Last September we got our first look at Rihanna as the new celebrity spokesmodel for Armani Jeans and Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear. Today we get to check out her latest Armani promo images for the upcoming Spring/Summer 2012 ad campaign. Thankfully, Ri Ri ditched the fugly short blonde wig she sported in the first batch of photos and, instead, is rocking longer and much sexier locks in these new photos. Last year they got to work together on the album, Mylo Xyloto and now Rihanna has come out and said that she is a huge fan of Chris Martin’s and Coldplay and would love to work with him again and perform a duet at the Brit Awards. So far there has been no confirmation of this, but Ri-Ri is very keen and “waiting for the call”.

Did you guys check out some of the People’s Choice Awards last night? It’s more light and frivolous than the Oscars, and more casual couture, but it is still exciting. I tune in to see who wins as much as to what the musical performances and at time ridiculous comedic acts. I also love the idea of one of the award shows coming directly from the fans. It is that time of the year when I announce my Top Albums of the previous year and altho every single one of us has an opinion and even tho every single one of us ingests music differently, I still think it’s fun to find out what other people think was the best music of the year.
