It was a Happy Xmas for Playboy model Lindsay Lohan and her family this year (er, well, most of her family) as they all celebrated together at their Long Island, NY home this year. Lindsay, who has been behaving very well lately, made the trek cross-country to be with her mother Dina Lohan and her siblings Michael, Aliana and Dakota for Xmas this year (WITH permission from her probation officer/the courts) and as you can see from the group photo below … they were all very merry, indeed. Unsurprisingly, daddy Michael Lohan was not included in this year’s Xmas celebration … because he was prolly in jail or in a hospital or something. In any event, the Lohan Xmas photo ended up in the hands of TMZ … naturally. Check it out below.

Altho Lindsay Lohan is still under house arrest, she has much cause for celebration this weekend. On Thursday, she was hauled into court to face the judge for failing an alcohol test … and discovered that she is totally allowed to drink to her heart’s content and was sent on her way! This weekend, she invited her brother Michael Lohan, Jr. to her beachfront home in Venice, CA to help her celebrate, well, her continued house arrest … which, by the looks of it, seems like a really damn good time!

Perhaps in an effort to celebrate her new acting gig in the upcoming Gotti biopic or maybe to take her mind off the fact that she has to be in court today to answer to Felony Grand Theft charges but Lindsay Lohan and her younger siblings — Michael Lohan, Jr. and Aliana Ali Lohan — made their way to Six Flags Magic Mountain in Valencia, CA yesterday to ride some roller coasters and enjoy a bit of family time together. Lindsay Lohan, who likes to complain about the paparazzi from time to time, invited a photog into the Bowlmor Lanes in NYC, NY this weekend to take staged photos of L. Lo and her siblings as they bowled. As you may recall, Lindsay made her way to NYC to get away from the drama here in LA and is, apparently, courting attention in the Big Apple in any way she can.

Last weekend we learned that Lindsay Lohan‘s younger brother, Michael Lohan, Jr., is thinking of legally changing his name to Michael Cameron so as to distance himself a bit from his media-hungry, trainwreck of a father — who shares his name — Michael Lohan. Today we get to see a few photos of Jr. out with his younger brother Dakota Cody Lohan as the guys went for a surf in SoCal. As you can see from the shirtless photos below, Jr. doesn’t even need to change his name to differentiate himself from his father … cuz there is no way Michael Lohan, Sr. could ever look like this.

At last … a member of the Lohan family did something smart and worth praising. Lindsay Lohan‘s younger brother Michael Lohan, Jr. is the first born son of Dina and Michael Lohan (Sr.) and, therefore, was unfortunately saddled with his father’s name. Little did anyone know that little Michael Lohan would be inheriting such a wretchedly embarrassing name. So, Michael Lohan, Jr. is reportedly changing his name to Michael Cameron so as to not be confused with his trainwreck of a father Michael Lohan. You follow?

With another court appearance on the horizon, Lindsay Lohan called in for reinforcements and asked her mother Dina Lohan and her siblings — Michael Lohan, Jr., Aliana Ali Lohan and Dakota Cody Lohan — to fly in from NY to lend their moral support in person in LA. It was a veritable Lohan family reunion … er, minus estranged Daddy Michael Lohan, that is.

So … it would appear that Lindsay Lohan is in trubs with the law … again. Lindsay is being accused of jewelry theft and, as a result of the criminal investigation, could end up back in jail. And all of this new drama was going down right around the time she was picking up her younger brother Michael Lohan, Jr. from the airport. Let’s see … it must be Wednesday.

Right around the time yesterday that an arrest warrant was issued for Lindsay Lohan, who famously failed 2 court-ordered drug tests leading to the revocation of her probation from charges stemming from her 2007 DUI conviction, L. Lo and her peeps (including her brother Michael Lohan, Jr. and rumored girlfriend Eilat Anschel) were out roaming the streets of Venice, CA doing whatever it is that Lindsay likes to do in the daytime. We know that she likes going to Alcoholics Anonymous meetings at night but it appears that L. Lo was lookin’ to soak up some sun yesterday while she still can … after all, she may be sent back to jail for a 30-day stint in just a few short days:

According to the terms of her probation, Lindsay should be forced back into jail for 30 days because she failed her court-mandated drug tests … but it’s possible that the ruling judge in her case, Judge Elden Fox, might sentence her to a lesser term … or not at all. I’m not entirely sure how much leniency Judge Fox has in the matter but I’m sure there is a way for him to punish her in some other way … like by sending her rehab again. I, personally, think she needs to go back to jail … just like anyone else. But, if she is sent back to rehab I certainly hope she isn’t sent back to the morons at the UCLA Medical Center. They’re the ones who decided to let let her out early and, well, look what happened. My suggestion to Lindsay would be to enjoy the sunshine while you still can … you may be going away — somewhere — for a very long time.
