Oh baby … look at that beautiful face! Isn’t she precious? Now, for some reason, People chose not to put their interview with SMG and hubby FPJ online … but in the mag, SMG reveals that she went into labor while she was at the gym! At first, she didn’t believe that she was actually going into labor and FPJ reveals that she initially thought the rumble in her belly was from the spicy dinner she ate the night before :) SMG confesses that she decided to get an epidural for her delivery and enjoyed a totally pain-free birth … FPJ adds that after 3 pushes, Charlotte Grace came into the world. The couple also reveal that the birth of their child has equalized them immensely … they are now so focused on taking care of their baby girl that all other frantic stuff in their lives is now normalized and, as a result, better handled. Six weeks after welcoming their first son, Nicole Richie and Joel Madden – along with their 21-month-old daughter Harlow – are showing off the latest addition to their family, Sparrow James Midnight Madden. “I couldn’t be happier,” Richie tells PEOPLE. “The only thing you want is for your kids to be healthy and happy, and they are. I’m right where I belong.” In an interview at their home in Laurel Canyon in Los Angeles, Richie, 28, and Madden, 30, her boyfriend and front man of the band Good Charlotte, say they are deprived of sleep, but grateful their daughter Harlow is now fawning over a baby brother. “I’m glad I had a girl before I had a boy,” says Richie. “She just loves him so much.” Adds the children’s proud papa, “She’s very gentle with him.”

In PEOPLE’s special New Moon issue, which hits newsstands Friday, Robert Pattinson shares his baby photos, Taylor Lautner growls for fans and Kristen Stewart gets intense. “Twilight is about first love; New Moon is about heartbreak,” says the film’s director Chris Weitz. “That requires the actors to go to some very dark places.” But who was the most intense on set? “Kristen may be the most serious actor I’ve ever encountered,” Weitz reveals. “She took the job of portraying Bella’s depression very seriously.” In the sequel, Bella (Stewart) turns to best bud Jacob (Lautner) after her vampire love Edward (Pattinson) flees Forks, Wash., in the hopes of giving her a normal life. But as Bella grapples with her not-so-platonic feelings for Jacob, he transforms into a werewolf. “This is a severely emotional movie,” Stewart says. But it’s not all about the drama. “It’s a pretty hot movie,” says Ashley Greene, who thinks Stewart and Lautner “have this undeniable chemistry.” “I get nervous trying to represent Team Jacob in the right way,” Lautner admits. “This guy [Pattinson] is some pretty good competition.” “Fans ask me to growl for them, and I really don’t enjoy doing that,” the 17-year-old star says. “Please just wait for the movie.” The supernatural romance unfolds on the big screen Nov. 20.

It’s a reunion 20 years in the making … and a story that took over a year in planning. When the cast of Saved by the Bell assembled for this week’s PEOPLE photo shoot and cover story, everyone breathed a sigh of relief-including Mario Lopez, who nearly missed the whole thing. “Everybody knew the 20-year anniversary was coming up,” says Lopez. “This PEOPLE story has been in the works for over a year, long before [late night host] Jimmy Fallon started talking about it. We were all excited about it.” But Lopez’s work ethic almost prevented the reunion from coming to fruition. “I’m so busy. I was concerned about my schedule,” says Lopez, who in the past year alone has danced on Broadway in A Chorus Line, become the new host of TV’s Extra and written a fitness book, Mario Lopez’s Knockout Fitness. The night before the PEOPLE shoot in Los Angeles he was making a public appearance in Canada, across the country, and arrived on set straight from the airport after a seven-hour flight. And now? Fans are clamoring for the next step: a reunion show. “Everybody is fired up,” he says. “People keep coming up to me saying ‘When are you guys going to do a show?’” An actual reunion episode will have to wait, as Lopez is hardly taking time off. First up, he’s returning as host for the fourth season of America’s Best Dance Crew, which debuts this Sunday on MTV.

Two decades after the show’s debut, the cast of “Saved by the Bell” has reunited! Mario Lopez (Slater), Mark-Paul Gosselaar (Zack), Elizabeth Berkley (Jessie), Tiffani Thiessen (Kelly) and Lark Voorhies (Lisa) look back at their TV high school days — in the new issue of People magazine. Fans of the cult TV sitcom can thank Jimmy Fallon, who started a petition to reunite the Bayside High class of ‘90, but where is Dustin Diamond (Screech)? Now a stand-up comedian, Diamond tells People he is no longer close with his castmates and he’s working on a tell-all called “Behind the Bell.” For more about the “Saved by the Bell” cast and what they have been up to, pick up People magazine — on stands this Friday, July 31.

Whew … I’m actually glad that Dustin Diamond (Screech) was not included in this fun reunion. He has turned into quite the sleeze in recent years (BLECH! who could ever forget that disgusting sex tape he was peddling a few years ago). It’s kinda crappy, tho, that the cast decided to diss Jimmy Fallon for the cover of People magazine. Jimmy has been working so hard to get these guys back together and POOF! People magazine does it one fell swoop. Nonetheless, it is great to see the gang back together again. I’m so excited, I just can’t hide it.

She has an “angel” of a boyfriend, Dutch bass player Martyn Lenoble, “who loves me from head to toe.” She has a cozy Malibu beach house that she calls “the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.” And, after a very public battle with breast cancer that has given her a gratifying “feeling of purpose,” Christina Applegate has a new lease on life. “I used to be really shy but I started to come into my own in my late 20s and early 30s,” Applegate, 37, tells PEOPLE in the cover interview for the annual Most Beautiful issue – her first interview since her reconstructive breast surgery last November. “Now I’m not afraid to speak up in a room full of people and be a part of the conversation.” The Samantha Who? star says she’s finding balance and embracing her body after undergoing a double mastectomy in July. “You have to get through the physical transformations then buck up, go to work and try to be the normal, happy Christina for everyone around you,” she says. One source of strength has been Lenoble. “He’s been a friend for about 13 years,” Applegate says. “Our relationship gets stronger and stronger. I’m really lucky.” And, more importantly, he makes the actress feel “beautiful” about her new body. “I’m very grateful to Martyn for coming along at a time that he did because he’s been my rock through all of this,” Applegate says. “He gave me something to really want to live for and something to smile about.”

Considering the life-changing effect that enduring a double mastectomy has on a woman, I am very impressed with Christina’s attitude about her beauty (which is on full display in this issue of People magazine). I, for the life of me, cannot imagine what it must be like to survive a bout with cancer so my hat is off to her in that respect. I suppose congrats are in order for being named by People magazine as one of the 100 Most Beautiful People. But, there are 99 other folks who have been deemed beautiful by People — after the jump, check out a few of those pretty faces …

There is no denying that each one of these people is beautiful but I gotta question the selection choice of some of these photos. The 90210 girls were photographed without make-up (on purpose) but the photo is set in the harsh beach sun which makes each of the young girls look haggard. Also, I think the mag could’ve selected better photos of Robert Pattinson and Michelle Obama. Each one of them is incredibly beautiful and, yet, these photos in my opinion do not showcase their beauty at all. I do love the photo of Kristen Wiig and, of course, Tristan Wilds and Zac Efron both look supercute. I know the People magazine list of the 100 Most Beautiful People is meant to be fun and I think they generally get it right … but what do you think? Elvis Presley’s only daughter, Lisa Marie, is now a doting mom to 3-month-old girls Finley and Harper – and she is showing off her tiny additions in the new issue of PEOPLE. “I really wanted these babies,” says Presley, 40, who tried for two years to get pregnant before conceiving the twins. “My blood was too thick and would clot, which caused several miscarriages,” she tells PEOPLE. “The moment I took blood thinners, I got pregnant.” Presley and her guitarist husband Michael Lockwood, 47, also share their L.A. home with Presley’s children from a previous marriage: daughter Riley, 19, and son Benjamin, 16. Life as a bustling family of six is “chaotic bliss,” says Presley. The outspoken star – who proudly bared her baby bump after tabloids accused her of having an “unhealthy appetite” – also opens up about losing her baby weight. “I was unable to see my toes by the fourth month,” she admits. “But I only gained 30 lbs. total. I worked out up until the seventh month.”

Whoa, that’s a big family … and with the kids being so far apart in age, well, they’ve got an interesting life ahead. Kevin Federline has been called many things in the nearly five years since Britney Spears walked into his life: boy toy, gold-digger, wannabe rapper, partier. These days he answers to one name: Daddy. Since splitting with Spears in 2006 – and then watching in fear as she went through her very public breakdown – the former backup dancer, 30, has channeled all of his energy into their sons Preston, 3, and Jayden, 2. Now that Spears, 27, is getting her life back on track, they’re sharing parenting duties again – and Federline is ready to tell his side of the story exclusively to PEOPLE.

Are things getting better?
Oh, man, it’s totally turning around. It works out that [the kids] get to see her. There’s structure over there, there’s structure at my house. We’re trying to keep the same type of schedule. It doesn’t have to be completely perfect, but the foundation is there.

Again, I still contend that K-Fed really stepped up and was there for his children, Sean P and Jayden James, when they needed him most and I have no doubt that he is an amazing father to those boys. BUT, it should be noted that K-Fed has two older children with his first babymama Shar Jackson and, when talking about how devoted a father he is, we don’t usually hear about those kids. K-Fed’s first child Kori (who is now 6) was already a toddler when Shar got pregs with their second child Kaleb (who is now 4) … which was around the time that K-Fed left them to be with Britney. It strikes me as odd that Kevin would want to be portrayed as such a doting father but chooses to exclude his other children from this touching piece. I will say this for the man, he really seems to have grown up and matured a lot. Just like Britney has made great strides in taking control of her life, so has Kevin. For me, tho, this notion of K-Fed being a savior father would ring with more validity if he included his eldest children — the ones not born of a superfamous popstar — in the tale.
