Last week Pink writer Melissa blogged about Willow Smith‘s bold, bald statement made by her decsion to shave her head and today we learn that another celebrity kid has also decided to shave her head. Lourdes Maria, Madonna‘s eldest daughter, was spotted with a half-shaved head on her way to school yesterday in NYC. It’s unclear if Lola‘s decision to shave her head was inspired by Willow‘s baldness but it looks to me like a new hair trend is starting to emerge. Click below to check out Lola’s new hair-do.

Last week we saw photos of Madonna and her much younger boytoy Brahim Zaibat hitting the slopes in Switzerland and today we get to see new photos of Maddy and her children (Lourdes Maria, David Banda and Chifundo Mercy James) doing the same. It would appear that Madonna and the family have settled in Gstaad, Switzerland for a few days to enjoy the first days of 2012 in the snow. Yesterday we got our first look at the bottle for Madonna‘s first-ever celebrity fragrance called Truth or Dare by Madonna (due for release in Macy’s stores next March) but today we get some RUMORED new music news. Two demos produced by The Messangers have leaked their way online and are said to be demos from Madonna‘s new album. Now, it’s impossible to know if the demos are, in fact, from Madonna‘s recording sessions but … they’re deffo worth checking out just in case. Madonna and family made their way to the Kabbalah Centre in NYC, NY yesterday for their weekly visit and as you can see below, Maddy was trying to keep a low profile on her way out.

Madonna and all of her children — Lourdes Maria, Rocco John, David Banda Mwale and Chifundo Mercy James — attended services at the Kabbalah Centre in NYC, NY this weekend which is a fairly normal occurrence for them … but as they exited the centre, Madonna found it necessary to hide her face from view. Actually, she decided to completely cover the entire top half of her body with a flowy scarf. HMMMM. I wonder what she was hiding under there.

Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon took some time out of her bizzy high school schedule to appear at Macy’s in Herald Square, NY alongside celebrity spokesmodel Kelly Osbourne in order to celebrate the first anniversary of the Material Girl juniors clothing line. Despite the fact that Madonna still doesn’t own the rights to the clothing line’s name, it looks like business as usual when it comes to promoting the brand. Just about a year ago, we got to see the first photos of Lourdes Maria Ciccone Leon — the firstborn child of Madonna — as she made her arrival on her first day of high school at Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music & Art and Performing Arts (better known as the Fame school) and today we get to see Lola as she made her way to school to start her sophomore year this week. It’s INSANE to me to think that Madonna has a child who is a sophomore in high school but … ’tis true, ’tis true. Check out the photos below.
