After a bit of confusion, we learned last week that Sarah Jessica Parker was cast in the cameo role of Gloria Steinem in the upcoming biopic Lovelace currently in filming production here in SoCal. As you may recall, actress Demi Moore was originally cast to play Steinem but she had to pull out of the production because of her current stint in rehab. Today we get our first look at SJP on the set of Lovelace in character as Gloria Steinem. Click below to see her in action.

Earlier this morning we heard that Chloe Sevigny was added to the cast of Lovelace. Now, more news on that front — Us Weekly has reported that they have hired Mary-Louise Parker as the replacement for Demi Moore. Read on to find out more about this casting update. Last year we reported that there was talk of a 3rd Sex and the City movie or a new TV series, now we know that it’s official – there will be a SATC prequel (as in the opposite of a sequel) hitting our screens sometime soon. We don’t know dates yet, and the big question remains…who will be in it?

We don’t usually see Obama and celebrities in the same sentence but he did attract a huge stock of Hollywood stars 4 years ago in his last election phase..today we learn that The President is looking to bring back “star power” to his re-election campaign. At the start of this week we heard a rumor that plans are in the works to bring Sex and the City back to TV. Today we hear from Sarah Jessica Parker herself NOT about the TV return of SaTC … but of the promise of a third Sex movie. That’s right, according to a new interview with Parade magazine, SJP confirms there there is another SaTC film in the works, despite the fact that she offers no timetable for the film’s release. It’s been a few months since we’ve checked in with Sarah Jessica Parker, Matthew Broderick and their beautiful children so what better time to see how the family is doing than on Mother’s Day weekend! When last we saw photos of the twin girls Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge, the little ones were not quite ready to walk on their own … today we get to see new photos of the little darlings lookin’ like little ladies, standing on their own two feet.

While many New Yorkers are suffering under the weight of all the snow that has been dumped on them in the past few days, others have found ways to turn the Snowpocalypse into something fun. Sarah Jessica Parker, her hubby Matthew Broderick and their eldest son James Wilkie got out of the house yesterday and dived headlong into the snow … and had themselves a grand ol’ time.

When life hands you lemons, you turn them into lemonade … or in this case, when life dumps mounds and mounds of snow on you, you turn it into a fun snow day! It appears that all this snow was a bit too much for the Parker-Broderick twins to be playing in but it sure looks like James Wilkie had himself a blast. Last week we got to see a few photos of mama Sarah Jessica Parker and her twin daughters Marion Loretta and Tabitha Hodge as they stepped out into the brisk Autumn afternoon in NYC. Today we get to see a new batch of even cuter photos of SJP and the girls out with hubby/daddy Matthew Broderick over the weekend:

The only thing missing from this perfect family portrait … is SJP and MB‘s eldest son James Wilkie. It’s possible that Jimmy was feelin’ a bit too old to go to the playground with his parents and baby sisters but it would’ve been nice to see the family all together … still, it looks like the fam had a great time :) Aren’t the little girls just so cute?

It looks like Alyson Hannigan and her family here on the West Coast aren’t the only ones gettin’ in the Autumn spirit these days … Sarah Jessica Parker and her family are also gettin’ ready to embrace Fall on the East Coast. Here are photos of SJP making an exit from her Carrie Bradshaw-like townhouse in NYC this weekend with twin daughters Marion Loretta and Tabitha Hodge all bundled up for the brisk Fall weather:

I’m guessing there are 3 pumpkins on SJP‘s doorstep to represent her 3 children … the twins and older son James Wilkie. Even tho this Hallowe’en won’t be the the twins’ first, it may likely be the one they remember first … I can’t even believe they’re so big already. I hope we’ll get to see the Parker-Broderick kids all dressed up in their Hallowe’en costumes at some point … I can’t wait to see what they’ll dress up as this year.
