Stephanie Pratt has taken a detour from The Hills into the drunk tank. The reality TV trainwreck was busted on suspicion of DUI … after a night of partying … Pratt attempted to cement her nonparty-girl status before heading to the club, tweeting: “its my sissy @hollymontags bday party! just finished dinner and going to Empire but im pretty tired aka yes i am the party pooper :(” Ironically, the Daily 10 correspondent echoed the same sentiments when E! News caught up with her last night. “I’m a party pooper tonight,” Pratt said. “I got bad news this morning. A friend passed away in a car accident, so everyone needs to drive safe.” A witness says at around 2 a.m. Pratt, Montag and other partygoers headed over to Beso in Hollywood, where they partied until about 3 a.m. After that the group parted ways and Pratt took off in her own car.

I’m sorry but what a moron! I cannot believe that Stephanie would proselytize ON CAMERA about how people should “drive safe” and then get busted for drunk driving. Unbelievable. It looks like Holly, Stephanie and newest Hills castmember Stacie Hall were having the time of their lives. Unfortch, it sounds like Stephanie had too much of a good time and thoughtlessly decided to get behind the wheel of a car and put other people’s lives in danger by allegedly drunk driving. In happier non-criminally negligent news, I understand that Holly and Stacie paid a visit to The Parlour on 3rd salon to get all glammed up for the party. At least they have good judgment when it comes to their styling needs. These pics look like the ladies were having fun … it’s a shame that all this fun seems to have led to some piss poor decision making :(

TMZ has learned Stephanie Pratt was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence early this morning in Hollywood. Law enforcement tells us Pratt was busted this morning at 3:45 AM PT in Hollywood. She was taken into custody. Her bail is set at $5,000. Pratt is still in custody. She’s just been booked.

As you may already know, Stephanie was previous arrested on theft charges in her days before she was a castmember on The Hills. I understand that Pratt was in attendance at Holly Montag’s birthday party at Empire nightclub here in LA last night so my guess is that she got loaded up at the shindig and then decided to put other people’s lives in danger by getting behind the wheel of her car. I have to say, I’m very thankful that police enforcement folks here in SoCal are vigilant about busting drunk drivers … keeping them off the road is vitally important. It’s scary out there :(

If anyone’s in the market for a new gig, allow us to suggest a career as a reality TV villain. The hours are lousy, but we’ve got a feeling you’re going to enjoy the perks…. In case you were wondering what brought Laguna Beach baddie Kristin Cavallari back to MTV, feast your eyes on this: Life & Style Weekly is reporting that the blonde wannabe actress will earn an astounding $63,000 per episode after signing on to replace archrival Lauren Conrad as the new protagonist on Season 6 of MTV’s The Hills. That’s almost unheard of in the land of unscripted television — and just $2,000 less than $65,000 per episode payday that the network was shelling out for LC. “They needed her,” a production insider says, explaining why Kristin will earn over $1 million for her work this season, solidifying her spot as the highest-paid castmember on The Hills. “They needed someone new and fresh, who also came with a buzz and a name that was recognizable. Kristin was the obvious choice.” According to the source, Kristin used MTV’s desperation to replace Lauren to her advantage during contract negotiations. “She wanted money. You don’t have to pay the other girls that kind of money, but for Kristin you had to pay up.” At least one member of the cast believes the tongue-lashing Kristin’s tenure on The Hills will be worth every penny. “She’s so fun and crazy,” says series star Holly Montag. “Kristin’s not afraid to put anything on camera. She’s not going to hold anything back.”

In my estimation, Kristin Cavallari is worth every penny. It’s very true, The Hills would’ve been dunzo if she hadn’t agreed to join the show in LC’s place … they did need KC if they really wanted to bring back the show for another season. Last August, In Touch Weekly reported the rumored salaries of the castmembers of The Hills and claimed that LC was making $75,000 per episode. It was later clarified that the salaries they reported were slightly inflated (so I suppose the claim that LC was really making $65,000 is very plausible). Whatever the actual salaries may be, there is no denying the fact that MTV had to pay a pretty penny to get Kristin Cavallari to join the show. I have NO DOUBT that Kristin is gonna bring the delicious entertainment (ie. much needed bitchiness) to the show. Altho she’s been away from the MTV cameras for quite some time, she seems to have slipped back into the swing of things very easily. Lauren Lo Bosworth posted a photo on her official Twitter profile last night with Kristin and Stephanie Pratt partying at a club:

Heidi Montag is officially Mrs. Spencer Pratt. The Hills stars got married in an early evening ceremony at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif., on Saturday, PEOPLE has confirmed. Montag, 22, and Pratt, 25, exchanged vows before about 200 guests, including Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado. The bride wore jewels from Neil Lane, including a pear-shaped diamond floral necklace with multiple diamond chains layered over it, diamond earrings and diamond hairpins, which she picked out the day before the nuptials. Pratt borrowed a pair of diamond cufflinks from the jeweler for the big day.

Early Saturday, the couple arrived at the church in a white Rolls Royce Phantom. Before the ceremony, an airplane flew overhead and wrote “Spencer loves Heidi” in the sky. Pratt, looking dapper in a black suit, smiled and signed autographs for fans outside the church. Meanwhile, Montag posted multiple updates on Twitter throughout the day. “This is going to be the best day of my life,” she wrote at one point. “Thank you God for Spencer.” She also described her wedding dress as “amazing – like a swan princess.”

After making multiple statements that she would not be attending the wedding, Lauren LC Conrad ended up attending the nuptials after all … opting to make a small cameo (most likely for the cameras) before making a hasty exit before the ceremony was over. Montag, 22, and Pratt, 25, wed in front of more than 200 guests Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif., Usmagazine.com has confirmed. (A skywriter above the church wrote “Spencer Loves Heidi” numerous times in the clouds before the ceremony.) “Today Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined hands in marriage during an afternoon ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, CA,” said Rick Rhodes, a rep for the couple. “Dr. Twining F. They also didn’t say their own vows; the minister did. In addition to Pratt’s family, all four of Montag’s parents were present – including her mother, Darlene Egelhof, who initially opposed the couple eloping in Mexico last November. Lauren Conrad, who initially said she would not attend, had a change of heart and showed up, along with Brody Jenner and girlfriend Jayde Nicole, Audrina Patridge, Frankie Delgado, Kristin Cavallari and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth. The ceremony was filmed for their MTV show. Music producers David Foster and Cathy Dennis — who worked with Montag and also produced Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” — were also present. “This is going to be the best day of my life,” Montag wrote on her Twitter page. “Thank you God for Spencer.” She also said her wedding dress was “amazing – like a swan princess.”

For all the crazed hoopla that surrounds this attention-seeking couple, I think the ceremony sounded pretty traditional … and, to my knowledge, there weren’t any overdramatic hijinks at all to be had at the event (unless you count the fact that “Stacie” the bartender [who Spencer "flirted" with this season on The Hills] was invited to the wedding). Heidi threw out her wedding bouquet on the steps of the church in full view of the cameras …

… and that was about the apex of the excitement. For what it’s worth, the ceremony sounded really nice and it does show that the couple — when they are being serious — are capable of doing things the normal way. MTV has released an official statement of congratulations for the couple:

“MTV wishes Heidi and Spencer the best and can’t wait to share their wedding with The Hills fans later this season.”

And that, folks, is that. They’re hitched … for reals. Speidi will be forever joined in holy matrimony … just as the reality TV gods intended. I suppose congrats are in order … yes?

I understand that the promo photos for the past few seasons had to be Photoshopped so that the girls could be in the same frame (since they didn’t want to be photographed together). Now that all of that is water under the bridge, the girls are — once again — happy to be photographed together. Does this mean that all is forgiven? We shall soon find out. What I want to know is that if there is no more drama between LC and Heidi, what is left to feature on the show? We know that Heidi and Spencer Pratt won’t be breaking up on the show since they never broke up in real life. I doubt they’ll try to pull another fake wedding on us. Will the ongoing drama between Audrina Patridge and Justin Bobby be enough to get people to tune in? Now that the epic feud between LC and Heidi is over, what is there left for Lauren Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt to do? And does Brody Jenner even have to be on the show when he’s got his own Bromance thing happening on the side? The Hills’ Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have tied the knot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! Stephanie Pratt tells In Touch exclusively, “I am not surprised! I knew they would, and Cabo is definitely where they would do it.” But Spencer’s little sister wants the couple to come back and celebrate here in the States. “I hope they come home, though. Spencer always has said he wants to live there.” Heidi, 22, and Spencer, 25, eloped on November 20 on the beach at the One & Only Palmilla resort just outside of Cabo San Lucas. Congratulations to the happy couple!

I must say, while Stephanie claims that she isn’t surprised I deffo am. Nothing about the way that Speidi handle themselves makes me believe that they would marry in secret. I honestly thought they were saving the big day for a huge TV special or something. Maybe any such TV deals never came to fruition, mebbe the couple were just struck by the impulse to get married and figured, What the hell? Stephanie’s comments do not deny that the nuptials took place, I would assume that she’d be in the know … her comments about not being surprised seem like pretty good confirmation to me. I suppose we won’t know for sure until the wedding pics make their way to the Internets (and you know the wedding pics are headed for the Internets). In any event, congrats goes out to the happy couple! May Speidi live long and happy lives together as husband and wife. What do y’all think … is this a match made in heaven? How much does MTV pay the stars of its smash unscripted series The Hills? Lauren Conrad earns $75,000 per episode-and that’s a fact that has left some of her series co-stars seething, a new In Touch Weekly scoop claims. “The only reason LC gets paid more than anyone else is because she demanded in her original contract that no one could ever get paid more than her.” “The salaries are based on who people care about watching more,” says a mole. “If you bring drama, you’ll get more money.” Fashion forward LC is expected to earn $1.4 million for the complete fourth season of The Hills. Let’s see how much her castmates earn.

Heidi Montag: $65,000 per episode ($1.25 million per year)

Folks, I’m not even kidding here … we all love Jazzy and Alicia (who came out to LA as her guest). They flew in from Houston, TX to attend the party but really they became new friends. We had so much fun hanging out … after the shindig was over, we all went up and ended the night at Paul and Corey’s new loft. Jazzy and I have already been txting since she returned home to Texas, I really hope we can stay in touch … she was just the funnest part of the whole party night :)

Ahhh … I finally got to meet Holly Valance after being a fan of hers for so long. I was thrilled that she was able to come out for the party … much love goes out to Zachary Quinto, Heidi Montag, Spencer and Stephanie Pratt, Sean Faris, Nick Verreos, Tom Lenk, Susie Castillo and all the other folks who graciously came out to par-tay. It was just such a fun blast. Again, love goes out to Samantha Ronson for spinin’ the best music all night long. I have to give a huge shout out, yet again, to Nestea, Nikon COOLPIX and P.I.N.K. vodka for their sponsorship … I know for a fact that every single person appreciated all their hard work to ensure the party was a huge success.

Part of the party’s success came because of the amazing customized drinks that we were treated to all night long … I’m providing the recipes for all you 21+ readers to try out for yourselves, I promise that you will fall in love with them :)

Now, you might have to play around with the proportions of each ingredient but, I’m telling you, all I heard all night long was how amazing the drinks were. I think folks believed that I made them up … I didn’t but that’s our little secret ;)

And so … I guess that’s it. The party went off without a hitch, the site relaunched without a hitch … and now it’s time to just get back to work. Here we go. Woot!!!
