They have been engaged for a few months now, but finally the lovely Camila Alves has some BLING on her ring finger. Matthew McConaughey popped the question to the mother of his two children, Levi and Vida, and yesterday Camila showed us all the ring that will wed her to Matthew. Camila walked the red carpet at QVC’s New York Fashion Week runway show and was photographed in a gorgeous red dress and some SPARKLE on her left hand.

Hottie Mathew McConaughey has brought back to life the famous Dazed & Confused character David Wooderson in a new music video by Butch Walker and the Black Widow’s, “Synthesizers.” Check it out… I think the song is great and it’s hilarious seeing Wooderson come back to life.

Congratulations are in order for Matthew McConaughey and Camila Alves because the after a few years and a couple of children together, the pair have decided to get married! Matthew posted the news on his official Twitter profile yesterday along with a cute engagement photo on his official WhoSay account. Last month we learned that Amanda Seyfriend and Ryan Phillippe were still going strong as a couple despite the accusation that Ryan fathered a child with his ex-girlfriend Alexis Knapp sometime last year. For the past few weeks, the couple have stayed mainly out of sight but this weekend they have surfaced together … in France. Amanda and Ryan have, apparently, sneaked off together for a romantic getaway … which, oddly enough, includes actor Matthew McConaughey as some sort of chaperone?

Fitness fiend Matthew McConaughey went out for a jog in Malibu, CA yesterday morning and decided to get in a little stretching action to loosen up his muscles from his rigorous workout. As you can see in the photos below, Matthew really knows how to stretch his body … you know, in order to take better care of his muscles and stuff.

Once upon a time, the sight of Matthew McConaughey wearing very little clothing was a semi-daily occurrence. Then, he started having babies with Camila Alves … the clothes got put on … and stayed on. But every once in a while, Matthew strips down again to remind us all of the bounty we used to enjoy. This weekend, Matthew went for a shirtless jog along the beach here in SoCal … and he was lookin’ pretty damn good.

Blame it on the warm weather, blame on his nostalgic need to strip down again … who cares? All that matters is that we get to see new photos of Matty boy in all his shirtless glory. And all is right with the world again.

Last month we saw a few hot photos of actor Ryan Phillippe rockin’ a white tank top on the SoCal set of the new film The Lincoln Lawyer and today we get to see a couple photos of his co-star Matthew McConaughey rockin’ the same look. No question, Matthew would look good wearing this tank top no matter what he was carrying in his arms … but the fact that he’s got his adorable babygirl all tucked away safely in his embrace just takes these photos to a whole other level. Baby + Buff Daddy = DILF. Woot!

It wasn’t that long ago that the sight of Matthew McConaughey wearing little more than boardshorts and flip-flops was a daily occurrence … but since he settled down with babymama Camila Alves and fathered two children with her, Matthew‘s shirtless days have been few and very far between. When once he would be shirtless in his front yard, at the grocery store, at church (not really) now we only get to see him shirtless at the beach … and not even then because he now likes to cover up with a wet suit. But, at last, Matty boy decided to get back to the good ol’ days when clothing was a option he would normally opt out of … here are photos of Matthew with his son Levi Alves at the beach in Malibu, CA yesterday afternoon:

Ah yes … I remember these pecs. It’s been a while since we’ve seen them, tho. But you know, in all honesty, as much as it would be nice to see the man half-nekkid all day every day again I much prefer the more settled Matthew McConaughey to the previously more wild, less dressed Matthew McConaughey. I think is role as father has really changed him for the better and whether he’s clothed or not, it makes him seem all the sexier. At least now we know we can count on him to share the flesh every once-in-a-while … and that is always a good thing.

In years past, we’ve spent some time admiring photos of once single playboy Matthew McConaughey hittin’ the surf here in SoCal in various states of undress. Since becoming a father and somewhat settling down with babymama Camila Alves, Matthew has ditched his playboy image and behavior … but he has remained a active surfer. This weekend, he and young son Levi Alves did a bit of surfing (not together) to unofficially kick off the 2010 Summer Surf Season:

Sure, these photos might be a tad bit hotter if Matthew were wearing less (I mean, it’s like pulling teeth to get him to go shirtless when it wasn’t that long ago that you couldn’t pay the man to wear a shirt in public) but I love seeing photos of him at the beach with his children. it really is very cool to see that Matthew has grown up considerably in the past few years. I know this won’t be the last photo we’ll see of the McConaughey men at the beach … in no time at all, father and son will be riding the waves together. I am very much looking forward to seeing those photos one day.

As you can see, the picture perfect family were lookin’ happy as can be to be celebrating together this Easter weekend:

This is quite a beautiful family that Matthew has made for himself. Two beautiful children, a loving babymama and a career that keeps them all well taken-care of … what more could one ask for? Something tells me that Matthew and Camila aren’t quite done with the baby-makin’ just yet … but it’s hard to see how they can improve on perfection ;)
