Here is our first look at the first promo images from the big screen adaptation of the Jack Kerouac classic novel On the Road. As you may know, Twilight‘s Kristen Stewart stars in the film as Mary Lou (based on Luanne Henderson) while Sam Riley stars as Sal Paradise (who is based on Kerouac) and Tron: Legacy‘s Garrett Hedlund stars as Dean Moriarty (who is based on Kerouac‘s best friend Neal Cassady). On the Road, which was directed by Walter Salles, is due to hit theaters this year.

Artist Richard Phillips has immortalized some of Hollywood’s biggest celebs in a new art exhibition titled Most Wanted which is on display at the White Cube Gallery in London. For his art pieces, he took images of the celebs and enhanced them with bright hypercolor, making for bold and striking images.

According to the artist, these celebs have the “capacity to dominate the celebrity media outlets with the published details of their public and private lives.” By placing their faces over the logos of luxury brands, Phillips has made these in demand celebs even in higher demand. In the end, the result is a batch of photos that are, at the very least, eye-catching. Check out some of the photos below and tell me what you think. Last Friday we got our first look at Twilight star Kristen Stewart on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Vogue magazine and today we get to see a batch of photos, shot by Mario Testino, from K. Stew‘s Vogue photospread feature:

Kristen Stewart’s body can tell a million stories. Kinetic, she jiggles, feints, and darts as she talks, hanging back, looking off to the side, signaling resistance, a combative intelligence. “The word I always use for her is vulpine,” says Jake Scott, who recently directed her in Welcome to the Rileys, in which she plays a teenage runaway and lap dancer. “Foxlike. She’s got that way of moving and being that you often find in her performances, a sort of wiliness” … For Bill Condon, currently ensconced in a year’s worth of filming for Breaking Dawn, the two-part finale of the mighty Twilight Saga, “Kristen was at the top of my list of reasons to do this movie.”

The full online version of Kristen‘s Vogue interview can be read HERE but for me, the interesting thing about this magazine feature is the photospread. I really love photos of Stewart when she’s done up and glammed out. But these photos are fairly understated yet extremely classy. IMHO, these photos make up the best feature magazine photos of her that I’ve seen yet. Take a look at these new Vogue photos below and let me know what you think. Kristen Stewart, who is featured underneath Robert Pattinson in the just-released promo photo from the upcoming sequel film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Vogue magazine. Photographed by Mario Testino, Stewart is the February coverstar and photo scans & interview quotes from her Vogue feature have made their way to the Internets.

Back in November, director Bill Condon released the first teaser photo from the upcoming sequel film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn that sent Twihard fans into a frenzy. That photo featured Bella Swan‘s (played by Kristen Stewart) hand clutching a handful of feathers from her honeymoon sex scene featured in the novel. Today, a new promo photo from Breaking Dawn has been unleashed and this photo, too, is from the honeymoon sex scene … and it features both Bella and her vampire Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson) nekkid in bed.

Last night the 2011 People’s Choice Awards were handed out in an awards ceremony that was so chock full of product placement that I damn near puked on my fabulously stylish shoes. I did manage to keep the contents of my stomach in check long enough to note that Twilight stars Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner were all seated in the front row … and BOY did they pretend to look like they were having fun!

Twilight co-stars and rumored lovebirds Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart rang in the new year this year on the Isle of Wight in the UK lookin’ very much the normal couple. Apparently the couple celebrated New Year’s Eve last year at a small pub called The Spyglass Inn and they must’ve REALLY loved it there because R. Pattz & K. Stew decided to spend New Year’s Eve this year at the very same place … much to the delight of the locals.

Last month we saw a few photos of actor Robert Pattinson taking a swimming break in his underwear in between takes on the set of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. Today we get to see new photos of Rob and his co-star/rumored girlfriend Kristen Stewart going for a swim on set together:

She’s know for being dark and brooding, but Kristen Stewart looked white hot in a tiny bikini while taking a beach break with Robert Pattinson. Newly-released pictures of the couple show them playfully stripped down and swimming together in the ocean in Brazil. Kristen, 20, looked toned in her bandeau two-piece as she emerged from the water with her wet hair slicked back. Robert, 24, seemed in very high spirits as the pair cavorted together. He took a running jump into the water wearing only his underwear. Clad in a pair of black Calvin Klein boxers, the Twilight star was taking time out from filming Breaking Dawn, the latest instalment in the vampire saga. As Robert leapt yelling over Kristen’s head, she ducked low in the water and grimaced at the oncoming splash from her boyfriend. Witnesses also spotted Kristen jumping on Robert’s back for a piggyback ride. The pair were also seen filming steamy kissing scenes on the streets of Brazil’s capital Rio De Janeiro last month. Twilight: Breaking Dawn is set for release on Nov 18th, 2011.

Um ……………. doesn’t Robert Pattinson make, like, $1 million dollars a second every day he draws breath on this Earth? How is it that the guy cannot afford to own a pair of actual swimming shorts. HMMMM. Still … it does look like he’s having fun, soggy undies and all. K. Stew looks pretty rockin’ in her bikini … miserable but rockin’. Ah, young lurve.

Yesterday we learned that co-stars and rumored lovers Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson made their way to Brazil to film scenes for the upcoming sequel film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn. The actors are in South America to film the honeymoon scenes that are featured in the film, much to the delight of all the Twihard Edward & Bella fans out there. Here is a cute photo of R. Pattz and K. Stew waving hello to the assembled fans and photogs at their hotel this weekend:

It is exceedingly rare to see photos of Kristen Stewart smiling so genuinely for the cameras so … this photo is news in and of itself. But … there’s a bit more Twilightness to share today. As you know, Rob and Kristen are in Brazil filming their happy honeymoon scenes which means the couple finally has license to get all lovey dovey in public under the guise of “work”:

Those of you familiar with the books know that vampire Edward Cullen (Pattinson) and human-turned-vampire Bella Swan (Stewart) get married and go on their honeymoon in Breaking Dawn. It looks like R. Pattz and K. Stew are in Brazil to film those honeymoon scenes … which, if memory serves, will include a fairly racy sex scene:

Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart arrived in Rio yesterday to continue filming the final instalment of the Twilight series. Wearing her usual getup of skinny jeans and a jacket, Kristen looked comfortable yet chic whilst Rob kept it low-key in beige trousers and a jacket. The couple were surrounded by security as they made their way through the airport, and in typical fashion avoided any public display of affection. Filming on the movie officially began three days ago in Baton Rouge, Lousiana. And it looks like the pair are in for a steamy time, as they will be filming Edward and Bella’s honeymoon scenes on the Isle of Esme.

While I wasn’t particularly impressed with any of the Twilight books I have to say that I really did not like the final book, Breaking Dawn. For me, the strength of the book series is found in the relationship between human Bella and her forbidden love for vampire Edward. Once she becomes a vampire and they have the freaky sex and really freaky baby birth, well, the whole thing kinda goes to shizz. That being said, I can’t help but be curious to see how they end up bringing the strange tale developments in Breaking Dawn to life. Is that wrong? I can’t be alone in my belief that Breaking Dawn is terrible, right? Are you looking forward to seeing the film get made?
