She’s free!! Lindsay Lohan is really free, y’all!! RadarOnline managed to get their hands on grainy, choppy, jittery cell phone video footage of Lindsay Lohan at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA that was filmed earlier today. L. Lo was spotted in the company of her father Michael Lohan and (strangely enough) her Freaky Friday film mom Jamie Lee Curtis. It’s confirmed, y’all … Lindsay is, once again, a free woman.

Due to conflicting reports as to whether or not Lindsay Lohan is actually out of rehab right now, we aren’t entirely sure where in the world the troubled starlet is at the moment. I, personally, think that she is holed up in a hotel somewhere but the fact that she has not been spotted in the wild leads me to believe that she may actually still be in rehab. Even tho we don’t where where she is, I can tell you where her personal belongings are … in her new Venice, CA swanky beachfront apartment. Her belongings were moved from her old Hollywood home to her new Venice home yesterday … and you will NEVER guess who her new next door celebrity neighbor is.

Back in July we learned that Michael Lohan penned a song called A Father’s Love for his daughter Lindsay Lohan the very week she was incarcerated at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA. Today we learn that he is at it again … this time, Daddy Lohan commissioned someone else to write a new song for Lindsay in celebration of her release from the Betty Ford Center rehab facility. Michael is planning to honor his daughter this time around with a song called My Rose.

Yesterday we learned that Lindsay Lohan‘s recent after curfew run-in with a Betty Ford staffer allegedly resulted in physical assault, putting Lindsay‘s freedom at risk if the judge overseeing her case determines that she has once again violated the terms of her probation. Today we get to hear from the Betty Ford staffer that alleges the assault (plus we get to see her alleged injuries) in an interview she gave to TMZ … an interview that resulted in her termination from the Betty Ford Center.

Remember last month when Michael Lohan issued a public statement that claimed that he would no longer be making public statements about his daughter Lindsay Lohan? Yeah, that was bullshizz. Last night, Daddy Lohan gave an interview to Celebuzz so that he could give his $0.02 on reports that Lindsay was fired from appearing in the upcoming Matthew Wilder film Inferno. According to Lohan, his daughter wasn’t fired … she quit. He also advises Wilder to “shove it up his butt”. Ladies and gentlemen, the always classy Michael Lohan:

Michael Lohan was on the warpath last night outside House of the Blues in West Hollywood, this time slamming the director of Linda Lovelace bio-pic Inferno Matthew Wilder. Lindsay Lohan’s father claims Wilder was lying when he said he had fired Lilo from the lead role in the film. Celebuzz talked to Michael at the event to set the record straight, and he tells us “Lindsay left Inferno. Wilder can go shove it up his butt. She didn’t want to do that movie. He’s full of it. He was trying to ride our coattails” … “She doesn’t need to do a movie like that,” Michael Lohan told Celebuzz. “Give me a break. Great thing to do for a girl that’s going through recovery. Put her in a position to act in a position where she’s a drug addict. Real genius, and he cares, right? Come on. Biggest hypocrite on the planet.” Then Michael threatened, “If he wants to say he fired my daughter or let her go, let him say it to my face.”

Earlier today we learned that actress Malin Akerman has been cast in the Inferno role that Lindsay Lohan was fired from yesterday and right now we get to learn what L. Lo‘s Thaksgiving Day plans will be. Unfortch for her, Lindsay‘s request to leave the State of California so that she could spend Thanksgiving at her mother’s home in Long Island, NY has been DENIED so she’ll be forced to give thanks right here in SoCal. TMZ reports that Lindsay has been spending all week long in the close company of her father Michael Lohan so it’s likely they’ll be spending Thanksgiving together as well. Here is a photo of L. Lindsay Lohan and her father Michael spent the entire week together at Betty Ford — and if Michael gets his wish … soon Dina will be joining them. Sources tell TMZ Michael arrived at BF on Monday and has been there throughout the week as part of their family week. We’re told in the early part of the week, Lindsay and Michael each went through therapy sessions … but not with each other. According to our sources, the two began doing sessions together on Wednesday. One session simply included the two of them and a counselor — another session involved a larger group. We’re told counselors at Betty Ford, as well as Lindsay and Michael, want Dina to join in on the sessions during family week next month … As for the rest of Michael’s week with LiLo… on Thursday night, Michael was spotted out with Lindsay — we’re told Michael treated Lindsay and a few of her friends from rehab to dinner.

Lindsay Lohan will not be allowed to leave the state of California during the Thanksgiving holiday — so she’ll be breaking bread with her father Michael on Turkey Day … TMZ has learned. As we first reported, Lohan was hoping to get permission from Betty Ford to head back to NY for the holiday, so she could be with her mother and the rest of the family. But we’re told BF wasn’t having it, so she’ll be in sunny California next Thursday. We’re told Lindsay will spend the day at a home where Michael is staying, close to Betty Ford. Michael wants Dina and the kids to come out and spend the day … but we’re told Dina’s not biting. So Michael’s Plan B is getting the whole clan together for XMAS.

At last … a punishment with bite! Lindsay will be forced to spend Thanksgiving with her father, how ghastly! Actually, it sounds like Lindsay and Michael have been getting along so … I guess this is good news. I’m happy to hear that the Betty Ford Center has some sort of standards and has denied Lindsay‘s request to fly off to NY on holiday while she should be rehabbing.

Earlier this week we learned that Lindsay Lohan, who has been ordered by the court to remain in a rehab treatment facility for the rest of 2010, has been given leave to move out of the Betty Ford Center proper and into their Sober Living housing in Rancho Mirage, CA. Today we learn that that move comes a long with a bit more freedom and a lot more perks for the rehabilitation L. Lo. Here are photos of Lindsay getting out of the confines of her temporary new home to make her way to alcohol education classes off site as well as photos of Lindsay as she made her way to a restaurant to enjoy a nice and normal dinner with friends last night:

It seems pretty clear that Lindsay is really enjoying the time she gets to spend away from rehab … even if she is going to alcohol education classes, I bet she’s just thrilled to leave the center. It also seems clear that she seems happy to have the attention of the paparazzi again … being out of the spotlight has prolly been torture for her.

Earlier this week we also learned that Lindsay met up with her estranged father Michael Lohan for the first time in 7 months over the weekend and it appears that things went so well on that first hang out that Lindsay wanted to hang out with Daddy Lohan again. Father and daughter have not seen one another up-close and personal for 7 months … but this weekend, they were joyfully reunited at last:

It is a stunning and dramatic turnaround for the 24-year-old Hollywood wild child, who has perpetually blamed her one-time drug addict dad for her problems. The pair met soon after 1pm on Sunday at the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, we’re told. “Lindsay met Michael at Betty Ford and the pair spent hours together… it was not a fleeting encounter, this appeared well-planned in advance,” the source said. “They also went shopping at a local Palm Desert mall, where they were seen walking around together and at one point, were in a jewelry store.” When RadarOnline.com contacted the Lohan patriarch for comment about the encounter, the 50-year-old dad-of-four remained tight-lipped: “I have pledged not to comment about anything relating to my daughter. However, what I will say is that I am an incredibly proud father tonight. My daughter is progressing extraordinarily well.”

It is being reported that the meeting came about by Lindsay‘s request … which is a bit surprising considering how angry she has been with Daddy Lohan for the past few years. You may recall that Lindsay admitted that she blames her father for most of her problems. Still, I guess it’s encouraging that she is willing to forgive her father enough to spend time with him … even if he is THE worst father in the world. Ugh. Even when there’s reasonably positive Lohan news to share, it’s still pretty smarmy. Will this reunion open up a new chapter in the relationship between father and daughter?
