About a year ago, back in February of 2011, Paris Hilton announced that she would be releasing her second music album with the “next few months”. Then, back in September — after the album did NOT come out — we learned that Paris started shadowing superstar DJs all around the world so that she could become a DJ herself … then she decided that her next album will be a House Music album. Today we learn that Paris is still planning the release of that album, whether we like it or not :/

It looks like Paris Hilton got just what she wanted for Xmas this year … for someone to pay attention to her again. Paris is featured on the cover of the new issue of Spanish Vanity Fair magazine and is likely hoping that 2012 will be the year of her fame’s rebirth. As you may have noticed by her relative absence these past few years, Paris Hilton is not the star she used to be. But with this VF cover, my guess is that she is hoping for a reversal of fortune. Lindsay Lohan, in an apparent attempt to reacclimate herself to the Hollywood lifestyle that got her in trouble in the first place, has started hanging out with the likes of Paris Hilton … for some unknown reason. This weekend the former Hollywood “It” Girls (and Paris‘s wannabe clingy sister Nicky Hilton) made their way to Malibu, CA to do some partying and Lindsay unfortunately took a nasty tumble … in front of a big group of photogs. L. Lo claims she was “blinded” and “pushed” by the paps and that’s why she fell (of course) … but Paris was there to offer a helping hand to help her up again. Paris Hilton has decided to break up with her most recent boyfriend Cy Waits. As you may recall, Hilton and Waits got arrested for drug possession in Las Vegas, NV together and despite the bust, decided to stay together romantically. Well, it would seem that that love affair has “run its course” because Paris confirmed on Lopez Tonight last night that she decided to dump Cy. This week, Paris Hilton and her mother Kathy made an appearance on The View to promote her new reality TV series The World According to Paris which, according to Paris, is meant to show the world the “real” her. Right off the bat, both Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters grilled Paris about her decision to return to the frivolity of reality TV despite Paris‘s claims that she is a changed and mature woman. As you may recall, yesterday we saw photos from Paris‘s early birthday party that was held in the Hollywood Hills on Tuesday night but today is her actual birthday. That’s right, folks … the celebutante who made a name for herself with sex tapes and crotch shots is now a grown woman of 30.

Paris Hilton is turning 30 years old tomorrow … and as a gift to all of us, she is promising to release a new album of music in the “next few months”. Paris Hilton doesn’t turn 30 until tomorrow (February 17) but she decided to celebrate a wee bit early with a lavish party in the Hollywood Hills last night. To get her birthday celebration started, Paris‘s current boyfriend Cy Waits gave her a mustard yellow Lexus car as a gift (which, judging by the color, was on sale) before the couple got all dolled up in 1920′s style outfits for her 30th birthday party (Get it? Turning 30 in the 20′s?) … all of which was filmed for Paris‘s new reality TV show. Happy (early) Birthday, Paris Hilton!

Paris Hilton rounded up some of her dogs (the names of which I’ve lost track of, to be honest) so that she could look the part of the happy pet owner for a gaggle of paparazzi and was snapped in a fairly unflattering squat position.

Yes, Paris Hilton was snapped inside a police car this week but no, the trouble-prone socialite was not getting busted for another crime. Paris was filming a public service announcement for the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department as part of the terms of her punishment for her cocaine possession conviction last Fall.
