The movie features some of MJ’s coolest music videos (namely Smooth Criminal and Leave Me Alone) but also features some of the most insanely ridiculous nonsense I think I have ever seen:


I had forgotten about all the fun stuff in this movie as well as how good Michael Jackson looked at this time in his life. Sure, he had already undergone some plastic surgery but I think his “look” in 1988 was his best and was deffo where he should’ve stopped on the cosmetic surgery train. I really loved seeing the Badder music video in the film, which is an all kids version of his hit music video Bad. Man … as effed up as MJ eventually became, he really was THE man back in the day. It was really great seeing this movie again after so many years. If you’ve not seen it, you should deffo seek it out and watch. It’s a trip and a half but it is 100% Michael Jackson.
