Ruh-roh! Are things between 16 year old Miley Cyrus and her 20 year old underwear model manfriend Justin Gaston coming to a breaking point? According to new rumors going around, yes they are … and papa Billy Ray Cyrus is not happy about it. According to reports, Miley is over Justin (mebbe she’s interested in getting back with her more age-appropriate and famous in his own right ex-boyfrined Nick Jonas) and Billy Ray is doing everything he can to keep them together (which could mean that either Billy Ray is in love with Justin or he’s in love with the idea of his daughter with him … and both scenarios are creepy as hell). Miley on the other hand is, reportedly, more interested in getting back with her Jonas. There are even a few seemingly telling photos of Jiley engaged in a pretty serious discussion (argument?) at a studio in Studio City, CA this weekend … could it be curtains for Jiley soon?

Miley Cyrus has some bad news for boyfriend Justin Gaston: She wants to get back together with her ex, Nick Jonas. Although the 16-year-old “Hannah Montana” star has been dating 20-year-old underwear model/musician Gaston for nearly eight months, an insider says her heart belongs to first love Jonas. And the two — who split in 2007 — have found it impossible to stay apart from one another. “Miley and Nick want to get back together,” our source tells us. “Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.” When the two were photographed together on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley laughed off rumors of a romance, using the “just friends” chestnut. But do friends kiss and cuddle? When the two get together these days, their relationship hardly seems platonic. Says our insider, “Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.” According to the snitch, the couple is “very sweet together,” but they do have their squabbles — especially when it comes to telling Justin the truth. The source says Miley even turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!” Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they’re over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it” … Says the insider: “I think Miley and Nick are definitely in the process of rekindling their romance.” Nick’s rep told us, “We have no comment on our client’s personal life.” Miley’s flack didn’t respond by deadline.

A new holiday photo has surfaced that shows the entire Cyrus family (sans Billy Ray who was most probably taking the photo) along with underwear model Justin Gaston posing together on Xmas morn. What is most interesting about the pic is that Miley and Justin are wearing the same Hannah Montana t-shirts in the photo … that and the fact that Justin has got a mad case of bed head. I wonder where he slept on Xmas Eve?

Man … I wonder if Miley opened her Xmas package from Justin on Xmas morning or the night before. Yeah, depending on the package, my guess is the night before.

Miley Cyrus, John Travolta and others came out to the El Capitan Theatre in SoCal yesterday for the Hollywood premiere of their new Disney animated movie Bolt. Here are a few pics from the red carpet arrivals:

Bolt tells the tale of a celeb dog who thinks he has super powers and has to come to grips with the truth that he is just an ordinary dog … blah blah blah … I’m prolly not gonna see it. But I was very surprised to see that Miley‘s “friend” (and 20-year old underwear model) Justin Gaston was not in attendance for the festivities yesterday … especially telling since Billy Ray is now telling the world that Miley and Justin are collaborating on new music together. Here are pics of Justin roaming the streets of SoCal all by his lonesome earlier this week, most prolly missing the Cyrus family:

Billy Ray Cyrus says his 15-year-old daughter Miley and 20-year-old underwear model Justin Gaston are making sweet music together. “I’ll tell you what – they are great friends, and they make a good team,” he told Usmagazine.com at Monday’s Bolt premiere in L.A. “They write a lot of songs together, and they sing – it’s incredible.” … What advice does he have for his daughter? “Make good choices. Do the best you can do – mostly have fun,” he told Us. “I always tell her that as long as she’s having fun, then it’s working. When it starts being work, then it ain’t working,” he added. “She loves what she’s doing. She has a real passion for making music as an artist. She loves being an actress, and we all feel very fortunate being in the Disney family and getting to do both of our loves.”

I suppose I could make a joke about Jiley making beautiful music together but … meh, I won’t. Tho I’m pretty sure that Miley IS having a lot of fun by hanging out with Justin‘s hawt booty. I hope that Justin wasn’t feeling too left out from being uninvited to the Bolt movie premiere … but, then again, what interest would a 20-year old man have in watching an animated Disney film like this? That’s about as absurd as a 20-year old man being interested in a 15-year old girl. Oh wait.

When last we saw photos of underwear model and suspected Miley Cyrus boyfriend Justin Gaston, he was partying it up in various states of undress with some male friends of his at a recent houseparty … and before that, he was strutting his stuff on the runway at the Ed Hardy fashion show at LA Fashion Week earlier last week. This weekend, tho, Justin took it down a few notches and accompanied some of the Cyrus family women to Sunday services at the Montrose Church in Montrose, CA yesterday morning … behold:

Curiously, Miley Cyrus opted out of attending church services with Justin and her family members yesterday morning. I understand she was sick. BUT, that didn’t stop JG from tagging along with mama Tish Cyrus, little sister Noah Cyrus and grandma Cyrus anyways. I mean, I guess you gotta give it up to the lad cuz he is workin’ overtime to get in the Cyrus family’s good graces. You know what they say about folks who pray together. While I still find it weird that a 20-year old man would have anything in common with a 15-year old girl (and weirder still that said 20-year old doesn’t have better things to do than hang out with said 15-year old’s mother, little sister and grandmother), it looks like he is gonna keep pluggin’ away until the Cyrus‘s either adopt him or he marries into the fam … of course, when Miley reaches the age of consent.

Hold up, waitaminute … now, it’s one thing for 20-year old Justin Gaston to be creepin’ around with the almost 16-year old Miley Cyrus (not that it’s necessarily appropriate but it’s not absolutely unheard of) but why in the world do you suppose that Justin would be hanging out with Miley‘s 8-year old younger sister Noah? To be clear, I’m not implying that anything grossly inappropriate might be going on here (after all, they’re only enjoying a bike ride together) but I’m having a hard time understanding why a 20-year old guy has nothing better to do than hang out with children like this:

WTF?! My guess is that Justin is merely trying to get in as good as he can with the entire Cyrus family so that he can possibly become one of them. I just don’t understand, I guess, why a virile 20 year old guy would even be interested. Gaston‘s whole association with the Cyrus family just seems very odd to me and these photos of Justin bike riding with the littlest Cyrus daughter and the boyfriend of the middle Cyrus daughter are the oddest of them all. What do y’all think … am I the only one that thinks this whole Gaston/Cyrus involvement is really weird?
