Blah … plans to hang out with Darion and Kirsten kinda fell apart at the last minute last night so we had to reschedule but I was able to hang out for a bit with Steph and Alek. We went out for a nice dinner at Fat Fish before returning to their place to watch a movie … we somehow ended up watching Kim Cattrall (Sex and the City) and Andrew McCarthy (Lipstick Jungle) in their HIT 1987 movie Mannequin:

I prolly hadn’t seen the movie myself since ’87 so I forgot that Kim Cattrall even starred in it … as did the late Estelle Getty (Golden Girls). Seriously, the movie is sooooo cheesy (full of bad acting and even worse fashions) but we had a lot of fun watching it together (S&A had never seen it before).

Today, with the temps going into the 80s, is a beach day … I’m gonna wrap up soon and get my ass out to soak up some sun. I hear that NYC is gonna get some snow this weekend … pity. Hopefully I’ll have some fun pics to share!
