First Lady Michelle Obama has taken on the challenge of battling childhood obesity by launching her Let’s Move campaign. First Lady Obama is trying to get children (and their parents) interested in physical fitness and she is enlisting the help of some celebs to help get her message across. Last year she teamed up with Beyoncé, this year she has teamed up with Jimmy Fallon. Obama invited Fallon to the White House to put him thru the paces of a few fitness challenges … including a tug-o-war. The actor in a appeared on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon with a boyband called The Banana Boyz. He then showed off his impressive dance moves as he joined the host in a very bizarre rap called Gonna Eat That Talkin’ Sandwich: The Sarah Palin Song. The … number was inspired by Jimmy’s rather odd claim that Sarah Palin reminds him of a BLT sandwich. And in his head-to-toe yellow outfit with a yellow bandana, Jake showed that when it comes to talent, he’s no one trick pony. But as Jake says, it all comes down to rhythm.

And this, ladies and gentlemen, is exactly why Jake Gyllenhaal rules so hardcore. Fun stunts like this aren’t new for our dear Jakey poo, he is very happy to show off his fun and funny side as much as possible. Mark-Paul Gosselaar paid a little visit to the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon show last night in his Saved By The Bell character Zack Morris. Gosselaar was really on the show to promote the new season of his TNT drama Raising the Bar but spent most of his appearance playing up the notion of a Saved By The Bell reunion. It’s pretty funny to see MPG in character as Zack Morris again … he doesn’t really look like he’s aged much at all:

As he’s established himself as a grown-up actor with roles on “NYPD Blue,” “Commander in Chief” and now “Raising the Bar,” Mark-Paul Gosselaar has (understandably) distanced himself from his first big role on “Saved by the Bell.” Consider the distance achieved. Gosselaar was a guest on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” Monday — and did the whole appearance in character as Zack Morris, his “Saved by the Bell” alter ego. Or is it that he’s been “Zack Morris” all along, and just had to change his name to “Mark-Paul Gosselaar” when he got his SAG card because there was already someone with his name in the union? Fallon has made it his mission to host a “Saved by the Bell” reunion on “Late Night,” and it looks like things are lining up. I only hope that Zack and Kelly can put aside any lingering hard feelings over their breakup.

Hahahahaha … so awesome! I’m pretty sure it won’t be too difficult to get the other Saved By The Bellers on board for a proper reunion … if anything, Mark-Paul er, I mean Zack Morris‘s appearance shows that there is still a huge amount of love for Saved By The Bell. Kiefer Sutherland, who was recently arrested for allegedly headbutting and breaking the nose of a designer at the Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute Gala here in NYC earlier this month, paid a visit to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night to, among other things, play air drums in order to receive a drum head autographed by The Roots …

… oh yeah, and to talk about that headbutting incident.
