Superstar DJ Samantha Ronson is bringing a bit of her starpower to The CW TV series 90210 as she will be appearing on an upcoming episode of the show where she will play herself in a bit of a mentor role for one of the 90210 kids. Why hire an actress to play the coolest deejay in town when you can get the real thing? The producers of 90210 have confirmed exclusively to PEOPLE that Samantha Ronson, the celebrity deejay and on-and-off again girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan, has filmed an episode of the CW show. Ronson’s scenes take place in a club where hip-hop star Pharrell and his group N.E.R.D. also perform. Her role also has her advising the character, Navid, played by Michael Steger, on matters of the heart. There is no word yet on whether or not Ronson will be return to the famous zip code for another stint. Her episode will air the CW on Nov. 3.

Awwww, I love this! It makes sense that Samantha would want to make a guest appearance on a dramatic TV series … after all, she’s already got MUCH experience with the dramatic in her everyday life. No word on if Sam’s ex-girlfriend and sometimes actress Lindsay Lohan will be paying a visit to the famous zip code but something tells me that producers aren’t even interested. My guess is that they wouldn’t want anyone bringing more drama on set that would overshadow the drama on the show.

Yesterday was Lindsay Lohan’s 23rd birthday and who did she spend her entire day with? Why, Samantha Ronson, of course. It’s unknown if the ladies are officially back together romantically but they have been spending quite a bit of time together in recent weeks … so at the very least we can assume that they are still very friendly towards one another. Their relationship has taken more twists and turns than most, but it seems Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson’s relationship is back on track. The DJ whisked the Mean Girls actress off for an intimate lunch date at Tra Di Noi in Malibu to celebrate her birthday. Lindsay turned just 23 … She carried on celebrations with a dinner at Cecconi’s restaurant just hours later, where baloons and presents were delivered in her honour. As well as spending the day together, Lindsay and Samatha were also busy exchanging gushing messages on Twitter. The 31-year-old wished her happy birthday on the micro-blogging site followed by a kiss and hug, to which Lindsay replied: ‘Awww thanks baybee lol.’ It comes just weeks after friends declared Samantha was wanting to cut Lindsay out of her life for good. A close source told America’s People magazine: “No matter how many times she promises to change, Lindsay loses control and starts acting like a maniac.” But it seems that Samantha has had a change of heart – for now at least.

Oh yes, the drama appears to be water under the bridge as L. Ron looks like they are back on happy terms again. It’s always very nice when you can celebrate your birthday with the person you love most, right? Samantha wasn’t Lindsay’s only friend that helped her celebrate her birthday … long time friend Carlos Lopez created a short video for Lindsay’s birthday — and shares it with the world. Reports of the dunzoness of Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson appear to be greatly exaggerated as the duo were spotted in close company here in SoCal last night … for the second time this week. In the wake of the shocking news of Michael Jackson’s death yesterday, it appears that L. Ron decided to pair up and remember/mourn the loss together in solidarity. Lindsay wore a Michael Jackson-esque military jacket and Samantha wore a vintage MJ t-shirt out on the town last night:

I believe Samantha Ronson DJed at Villa nightclub last night and did NOT refuse a single Michael Jackson song request. As I’ve said all along, I love seeing L. Ron together when they both look so happy. While I’m sure the pair were mourning the loss of a great pop icon, they really do look genuinely happy to be spending time together in these photos. Grief can bring estranged couples back together again … I guess we’ll have to see where the love story between Lindsay and Sam goes from here.

After hearing that Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson “broke-up” again before they even got back together again I was pretty certain it would be some time before the ladies were photographed together … but apparently the ladies hooked up again last night as they were snapped together again inside Sam’s car:

So … Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson have “broken up” again despite the fact that they never got back together from the last time they broke up officially back in April. According to People magazine, the couple had been gettin’ friendly again but Sam finally realized (with a little help from her friends) that Lindsay prolly ain’t the right person for her … hence, the dunzoness again:

As it is, the two never officially got back together. And now, after Lohan’s most recent round of partying, they aren’t even friends. “Sam let Lindsay back into her life as a friend, but now even a friendship seems impossible,” says the source. “No matter how many times she promises to change, Lindsay loses control and starts acting like a maniac.” Lohan’s antics included Twittering nude photos of herself to the press and long hours of partying in Los Angeles and New York. “She is telling everyone that Sam dumped her again, but it makes no sense since they never got back together,” according to the source. Ouch! It’s one thing to get dumped by a lover … but it’s quite another to get dumped by a lover who dumped you before and just wanted to dump you again before you even got back together again. Ouch! News is reporting that Sam’s friend Nicole Richie played a role in facilitating this new break-up:

The duo broke things off again Monday night after a nasty argument. One major point of friction between the two was Sam’s friendship with Nicole Richie, who’s apparently no fan of Lohan. “Nicole refuses even to be in the same room as Lindsay,” says a source, noting that just last week Nicole invited Sam to a mutual friend’s birthday party at Bar Marmont with the stipulation that she not bring Lindsay. “Sam went to the party, and it really upset Lindsay,” says the source. After Sam had dinner with Nicole at Izakaya last night, a source says she gave Linds the kiss-off.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson, who were each randomly in the UK at the same time, have ended their stay and have each made their way back to SoCal … and wouldn’t you know it — L. Ron ran into one another at London’s Heathrow Airport! The ladies were photographed in close proximity for the first time in months. Then, shortly after their arrival back home in LA, Lindsay was snapped making her way into Samantha’s home … could it be that the ladies are finally back on?

The on-off relationship between Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson appears to be very much back on. After being pictured flying out from London’s Heathrow Airport together, Lindsay was seen heading straight for Samantha’s house in Los Angeles, where she let herself in. While Sam was out looking at new cars at a Porsche dealership, the actress made herself comfortable and it appears the pair are living together again. The rollercoaster relationship between the two took an upward turn as the pair flew back to Los Angeles together yesterday. The couple, who appear to have rekindled their on-off romance after some persistent chasing by LiLo, were pictured checking in at Heathrow airport. Then they headed off to the first class lounge – holding hands. Lindsay, 22, was flashing a ring on her engagement finger and appeared to confirm the reunion on her Twitter micro-blogging page. She also hinted that she had an announcement to make. She wrote:

The actress had spent much of the past week chasing DJ Samantha, 31, around London in an attempt to rekindle their relationship and it seems that her persistence has paid off. She was pictured leaving Samantha’s hotel yesterday afternoon after apparently spending the night with her. Lindsay emerged from Blakes Hotel in South Kensington wearing dark sunglasses while a smiling Samantha exited shortly afterwards.

HMMM … yes, it seems as if L. Ron are back on. When I read that tweet from Lindsay, I was certain she was talking about traveling with Samantha. While I doubt that there will be any sort of substantive announcement from the couple, I’m sure we’ll be seeing more of them together as the Summer rolls on. I, for one, am happy at this news. Here’s hoping that there will be no more drama for L. Ron and nothing but blissful lurve. I mean … well, we’ll see.

Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson managed to find themselves at the same club in London, England last night (Bungalow 8) after spending quite a bit of time apart since their break-up earlier this year. Despite the fact that the ladies called off their relationship, they had been seen since in each other’s relative proximity (namely at Samantha’s home for overnight visits) while managing to evade being photographed together … but, for the most part, they’ve been apart — until last night. Altho both Lindsay and Samantha entered and exited the club separately, I think it’s safe to assume that L. Ron spent some time together while inside the club last night:

Lindsay Lohan is nothing if not persistent. The actress spent last night shadowing her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson around town after following her to London this week. After a quick visit to Crystal nightclub in Oxford Street, the Mean Girls star stopped in at Bungalow 8 where the DJ just happened to be partying with her brother Mark Ronson and his girlfriend Josephine de La Baume. Samantha, accompanied by her crew, made a sharp exit just minutes after Lindsay’s arrival and returned to her hotel. Lo and behold, Linday is said to have then trailed her down the road to Blakes in South Kensington, the plush establishment she checked herself into on Tuesday. Their appearance in the same city at the same time may not be such a coincidence though, after Lindsay was said to have organised photo shoots and club appearances to coincide with Samantha’s visit. After arriving from France on Tuesday afternoon, the 22-year-old actress checked into the Blakes – just down the road from Samantha’s hotel – before travelling up to North London for a photo shoot. After a tour of Asia and a brief stop in Munich, 31-year-old Sam arrived in London on Saturday, where she has arranged a string of DJing gigs, including stints at the decks of Mahiki, Whisky Mist and Cafe De Paris. Lindsay is believed to have arranged to be in the British capital at the same time as Samantha as month ago when she was trying to win her back. Samantha ended their rocky romance on April 4 after the couple had a furious row in Los Angeles … Since their split, Lindsay has been spotted leaving Samantha’s Hollywood home after spending the night talking to her ex on various occasions and was even spotted there last week while Samantha was in the Philippines. Rather tellingly on the day Samantha flew from Manila to Singapore, Lindsay wrote on her Twitter micro-blogging page: ‘Missing a certain someone after a massage and chicken noodle soup… U (she) knows. Cuddle time soon I hope – fly safe.’ While the couple haven’t been photographed together since their split, Samantha has changed her Facebook relationship status from ’single’ to ‘it’s complicated’ and lists Lindsay Lohan as the number one friend on her MySpace page.

Ahhh … the complications of lurve. I fear the love affair between L. Ron is way too complicated to be dunzo for long. These two seem to share an attraction to one another that defies explanation. While I, personally, would love for the two of them to get back together … I think it’s best that they continue to spend some time apart so that they can figure out what’s best for them individually. That said, I suspect L. Ron will be back together officially before Summer’s end. Good luck, ladies! I’m rootin’ for you!
