The Beckham family had themselves a very bizzy weekend so we’ve got a bunch of really cool photos to check out today. First up, eldest Beckham child Brooklyn Joseph was spotted playing a bit of soccer with his younger brother Romeo James and managed to show off a tattoo of a Chinese symbol on his right wrist:

Considering how young Brooklyn is, I think it’s very safe to assume that this tattoo is not a real tattoo … but it’s pretty clear that the Beckham boys are going to follow their parents’ lead in the tattoo department as soon as humanly possible. The boys have already started their soccer careers, there’s no reason to believe that they won’t want to emulate their famous parents in every way possible.

David Beckham and the LA Galaxy played a soccer game this weekend against … some team … and they ended up winning … I think … but all of that is totally beside the point. Today we get to see a bunch of really fun photos from the Galaxy game this weekend which was full of fun for the whole family … the Beckham family, that is. As for the game, well, I’m sure it was exciting and thrilling and all that jazz … but the real show came before and after the actual gameplay. As usual, Becks stripped off his jersey at the end of the game and sauntered off the field in all his shirtless glory …

In the wake of new cheating allegations that have lead to even newer lawsuits (on both ends), David Beckham put his focus on his young sons Romeo James and Cruz David this week in an effort to coach the boys in the ways of soccer. After all, what’s a superstar soccer stud daddy to do? Here are cute new pics of Becks and his boys kickin’ around the soccer ball together this week:

But while Becks was trying to normalize his life with his family, Irma Nici has decided to counter-sue David Beckham for “emotional stress and physical injuries” in the wake of his lawsuit of her:

David Beckham is facing further anguish as Irma Nici has decided to counter-sue the footballer. The 26-year-old former prostitute, who claims to have bedded Beckham, is now hitting back at the father-of-three, according to reports. Nici’s attorney, Paul Rolf Jensen, allegedly filed her suit on Friday at Los Angeles County Superior Court for emotional and physical injuries. She is said to be claiming for the injuries received when a process server arrived at her New York hotel to deliver Beckham’s £16million lawsuit last week. The Bosnian-born hooker claims she was hounded by the officials and was hospitalised afterwards as a direct result and his holding Beckham responsible. Her attorney Mr Jenson said: ‘Beckham is responsible for his goon’s conduct, and we will hold him liable for it.’ Jenson continued: ‘California law does not allow public figures like David Beckham to stifle free speech. ‘Maybe he didn’t live here in Los Angeles long enough to learn how precious we here consider our rights to tell the truth in print,’ Radar Online reported him saying … Nici’s lawsuit comes after Beckham launched his suit on the woman claiming to have had slept with him and the magazine that published her claims. Beckham’s attorney Bert H. Deixler wrote to In Touch magazine before they published the story, saying: ‘Let me make it clear. The story you propose to run about Mr Beckham and a prostitute is a lie. ‘The allegations are unequivocally denied. Publishing them would lead to legal action and end in an enormous damages award against you’ … To add further drama in Beckham’s current situation were revelations last week that he’d been named in a court case over claims of an affair with a married mother-of-two. The 35-year-old sporting legend was forced to deny having an illicit fling with Hollywood jeweller Shery Shabani, 33. Mrs Shabani said she was accused by her ‘jealous’ and ‘delusional’ husband Kambiz of having an affair with Beckham, whose three sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight, and Cruz, five, attend the same school as her own son and daughter.

UGH … this latest scandal is just getting worse and worse. I can’t say that I believe any of these cheating claims but that doesn’t mean that any of this is going to go away quietly. Depending on how long both sides plan to drag this out, we could be hearing about this drama for quite some time. My guess is that Les Beckhams will soon get tired of having to deal with it and may figure out a way to settle in an effort to make it all go away. No matter what happens in the end, as long as the Beckham family sticks together and focuses on what’s most important … this ugly mess will eventually, one way or another, become a thing of the past.

Okay, so maybe they don’t look quite so happy (deffo not as happy as they looked together last weekend) … but at least their together and that should be proof enough that these new cheating allegations are complete hogwash … right? It seems to me that Les Beckhams would look much better if they just carried on their every day lives without reacting to these rumors every time they pop up. The sight of Vicki B. trying to crawl underneath the dashboard rather than being photographed next to her husband makes it seem like she’s got something to hide. They should just chill out, weather the storm and sue the pants off the folks making these unfounded extramarital claims. Hello, it’s the American way!

David Beckham and his wife Victoria Beckham have finally been reunited now that Vicki B. is back in SoCal from her extended stay in NYC for New York Fashion Week. First thing on the Les Beckhams agenda was to spend a lovely but casual afternoon with the kids:

Romeo James Beckham celebrated his 8th birthday yesterday in SoCal and did so with a fun game of Laser Tag with his entire family! Les Beckhams, David and Victoria, funded the fete and invited a select group of Romeo‘s friends for a day of family fun … here are a few photos:

The Beckhams entered a futuristic world of lasers and mazes to celebrate their son Romeo’s eight birthday yesterday. Victoria and David took their family along to the Ultrazone amusement centre Los Angeles, with the likes of Heidi Klum and Seal bringing their brood along to join in the fun. However it is quite possible that Victoria, in her tottering high heels, might have decided to sit the game out. The venue boasts a 5,000 square feet multi-level arena. Players have to run around and laser each other to score points. Romeo’s brother Brooklyn, 11,and five-year-old Cruz were, of course, in on the action. Victoria, 35, was snapped outside the venue with the family, wearing a bright green dress. The front of the building was decked out with a masses of yellow balloons and guests could be seen milling around enjoying the spread laid on.

It turns out that Heidi Klum, Seal and their children were also in attendance at yesterday’s party … which sounds like it was a total blast! In birthdays past, Romeo has had karate parties, costume parties and pizza parties. I think a game of Laser Tag sounds like a lot of fun. Let’s send all our birthday lurve to the middle Beckham child … here’s hoping his 8th year will be his best yet!

David Beckham rounded up his entire family — including wife Victoria Beckham and 3 sons Brooklyn Joseph, Romeo James and Cruz David — for a fun outing at Universal Studios here at Universal City yesterday afternoon. The Beckham bunch hung out all afternoon with celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and his family … possibly because Becks was trying to hire his BFF to become his family’s new chef … word is, Becks is trying to save some money by downsizing his personal staff:

Victoria and David Beckham have slashed their workforce after the celebrity couple was warned they were wasting huge amounts of money on surplus staff. The former Spice Girl and her soccer superstar husband are estimated to be worth $172 million and have a string of homes around the world, including properties in England, Los Angeles, France and Dubai. Each of the houses is said to have an independent workforce, but the singer-turned-designer has decided to scale back on number of workers in the couple’s employment following a stern warning from an accountant. According to Britain’s The Sun, the couple has dismissed six gardeners from their French chateau, a long term cleaner at their estate in Hertfordshire, England and six chauffeurs. A source tells the publication, “This very no-nonsense accountant gave it to Vic straight and said, ‘You can afford to employ all of these people. But why the hell do you?’ ” “Once the accountant pointed out that level of staffing was not required Vic pushed the button. There has been a large downsize. David and Victoria are multi-millionaires but that doesn’t mean they have to waste money – and they were hemorrhaging it.”

HMMM … it sounds like Les Beckhams are actually being frugal for once … which sounds wise. As for these photos, I love them! Both David and Victoria spend as much of their free time with their children as possible and it’s entirely darling. We rarely see them hanging out with their friends and even when they do (like they did yesterday at Universal) they often like to bring their kiddies along. Cute!

David Beckham, who returned home to SoCal after many months away due to his commitment to his other soccer team AC Milan (which resulted in a very painful foot injury), stepped out onto the soccer field here at home for the first time since he was injured earlier this year. Becks and his sons — Brooklyn Joseph, Romeo James and Cruz David — spent some time kicking around the soccer ball together yesterday afternoon:

Following months away from the pitch as he recovers from injury, it looks like David Beckham is easing himself back into the game… with the help of his three sons. After taking his boys to the Teen Choice Awards on Sunday, the 35-year-old was spotted enjoying a kickaround with them in a Los Angeles park yesterday. While graciously letting his sons get more ball possession, it looks like the midfielder is well on the way to building up his fitness ahead of his return to LA Galaxy next month. Becks revealed over the weekend he was eyeing a return to LA Galaxy in September after an encouraging appointment with his doctor. When October was mentioned, he said: ‘Two or three weeks before that. It’s just about getting strength back in my calf.’ Beckham was heartbroken when he was forced to pull out of the World Cup after tearing his Achilles tendon when he was on loan from Galaxy to AC Milan in March. Fans are hoping he will be ready to rejoin Galaxy in time for their game against the New York Red Bulls on September 24, with their new acquisition Thierry Henry. But in the meantime, Beckham looked content to be spending quality time with his sons Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, seven, and Cruz, five, yesterday. Young Romeo was showing his family pride by wearing his dad’s Galaxy shirt with Beckham and number 23 written across the back.

Easy does it, Becks. I’m glad to see that he’s back on the field but I do hope he takes it easy. I’m so in love with the fact that he has been inseparable from his sons lately. It’s great to have him back home in SoCal :)
