken identity episode from Three’s Company … OY! That being said, I’m sure it’ll be a big hit. A couple weeks ago we saw the first photo of Johnny Depp on the Venetian set of his new film The Tourist (which also stars Angelina Jolie) and today we get to see a few more photos of Johnny (and his able stuntman) on set … behold:

I’m not sure what exactly is going on here but I think the prospect of a film that features Johnny Depp in his pjs will appeal to many folks. The stuntman looks so much like Johnny … it’s hard to tell who’s who. Can YOU tell which photo is of Johnny Depp and which ones are of his stuntman?

Last week we got our first look at Angelina Jolie on the Parisian set of her new film The Tourist and today we get our first look at her co-star Johnny Depp on set in Venice, Italy. As you may recall, Angelina and the Brangelina brood have temporarily relocated to Venice for filming of this movie and with the arrival of Johnny, it looks like they are ready to get down to biz:

Johnny Depp appears to be deep in thought, perhaps collecting himself before he gets into character as … The Tourist. It will be very interesting to see Johnny and Angelina together on the big screen … they are both such larger than life figures, I wonder what their on-screen chemistry will be like. But … we have a long time to wait before we see anything from this film. Still … I’m sure we’ll be seeing more photos from the set of The Tourist in the coming weeks. I wouldn’t mind seeing a bit more Johnny Depp around here :)

Last week we learned that the entire Brangelina brood made their way to Venice, Italy to take up temporary residence while mama Angelina Jolie begins work on her new film The Tourist. Just one day after, we saw cute photos of Brangelina taking their eldest daughters Zahara Marley and Shiloh Nouvel out for a boat ride on the canals of Venice … you may recall that some people mistakenly believed that it was not Shiloh on the outing but the youngest Jolie-Pitt son Knox Léon. Today we get to see new photos of Angelina and Brad hard at work in the city of Paris, France … Ange was bizzy filming scenes for her new film and Brad was bizzy caring for the kiddies:

[Here is a] first look at photos of Angelina Jolie on the set. The film is a remake of the 2005 French thriller Anthony Zimmer. It concerns an American tourist (Depp) who finds his life in danger when a female Interpol agent (Jolie) uses him as a dupe to flush out an elusive criminal with whom she once had an affair.
