Ruh-roh! Are things between 16 year old Miley Cyrus and her 20 year old underwear model manfriend Justin Gaston coming to a breaking point? According to new rumors going around, yes they are … and papa Billy Ray Cyrus is not happy about it. According to reports, Miley is over Justin (mebbe she’s interested in getting back with her more age-appropriate and famous in his own right ex-boyfrined Nick Jonas) and Billy Ray is doing everything he can to keep them together (which could mean that either Billy Ray is in love with Justin or he’s in love with the idea of his daughter with him … and both scenarios are creepy as hell). Miley on the other hand is, reportedly, more interested in getting back with her Jonas. There are even a few seemingly telling photos of Jiley engaged in a pretty serious discussion (argument?) at a studio in Studio City, CA this weekend … could it be curtains for Jiley soon?

Miley Cyrus has some bad news for boyfriend Justin Gaston: She wants to get back together with her ex, Nick Jonas. Although the 16-year-old “Hannah Montana” star has been dating 20-year-old underwear model/musician Gaston for nearly eight months, an insider says her heart belongs to first love Jonas. And the two — who split in 2007 — have found it impossible to stay apart from one another. “Miley and Nick want to get back together,” our source tells us. “Because they’re working together [on a new video], they’ve been put in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.” When the two were photographed together on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley laughed off rumors of a romance, using the “just friends” chestnut. But do friends kiss and cuddle? When the two get together these days, their relationship hardly seems platonic. Says our insider, “Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching. Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.” According to the snitch, the couple is “very sweet together,” but they do have their squabbles — especially when it comes to telling Justin the truth. The source says Miley even turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!” Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they’re over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it” … Says the insider: “I think Miley and Nick are definitely in the process of rekindling their romance.” Nick’s rep told us, “We have no comment on our client’s personal life.” Miley’s flack didn’t respond by deadline.

Miley Cyrus has been out of the country for the past week or two doing heavy promotion abroad for her new film The Hannah Montana Movie and, unfortch, had to leave behind her 20 year old manfriend and sometimes underwear model Justin Gaston (tho, you may recall that she did manage to spend time with her more age appropriate ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas before she jetted off to Europe). It looks like Justin, who oddly enough for a 20 year old man lives with his 16 year old girlfriend’s family, was kept pretty bizzy by the Cyrus clan while Miley was away as there is a photo of Justin chauffeuring around members of the Cyrus fam earlier this week … who are, clearly, keen on making him work for his posh living. It’s a shame that there aren’t any other photos of Justin doing menial work for the Cyrus fam (cutting the grass, washing the cars, etc.) cuz then we’d know why they insist on keeping him around.

But, happy days are here again for Justin Gaston … Miley has returned from her European jaunt and immediately plucked Justin from his servitude and took him out for dinner at Koi last night:

Miley posted a tweet (message) on her official Twitter profile last night alerting us to the fact that she was dining with “someone special” … take that Nick Jonas. I, personally, cannot wait for Miley‘s next trip tho … having Justin go back to work would be fun — especially since it’s heating up and I’m sure the Cyrus family could use a poolboy … a shirtless poolboy. Go away, Miley!!

Well, well now … what have we here? Miley Cyrus stepping out for a lunch date with her famous ex-boyfriend Nick Jonas (of The Jonas Brothers)? Now, you’ll have to forgive me but I’m not very well versed in the epic love story between Miley and Nick but I understand that the couple “broke up” a couple of years ago (which is tantamount to “they stopped holding hands and txting one another”) and that there was some animosity in the aftermath. Once Miley started dating her 20 year old manfriend Justin Gaston (who, she claims, gets her closer to God), all of that animosity went away and everyone was cool again (well, as cool as one can be when they are 15/16 years old and amped up on hormones). With JG nowhere in sight yesterday, Miley and Nick met up for a lunch date — unchaperoned! Here are a couple of pics:

Could this mean a reconciliation for the pair? Will Niley live again? I must admit, Nick is a more age appropriate boyfriend for the young Miss Miley … were they to team up again, they’d set the Disney fanbase en fuego! Now that they are both mega tween stars in their own rights, their union would be equal to the pairing of Britney Spears and Justin Timberlake back in the day. None of this is good news for Justin Gaston who is just starting to get some name recognition for being Miley‘s older manfriend. HMMMM. I bet he’s praying for his life right about now.

But, it wasn’t all innocent fun for Niley on their lunch date yesterday. Nick, clearly flustered by all of the paparazzi attention, got himself into a little fender bender/hit and run accident yesterday as he tried to drive away in his classic Ford Mustang:

16 year old Miley Cyrus appears on The Rachael Ray Show today and in her interview reveals to Ray‘s television audience that her relationship with 20 year old underwear model Justin Gaston has brought her closer to “the Lord”. Yeah, I’ve seen the lad in his undies and I can TOTALLY identify. BUT, Miley goes on to clarify that it is Justin‘s religiousness that has brought her closer to God rather than anything else. Additionally, Miley also confesses that she has made a miraculous discovery at her local CVS Pharmacy … the do-it-yourself hair coloring aisle:

Miley Cyrus says she’s gotten much holier since she started hanging out with her God-fearing underwear-model squeeze Justin Gaston. “I’ve never been closer to the Lord since I met him,” she says on on the “Rachael Ray” show that airs Friday. “He’s really made me read my Bible.” We’d have to agree with Miley about feeling all holy roller. Because every time we see Justin, we say to ourselves, “Oh, thank heavens!” Far more alarming is the news that Miley has learned how color her own hair. “I’m going to save so much money, you have no idea!” she tells Ray. “I’m pretty proud of myself. Dude, if it’s going to be between $8 and $800 … it’s a good idea.” OMG, this is so not going to be pretty.

Now see … I’m trying to picture in my head the image of Jiley dying her hair in the bathroom sink and then cuddling up on the couch to read the Bible together … all before Miley climbs in to bed to sleep with her parents. I suspect that chipmunks and baby deer come to frolic on her front lawn and birds and small mice do all the chores around the house. Heh, JG might actually get Miley closer to God but I’m sure he does so in more ways than one.

Altho I’m not a Country Music fan by any means, the 2009 Academy of Country Music Awards at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV last night attracted their fair share of non-Country Music folks to get my attention … and also clued me into the fact that the amazing Carrie Underwood (my Oklahoma homegirl) had herself a pretty spectacular night at this year’s ACMs (as did Taylor Swift, whose talent also impresses me). Here are a few photos from the red carpet arrivals last night (you will note that LeAnn Rimes showed up all by herself as her hubby was nowhere to be seen … Miley Cyrus was also flying solo, leaving manfriend Justin Gaston at home) along with a couple photos of Carrie and Taylor proudly hoisting up their two ACM awards in the press room last night:

The 44th Academy of Country Music Awards swung political, personal, playful and patriotic on Sunday and ultimately opted for popular in bestowing its top honor on “American Idol” winner Carrie Underwood, naming her entertainer of the year over veteran male performers George Strait, Kenny Chesney and Keith Urban. “I’ve had a lot of good moments in the past four years,” the Oklahoma-born Underwood said at the climax of the three-hour event at the MGM Grand Arena, “but this one takes the cake.” The award was determined for the second year by popular vote during the show at CBS.com instead of being determined as it had been in past years by the performer who sold the most concert tickets during the previous 12 months, which would have given a fifth title to Chesney. But the ACM, in striving to boost ratings and make the event more interactive for fans, opened the voting for entertainer and new artist to the public. That helped TV-friendly faces such as Underwood and former “Dancing With the Stars”-turned-country singer Julianne Hough, who took home the new artist trophy. It was a big night as well for Internet-savvy teen phenom Taylor Swift, who sold more albums in 2008 than any other artist in any genre, passing 5 million. Her overwhelming success contributed to her sophomore album, “Fearless,” which has topped 3 million since its release in November, being named album of the year. The giddy singer and songwriter from Pennsylvania clapped her hands over her mouth and danced in her signature cowgirl boots upon learning she’d been chosen by the academy’s 4,000 voting members over Strait, Underwood, duo Montgomery Gentry and newcomer Jamey Johnson … The CBS telecast also looked to give more fans … to latch on to with a performance by Miley Cyrus, timed to plug the new “Hannah Montana” movie, even though the daughter of country singer and actor Billy Ray Cyrus wasn’t nominated for any awards. Tough economic times coupled with strong sentiment over the war in Iraq figured into two of the night’s most powerful musical performances. John Rich, half of the duo Big & Rich, sang a solo version of his new single “Shuttin’ Detroit Down” that elicited cheers several times from the 11,000 fans in the MGM Grand Arena as he railed against federal bailouts to troubled corporations while family farms continue to fail by the thousands. U.S. troops got a salute from Trace Adkins as he was joined by the West Point Glee Club with a new song recognizing what soldiers have sacrificed from the Civil War through the ongoing fighting in Afghanistan. The ACM announced that proceeds from the downloadable version of the performance will go to Wounded Warrior, a Florida-based organization the helps injured troops once they return home. Jamey Johnson’s “In Color,” an homage to those who weathered the Depression, fought in World War II and sustained long-term marriages, was named song of the year. Johnson’s album “That Lonesome Song,” which has drawn comparisons to the work of Waylon Jennings and others of the ’70s country Outlaw movement, had been chosen 2008′s best by a poll of country music critics. Reba McEntire hosted the show for the 11th year.

While I do not consider myself a Country Music fan per se, I still have a small place in my heart for the genre due to my years spent living in Oklahoma. Down there, you can’t escape Country Music so it’s best to just enjoy it for what it is — emotionally driven, heartfelt songs that have a pretty good way of tearing at heartstrings in order to illicit a response. I’m not ashamed to admit that I have my fave songs. I am prolly Carrie Underwood‘s biggest fan who doesn’t own any of her albums. I have a few tracks but I’m most impressed with her singing abilities overall. She is truly the best thing to come from American Idol since Kelly Clarkson. I’m so happy that she continues to enjoy so much success. She’s a woman who works hard for what she has, it’s great to see her being successful. Taylor Swift, as well, strikes me as a very talented girl. The thing that I prolly like most about Country Music is that it is a genre that’s really driven by talent. Many of the biggest Country Music stars can play instruments … which cannot be said for a lot of pop/rock or rap musicians.

While all eyes were on the Country Music stars on the red carpet, there were quite a few celebs who showed up at the awards that have nothing at all really to do with Country Music as a craft. As you can see above, Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves were in attendance and I understand that comedian Carrot Top was there as well. Additionally, new celeb couple Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy chose the ACM Awards as their official coming out party as a couple:

I find it curious that they were both wearing all white … could they be trying to tell us something? The night wasn’t without it’s own drama as well … Tim McGraw ended up pulling out of performing on the show at the very last minute due to reported “problems” with production. See, even Country Music has their own divas. In any event, much congrats goes out to all the winners at this year’s ACM Awards!

16 year old Miley Cyrus is featured on the cover of the new issue of Glamour magazine in order to promote her upcoming new film The Hannah Montana movie and in her coverstory interview she talks openly about her romantic relationship with her 20 year old manfriend underwear model Justin Gaston. Miley believes that she isn’t doing “anything wrong” by dating JG and, in fact, confesses that she “loves Justin so much” that she doesn’t care what anyone thinks about their relationship. Well now. She actually used the L word. Here is a new pic of Jiley steppin’ out on the town this week (you will note that Justin is back to wearing his favorite/only outfit) and portions of Miley‘s interview with Glamour mag:

Miley Cyrus says meeting her boyfriend Justin Gaston is “the best thing that’s happened to me in a long, long time.” Another pretty cool thing? Landing her first women’s magazine cover at 16. And in the May Glamour, Cyrus says Gaston, 20, is “the most respectful and selfless person I’ve ever known.” Regarding their age difference, she adds, “I don’t feel like I’m doing anything wrong … My fans already accept it – they just want me to be happy. And I haven’t been that happy in a few years.” Cyrus, who admits she went through a rough breakup from Nick Jonas, is finally able to say, “I don’t feel like there’s anything to hide. And I love [Justin] so much I don’t really care.” As for women she also loves – and looks up to as a blossoming actress – Cyrus says she’s “a huge Jennifer Aniston fan and a huge Angelina Jolie fan.” Of Jolie, she notes, “She’s also changed, going from her wild child to being a mom and having a normal life. And Jennifer Aniston bounced back after her divorce. If anything like that ever happens to me, I’m like, ‘Pull a Jennifer, Miley!’ She is so classy.”

I believe this is the most that Miley has spoken on the record about her relationship with Justin Gaston. It’s about time she came clean and put all of her cards on the table … tho, it’s interesting that she saved these juiciest tidbits about her romance for an interview that gets published the week her new film opens in theaters. The girl is smart, or at the very least has got smart people around her. I still have my suspicions about what is really going on between these two but I cannot blame the girl for wanting the world to know that JG is hers. Despite her alleged maturity, she is still a 16-year old girl — a very rich 16-year old girl — and all 16-year old think they know everything. If she believes she is in love, then she’s in love. I guess we’ll just have to see for just how long she remains in love. Long haul? Doubtful. But I suspect these two are planning to stay together for a while.

Halle-freakin’-lujah! Justin Gaston finally changed his shirt. The 20 year old homeboy who has an affinity for wearing plunging v-neck white t-shirts on pretty much a daily basis was spotted out and about with his 16 year old girlfriend Miley Cyrus this week wearing a baby blue shirt! I know, it’s pretty incredible, right?

OK, so mebbe this isn’t breaking news but, damn, it’s about time that JG ditched the white t-shirt for something more colorful. While it’s true that he did save his extra special Rolling Stones t-shirt for a recent visit to church, I was starting to believe that Miley would only let the lad wear one thing and one thing only. It’s nice to see that she’s letting him grow up to be his own person. Justin may wear the t-shirts in this relationship but I think we know who wears the pants.

After spending part of their weekend drawing as much attention as possible while hanging out on the streets of downtown Burbank, CA, 16-year old Miley Cyrus and her 20-year old manfriend Justin Gaston hooked up with her family (including mama Tish Cyrus and pappy Billy Ray Cyrus) so that they could all enjoy a morning of worship at church together. As always, the event was cause for dressing up and revelry … behold:

OK, I get that the church that the Cyrus family likes to attend has a pretty relaxed dress code … but doesn’t it seem a bit sacrilegious to wear a Rolling Stones t-shirt to church? I mean … c’mon. It may not be as bad as wearing a Marilyn Manson t-shirt but it’s close, don’t you think? It seems a bit wrong to see a Bible tucked under the arm of a t-shirt with the classic RS lips logo on full display. That being said, tho, not even the t-shirt is as offensive as those horrible streaks in Billy Ray‘s hair. God may forgive the wearing of rock band t-shirt in His house of worship but I cannot imagine that it easy to forgive Billy Ray‘s heinous hair-do. Some sins are just too great to forgive. Blech!

16-year old Miley Cyrus and her 20-year old magazine covermodel manfriend Justin Gaston packed up their little pooch in a nifty dog carrier and made their way to downtown Burbank, CA to enjoy a nice afternoon of lunch and public gawking from the folks who managed to stop and stare at their spectacle outing. When Jiley were last spotted out and about it was on the occasion of Miley‘s book signing for her, ahem, autobiography at the Barnes & Noble book store at The Grove a week ago. As you may recall, poor Justin was relegated to the back of the room at that event because all eyes here on Miley for her signing. This time around, tho, I understand that Justin managed to get more of the attention while the couple were flaunting themselves in Burbank. Justin managed to attract hordes of ardent fangirls while Miley had to stand by and watch with only her pet dog to keep her company. Ah well … she uses him, he uses her … they just make the perfect Hollywood powercouple. Don’t cha just love it?

Miley Cyrus, who at the ripe old age of 16 has already published her autobiography (most likely written for her and slapped with her name on it) titled Miles to Go, made her way to The Grove here in LA to sign a few copies of that book and brought her #1 fan, 20-year old manfriend Justin Gaston, along for the ride. I have to say, I find it utterly ridiculous that a 16-year old girl thinks that she has thus far lived a life worthy of being chronicled in an “autobiography” but when Disney comes upon a young commodity that they can milk for millions … they are gonna milk away. As totally gross as the notion of this book sounds, I guess you can’t fault the girl for making as much money as she can, while she still can. Usually, I’m of the mind that getting kids to read any books is better than none at all but … this particular instance has me rethinking that belief. Blah … I think I’d rather kids read Lauren LC Conrad‘s debut novel over this drivel from Miley Cyrus … and doesn’t that really say something about the abysmal literature that is being marketed to children? Oh, JK Rowling … please come out of retirement to save our children! Please! But, I digress … I find it interesting that Justin Gaston seemed to have a hard time looking happy at Miley‘s book event. As a cheerleader, he really needs to learn to smile more. As much as I’m sure he really enjoys the perks that come along with his close affiliation with the Cyrus family, I bet there are times when it really sucks just as bad as well. Being that close to fame and fortune can’t be easy for the still semi-unknown model/singer. Couldn’t you just squeeze out a tear for poor ol’ Justin?
