Heidi Klum and her post-baby body led the parade at the annual Victoria’s Secret fashion show, which returned to New York with some fresh faces after four years on the road. The lingerie retailer inducted five more women into its “Angel” ranks — a designation reserved for top models — in front of a packed house Thursday night at the Lexington Avenue Armory. They are Emanuela de Paula, Chanel Iman, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lindsay Ellingson and Candice Swanepoel. But Klum, who gave birth to a daughter five weeks ago, was the audience favorite in her purple corset covered with a half gown with poufs of tulle. She emerged from the huge, castlelike set to applause. Musical guest The Black Eyed Peas — especially Fergie, its only female member, who wore a black, jeweled bodysuit — was another crowd-pleaser. She came out later in a green corset gown. Of course, fashion really is secondary here. Victoria’s Secret always puts on an elaborate production (this time with a choir, acrobatic dancers and a giant polka-dot dog balloon) and fuels hype about its models. An online model search started earlier this month and is now down to two contestants, one of whom will be chosen by the public to appear in the televised version of the fashion show that CBS will air Dec. 1. “I could watch this online, but it’s a fun scene,” said Russell Simmons from his front row seat. “This show is always fun and a great production.” “It’s always a spectacular,” agreed costume designer Patricia Field. “Victoria’s Secret does that extra thing I like.” Klum, who normally wears the most elaborate outfits, only appeared once so it was former Sports Illustrated Swimsuit cover girl Marissa Miller who had the honor of wearing a $3 million, diamond-encrusted bra. Splashy jewels, it seemed, were one of the themes of the show with many models dripping in diamonds, crystals and other bling — while others wore faux fur stoles over their bras and panties. Thigh-high boots were the other must-have accessory. Outfits fell into one of four themes: Star Trooper with breast plates and body armor; Pink Planet, which had a hippie vibe; the ethereal Enchanted Forest; and Romantic Journey that featured a lot of lace. Compared to previous years, the overall collection didn’t seem as skimpy, although Miranda Kerr wore an itsy-bitsy black thong get-up that might have to be edited out of the TV show.

Altho these VS fashion shows aren’t really my thing, I can’t believe how much I enjoy watching them year after year … I think it’s all the fun colors and feathers. And, to be honest, even I can appreciate how insanely hawt all of the VS Angels are … this is really a very fun show. I’m so glad that Heidi was up to walking the runway this year, especially after giving birth just about a month ago. The woman looked fantastic, as always. I can’t wait to see this show when it airs on CBS next month.

Okay … so yeah, this will be the last Hallowe’en pic of celebs that I’ll post this year … a few days after Hallowe’en and the candy starts to taste stale, same goes for the pics ;) But this is such a great group shot, I had to share it with all y’all. I understand that these folks were partying at Club 57 at Providence Night Club in Manhattan and a great time was had by all. I believe the folks in the UK (where Kylie lives) don’t do Hallowe’en like we yanks do on this side of the pond so I can see why Kylie decided to fly back to the US to celebrate Hallowe’en right. We are happy to have her anytime she wants to come back :)

It would seem that Fergie is not letting married life curb her desire to strip down for the glossies. LOL! Now, I’m sure someone out there will chime in to inform that this look is “all the rage” on the runways and that these glasses are “so in fashion” right now but it is my personal opinion that the girl looks ridiculous. I mean, I’m convinced that a consortium of designers exist somewhere that dreams up the most absurd looks and then tries to pass them off as “fashion” to see how many fools will pay out the big bucks to look nutty. I’m convinced the designer of Rihanna’s Michael Jackson jacket is in on that joke as well. Hee hee … I guess the rich and famous can afford to look foolish … which, at the very least, can be entertaining for us.

The water looks so ridiculously blue … it looks so beautiful … as does Josh, might I add ;) I’m sure the couple had themselves a very nice time this past weekend but, alas, the holiday is already over as Jergie Jerg were spotted making their arrival back in LA last night. Ah well. With the way these two like to travel, I’m sure they’ll be jetting off for new destinations soon! As long as Josh Duhamel leaves his shirts at home, I’m all for it.

HMMM … it looks like the honeymoon ain’t over for these two lovebirds. Married only a month and just returned from their exotic honeymoon getaway, the couple have already embarked on another romantic trip together. Couldn’t you just puke on your shoes from all the cuteness? From the looks of that second photo, it appears that the couple are really enjoying one another’s company. My guess is a a Happy VD was enjoyed by all.

As you may recall, Jergie Jerg jetted off to the Maldives and then the Caribbean to celebrate their honeymoon early last month … so I’m pretty sure they won’t be going back there anytime soon. For a quick trip like this, I bet the couple made their way South of the border to get their VD freak-on in Mexico. Blah. Wherever they go, I’m sure they’ll be enjoying the sex … which is a very good thing for Fergie, I’m not so sure that the deal is quite as nice for Josh but … there you have it. Here’s hoping the pair show up scantily dressed on a beach somewhere very soon … wouldn’t it be amazing if Josh were snapped wearing a little Speedo a la Paul Rudd?

They got hitched January 10 in Malibu, and much was traditional: The ceremony was Catholic; the bride, groom, and wedding party wore Dolce & Gabbana (she donned the label twice: first, her gown, and then a shorter version for the reception); the groomsmen were Duhamel’s high school friends from North Dakota. This is what, apparently, happened once the newlyweds hit the sheets … clearly cause to call for the photographer to capture the moment for publication in a major fashion magazine:

New photos in March’s Elle show Duhamel, 36, playfully pulling down the strap of Fergie’s Dolce and Gabbana wedding dress. In another photo, the singer, 33, unbuttons Duhamel’s shirt; a third has the singer laying on his bare chest. Fergie told Us exclusively that her wedding — held on the lush grounds of the ultra-private 8,000-square-foot Church Estate Vineyard — was “magical, ethereal.” The affair (attended by 375 guests, including Jerry O’Connell, Rebecca Romijn and Mario Lopez, among others) was all about small details that “incorporated both our personalities,” Duhamel told Us after the ceremony. What did the groom think when he saw his bride walk down the aisle? “Keep it together, you big baby!” he joked to Us. As for the bride’s first words to her crowd? “She said, ‘I’m married, bitches!’” Wilhelmina Models president Sean Paterson told Us. “People were cheering and screaming. It was like being at a rock concert.”

Um … wow. I’m not sure how much more intimate the photos will get but these seem like a bit much to me … NOT that I have a problem at all with seeing Josh disrobed … but it is weird to see photos of a husband and wife in the marriage bed undressing one another published in a magazine. I guess the couple likes to share … a lot. I’m not entirely sure what to make of these photos … do you?

Now, I love me some Joshie … but is the ‘do rag really necessary? I mean, really? Unless that thing on his head was a wedding gift from Eminem, I don’t think he really needs to wear such a thing … ever. Fergie, bless her heart, is lookin’ a right mess. While I don’t necessarily think she needs to put on her face just to do a work-out, the least she could do is keep in mind that the folks she might run into in public could use a little consideration. At least the happy newlyweds are together again … and they sure do look happy, don’t they?!
