Kylie Minogue thrilled the world this year with her Les Folies Tour 2011 in Europe & Australia and her Aphrodite Live Tour in North America and today we learn that she is ready to release the live show on DVD this November for those of you who want to relive or see the show in the comfort of your own home. After touring the world with her Les Folies / Aphrodite Live 2011 Tour, Kylie Minogue is FINALLY enjoying a bit of much-needed rest as she holidays in Spain with her boyfriend Andrés Velencoso and his family. Kylie Minogue is celebrating the successful completion of her Aphrodite Live 2011 North American Tour with the release of two new EPs for her new unofficial single Put Your Hands Up (If You Feel Love). The EPs will include live versions of the track, remix versions of the track and a previously unheard b-side song titled Silence. Much, much love goes out to the goddess Kylie Minogue today … because she is celebrating her 43rd year of life today … which, really, is a gift to all of us. As you may know, Kylie just completed her Aphrodite Live 2011 tour of North America after performing across Europe on her Les Folies 2011 Tour earlier this year … she is on her way to Australia where she will tour next … but first, a few days off to celebrate her birthday today :D

Kylie Minogue may have ended the North American leg of her Aphrodite Live 2011 Tour in Las Vegas, NV on Sunday night but Kylie decided to stick around Sin City for a bit longer to enjoy the fun of LV. Kylie and her friends — including her parents Carol Ann & Ronald Minogue and her boyfriend Andrés Velencoso — attended the 7pm performance of The Beatles LOVE by Cirque du Soleil at The Mirage Hotel and Casino last night. After the show, Kylie and her parents went backstage to meet and pose for photos with the cast of LOVE. Check out some of their cute photos below.

Yesterday afternoon, David and I made our way to Las Vegas, NV for a couple of days primarily to see Kylie Minogue end her Aphrodite Live 2011 North American tour at the Colosseum inside Caesar’s Palace Hotel and Casino last night. We are staying at the absolutely FABULOUS Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Hotel and Casino and have been having the time of our lives. I”m not a big LV fan, but our accommodations have more than made up for my previous preconceived notions about Sin City.

Last night Kylie Minogue brought her Aphrodite Live 2011 Tour to the Hollywood Bowl here in SoCal and she managed to WOW absolutely every single person in attendance. David, Darion and I were lucky enough to attend last night’s show and we had THE time of our lives. Because David and I saw the larger, water-filled Les Folies-version of her tour in Berlin, Germany last March we were well prepared for last night’s performance … but seeing Kylie‘s show under the shell at the Hollywood Bowl was absolutely magical. After touring Europe and Japan, Kylie Minogue has brought her world tour to the US last night and officially kicked off Aphrodite Live 2011 in Boston, MA. Because her US tour isn’t as extravagant as her European tour (ie. no Splash Zone), I was worried what the “stripped down” version of the show would look like. As I understand it, very little changes have been made to the show now that it is here in the US. All of the numbers have been kept in tact, as well as the costuming and staging from the Les Folies 2011 Tour. Kylie has brought her FABULOUS show to our shores and she will be trekking her way across the country performing along the way! Kylie Minogue will kick off the US portion of her North American Tour Aphrodite Live 2011 this Friday in Boston and the blog Shine On and On is reporting that Kylie is planning the release of a special digital EP in celebration of her new tour. The North American Bonus Tour EP will contain some previously unreleased live performances along with a short film of Kylie‘s tour life. What a great way to celebrate Kylie‘s new US tour!!

On Sunday I revealed that I would be participating in a teleconference interview with the AMAZING Kylie Minogue today and, as expected, I was only able to ask one question … but I did get to listen in on the whole 30-minute convo that Kylie shared with all of us interviewers and learned a bit of exciting news from the goddess herself.
