Here are a few new photos of Jennifer Lopez and her co-star Alex O’Loughlin on the NYC set of their new film The Back-Up Plan which is currently in production. As you can see, the on-screen couple have themselves a couple of twin babies who are supercute … they make a nice fake family, don’t you think?

In all honesty, J. Lo looks much better when she’s paired up with Alex O’Loughlin than she does with her real zombie-like hubby Marc Anthony. BUT, sometimes fiction is better than truth. On the LopAnthony front, J. Lo joined Marc at a press conference to announce to the world that they are now part-owners of the Miami Dolphins football team. Yesterday we saw a few photos of Jennifer Lopez and her hottie co-star Alex O’Loughlin on the NYC set of their new movie The Back-Up Plan and today we learn that J. Lo is PREGNANT … in the film … hence the fake baby bump that she was spotted wearing on set this week:

I had forgotten how cute J. Lo looks with a baby bump. Now that her twin babies are basically toddlers, it’s been quite a while since we’ve seen Jenny from the Block with a baby protrusion. Even tho this is a fake bump, I think she looks great … perhaps she’ll get the itch to have another baby? I mean, at her age she still has a shot with all the modern wonders of science, right? On second thought, the fact that Marc Anthony was able to spawn and the children didn’t come out looking like baby zombies the first time around means we prolly shouldn’t tempt fate a second time. Perhaps a fake baby bump is best.

When last we saw Jennifer Lopez on the set of her new film The Back-Up Plan here on the blog, she was in SoCal chillin’ in between takes with her kiddies … today we get to see pics from the NYC set of the film but this time, J. Lo is chillin’ with her on-screen hottie co-star Alex O’Loughlin … behold:

You may recognize O’Loughlin as the moody, broody vampire from the CBS series Moonlight and as the star of the upcoming new TV series Three Rivers. Clearly, homie acts in movies, too! I LOVED him in Moonlight and was very bummed when the show got axed after one season. I’m encouraged that CBS put him in a new series this Fall and that he will be co-starring with La Diva Latina J. Lo herself. They make a very good looking couple, don’t you think? I love the last two pics of J. Lo … she looks great.

Jennifer Lopez continued work this week on the Pasadena, CA set of her new film The Back-Up Plan which went into production in mid-May. In between takes, J. Lo chilled on set letting the nanny take care of her 1 year old son Maximilian David Muñiz elsewhere (for some reason, Max’s twin sister Emme Marbiel Muñiz was not on set) … as you can see, little Max is already walking:

Jennifer Lopez always rolled with a huge entourage, but it’s grown a little bigger. As well as her usual team of bodyguards, make-up artists and stylists, the star took her son Max along to the Los Angeles set of The Back-Up Plan as she began work on her first movie project in three years. The toddler, who was dressed in sneakers, turned-up jeans, a studded belt and hooded jumper, was looked after by a nanny as the singer and actress shot scenes for the romantic comedy The film centres woman who conceives twins through artificial insemination, only to meet the man of her Mr Right the same day. The 39-year-old, who gave birth to Max and twin Emme in February last year, says she delights in combining work with motherhood. “I bring the babies to work with me. I love it,” she says. “Honestly, one of the best days of my life was the first day back working on this film – I wanted to do this film really badly – and bringing my babies with me that morning. I was like, ‘Oh my God, they’re with me, I’m making a movie, they’re here!’ It’s great having kids on set. It’s the best.” Jennifer, who is married to singer Marc Antony, is also working on her next album, which will be the first since 2007’s Brave. “I worked on music while I was pregnant and while I was at home, but now to really get into it and focus on it and to finish the project is exciting,’ she says, adding that the children have had a large influence over her music. You can’t help but put not only your kids into it, but to put anything you are going through in your music. That’s the only thing you can really sing or write is stuff that you know. The more music you make and the more that you get into it and the more you write, the more you realise that’s all you can write.” Jennifer has a a number of other film projects in the pipeline, including the action thriller Double Or Nothing.

Man … weren’t these babies just born? I realize they turned 1 back in February but it really does seem like they were born just yesterday. Now, they’re walking (well, we can assume that Emme is walking too). This little one is really cute … but I cannot tell if he looks more like his mother or his father. One hopes that both children will grow up with strong resemblances of their mother. Max is a little cutie, ain’t he?

Marc Anthony, like the good doting husband that he is, paid a visit to his beautiful wife Jennifer Lopez on the Beverly Hills, CA set of her new movie The Back-Up Plan which began filming this week. Here are pics of La Diva Latina and her metrosexual-lookin’ husband holding hands yesterday afternoon:

Woot! I love that Jennifer Lopez is finally gettin’ her booty back to work after birthin’ those babies last year. She’s been away for far too long. And even tho I’m not the biggest Marc Anthony fan in the world, I think it’s really sweet that he swung by the set to visit with the missus. Yesterday we saw pics of hubby Freddie Prinze, Jr. doing the same for Sarah Michelle Gellar. Here’s hoping we’ll get to see more of J. Lo on the scene now that she’s back to work again … but Marc can stay home next time ;)
