At long last … we are just DAYS away from the release of the much-anticipated sequel film Scream 4 and last night all of the stars of the franchise (both old and new) convened at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, CA for the World Premiere of the film! Scream veterans Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette were joined by new comers Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Adam Brody and more on the red carpet in celebration of the revival of the Scream franchise. Last Friday we got to check out a bunch of photos from the Michigan set of Scream 4 which featured stars Courteney Cox-Arquette and Scream newcomer Adam Brody filming scenes for the new movie. You may recall, we also got our first look at the ghostface killer mask on the Scream 4 set. Today we get to see a whole lot more photos of the ghostface killer mask which seems to have invaded the movie set … and how:

I understand that in the film, the city of Woodsboro celebrates a massive Stab-A-Thon festival in honor of the fictional Stab film franchise which exists in the Scream film franchise. I kinda love when all the ghostface killer masks come out into the open because it makes it all the more easier for the film’s killer to get his/her work done. This convention was used very well in the opening scene of Scream 2.
