A couple of weeks ago we reported on the fact that Rosie O’Donnell and her fiance, Michelle Rounds, were bringing the wedding forward to the spring. Things are moving fast for the newly engaged couple. Today we have info that they are planning to add to their family as soon as possible as well. Comedienne/Actress/Talk Show host Rosie O’Donnell is getting married! After breaking up with her previous girlfriend Tracy Kachtick-Anders back in February, Rosie met and fell in love with a woman named Michelle Rounds. Today we learn that Rosie broke the happy news of the couple’s engagement on her new TV show The Rosie Show and announced that the pair will be married by Xmas. HMMM … she sure does move fast, don’t she? Met, engaged and married in under a year? Someone’s … in a hurry?

Back in late 2009, we learned that Rosie O’Donnell found herself a new girlfriend to love and over the following months, a partner to build a family with. Today we learn the sad news, courtesy of The New York Post, that Rosie and her ladylove Tracy Kachtick-Anders have ended their relationship. Some are suggesting that the women have decided to stay friends but it really does sound like Rosie and Tracy are dunzo!

Back in January of this year, Pee-Wee Herman (née Paul Reubens) triumphantly opened his stage production The Pee-Wee Herman Show here in Los Angeles, CA. A few weeks later, David and I saw and LOVED the show. Last night, Pee-Wee officially opened the show on Broadway at the Stephen Sondheim Theatre … here are a few photos from the red carpet arrivals:

I just KNEW that the live incarnation of Pee-Wee’s Playhouse would be destined for Broadway. The show was such a huge success here in LA that I was sure it would be a big hit on Broadway as well. The show is a deffo must see for Pee-Wee fans and for fans of his Saturday morning show Pee-Wee’s Playhouse. I don’t know how long the show is scheduled to run but if you can see it, see it … it’s really fun and it will bring back a lot of great memories (hopefully, it will not bring back memories of Reubens‘s embarrassing arrest in the mid-90′s). It’s one of those shows that you only need to see once … but deffo see it at least once, ya hear?

Rosie O’Donnell is coming back to TV … and she will be returning on Oprah Winfrey‘s new TV network OWN. After reigning the TV airwaves as the Queen of Nice in the 1990′s, Rosie took a bit of a break from hosting daytime TV as she struggled with her own personal issues and beliefs. She returned a few years ago as one of the hosts of The View but, again, decided to leave TV after her personal beliefs — which conflicted dramatically with her co-hosts on The View — made it impossible for her to stay on the show. Now, Rosie seems ready to give TV another shot … and Oprah‘s OWN network is giving her her own show:

[Rosie O'Donnell] will make her return — again — to television hosting on OWN: The Oprah Winfrey Network, the network announced Thursday. “Rosie is an undeniable talent who has captivated TV audiences for nearly 20 years,” Oprah Winfrey said in a statement “She’s a true original, who brings her authentic voice, dynamic energy and pure passion to everything she does.” The program, produced by O’Donnell, will be a one-hour daily show based in New York. “It’s an honor and a privilege to work with Oprah Winfrey on her network,” O’Donnell said in a statementl. “I’m excited to be back on daytime television.” When O’Donnell’s plans for a comeback first surfaced earlier this year, the idea was that she would take time slots that Winfrey had occupied, not to go to work for Winfrey. Dick Robertson, one of the veteran television executives who is distributing O’Donnell’s show said at that time that there would be a “gaping hole” in daytime television and that no one was better to fill it than O’Donnell. Even O’Donnell said in a statement that her plan was to “build on what Oprah began and excelled at for 25 years, in my own style and with new adaptations and ideas” … OWN will debut in Jan. 1 on what is currently the Discovery Health Channel.

As you may recall, earlier this week we saw the trailer for the FINAL Farewell Season of The Oprah Winfrey Show which will end it’s run at the end of the coming TV season … and now we learn that Rosie O’Donnell will fill the void left by The Oprah Winfrey Show on Oprah‘s OWN network. So … what day y’all think … Is the world ready for Rosie on TV again? Is Rosie the right person to move into the “Oprah Position” on daytime TV?

Yesterday we saw the first photo of Rosie O’Donnell and a mysterious new woman in her life holding hands in Miami, FL. Today we learn that the woman’s name is Tracy Kachtick-Anders, a mother of 6 and apparently Rosie‘s new ladylove:

A rep for O’Donnell, 47, confirms to UsMagazine.com that the comedian — who revealed in November that she and partner Kelli Carpenter had been living apart for two years — is now dating Tracy Kachtick-Anders. O’Donnell was photographed on a jet ski in Miami with Kachtick-Anders in November, and the pair were photographed hand-in-hand in Florida on Tuesday. When asked about the photos and her new love, O’Donnell confirms on her AskRo blog, “I am happy.” In an October interview at Examiner.com, the Texas-based Kachtick-Anders is described as an “artist, writer, inventor, doula and lesbian mother of six.” Kachtick-Anders has one biological child and five adopted children. O’Donnell herself has four children with ex Carpenter: Parker, 14, Chelsea, 12, Blake, 9, and Vivienne, 6.

HMMM … if Rosie and Tracy really do make a go of a serious relationship together, they will be giving Octomom Nadya Suleman a run for her money with a combined total of 10 kids together. Wow. I understand that Tracy and Rosie met via her official website … a casual comment left in the Ask Ro section of her site clearly grew into something more substantial. RadarOnline has published a photo of Rosie holding hands with a mysterious new woman … could this be the beginning of a new love affair?

Fresh off her October split with her wife of five years, Kelli Carpenter, Rosie O’Donnell was spotted holding hands with a new lady on Tuesday in Miami. The couple strolled around Miami Beach, holding hands and enjoying the Florida sunshine. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Kelli moved out of the Nyack NY house she shared with Rosie after getting sick of Rosie’s many mood swings. They have four adopted children.

Awwww, Rosie … get it, gurl. It’s difficult to tell for sure but it looks like Rosie done got herself a younger lady to canoodle with. It’s unfortunate that her 5 year marriage to Kelli couldn’t be salvaged but it would seem that Rosie is ready to move on and start a whole new chapter in her life. This hand-holding session could turn out to be nothing more than a small affair but whatever the future brings, I hope Rosie and Kelli are able to find happiness once again.
