BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! This is hilarious … there is NO WAY Kelly did not know she was dressed like Fred Flintstone when she put this little number on. Homegirl has been lookin’ fine in recent months but this outfit is a world of no! LOL … and I thought Pete Wentz was the crazy one at NY Fashion Week. I think Kelly takes the cake!

Woot!! Shannen looks great, don’t she? It was such a nice treat to see her reprise her role as Brenda Walsh on the new version of 90210 last Fall … it’s a shame we don’t get to see more of her. I’m currently re-watching the entire Charmed series and I am so LOVING Shannen Doherty again these days. I’m so glad she popped up at NY Fashion Week … I hope we get to see more of her soon!

Donny Osmond was declared the new champion of “Dancing With Stars” on Tuesday night, taking home the show’s mirror ball trophy in the season finale of the ABC contest reality program. Osmond, the former teen pop star of the singing Osmond family, said the show has been a highlight in a career of ups and downs. “I did it!” Osmond exclaimed. He promptly rushed to the audience and plucked out his wife, Debbie, whom he carried across the stage. Helping push Osmond over the top was the tango he performed Tuesday with his professional dancing partner, Kym Johnson. Judge Carrie Ann Inaba hailed it as “artistry in motion.” It earned the top score of the final performances. Three celebrities made it to the finale of the show’s ninth season — Osmond, Mya and Kelly Osbourne, the daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne. The show picks a winner with a combination of judges’ scores and viewer votes. Mya entered as the favorite, having won the highest scores on Monday’s show. Dancing with Dmitry Chaplin, she performed a jive. “I’m just so happy to have made it to the finals,” Mya said after the loss. The 30-year-old singer is most famous for collaborating on the Grammy-winning hit “Lady Marmalade” from the soundtrack of 2001’s “Moulin Rouge!” Osbourne was the first of the three eliminated. With her famous family — Ozzy, Sharon and Jack — looking on, Osbourne and professional partner Louis Van Amstel danced to a cover of Ray LaMontagne’s “Trouble.” The 25-year-old was clearly moved and began crying after her last dance. She thanked the audience and said she had “grown so much” during the show. Co-host Samantha Harris said Osbourne had become “a swan.” The finale culminated a season of good ratings for “Dancing With the Stars,” which consistently ranked as one of the most-watched shows of the fall.

HMMM … isn’t that interesting … Mya, who I understand performed consistently and almost perfectly thruout the entire competition, scored the highest score on Monday night for the last judged performance and she still lost to Donny Osmond — who, I might add, was on Entertainment Tonight (an entertainment “news” program) on a semi-nightly basis whipping up support from viewers. I suspect Osmond, who is a staunch Mormon, prolly received a lot of support from the more conservative voters as well. To be honest, I’m not at all surprised … the show is a joke. After Melanie Brown lost on the show when she should’ve won and after Lance Bass also lost when he should’ve won, I no longer have any confidence in this crappy show as an actual determiner of dancing skill. Meh. The whole thing is a farce. Ya know, I’m not sure why I care so much but when I heard that Mya lost to Donny freakin’ Osmond I just kinda lost it. I’m gonna go on the record and call this season’s result a pile of horse poop. Mya got robbed, that’s all there is to say.

Kelly Osbourne has been arrested for allegedly slapping a journalist in a London nightclub last summer. The 24-year-old daughter of Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne was released on bail as inquiries continue. She is scheduled to return to see authorities in March. The allegations stem from a claim that Osbourne hit gossip columnist Zoe Griffin after Griffin wrote an article mocking Osbourne’s model boyfriend Luke Worrall. In a piece last August in the U.K. newspaper The Mirror, Griffin wrote that she was approached in Punk nightclub by Osbourne, who took issue with a story Griffin had written saying Worrall had to ask how an earthquake was caused. Griffin quoted her saying, “I have an issue with you. My boyfriend knows what an earthquake is and everyone has been laughing at him and he’s upset.” As the conversation drew to a close, Griffin wrote, “That’s when I felt a hard slap to my right cheekbone.” As is customary, Scotland Yard would not name any of the alleged protagonists. But a statement read by a spokeswoman said, “I can confirm that a 24-year-old woman attended a central London police station by appointment at 3pm on January 2.” “She was arrested for common assault relating to an alleged incident in Soho in the early hours of 29th August 2008,” the statement continues. “She was bailed to attend a central London police station on a date in March.” A rep for Osbourne had no comment.

I, for one, am shocked! I cannot understand how the daughter of a woman like Sharon Osbourne, who is famous for being a lady in all instances and would never condone the use of violence to settle a score, could stand accused of such a heinous infraction. Surely she didn’t learn this kind of behavior, if indeed she did slap the journalist in question, from her mother. Just a thought, if this assault did, indeed, take place as Griffin claims … wouldn’t it have made more sense for Kelly to have slapped Luke for being so ill-informed of the seismic sciences? I can’t *wait* for this case to go to trial!

Kelly Osbourne is getting hitched. She is engaged to model Luke Worrall, he has revealed on his Facebook page. According to Britain’s The Daily Mail, he changed his online relationship status to “engaged to Kelly Osbourne.” Osbourne, 23, has been dating Worrall, 18, for about six months.

Now, before any of y’all run out to pick out wedding gifts for the happy couple, I’d caution y’all to wait and see if the couple actually makes it down the aisle. This Facebook announcement could just be a joke and even if it is true, Kelly O. has not been very lucky in love before. While tentative congrats may be in order, let’s keep the champagne on ice until we get more substantive confirmation. Kelly Osbourne cut a miserable figure as she left her London home yesterday sporting a heavily bruised face. The 23-year-old singer-turned-radio DJ had a black eye and a bandaged temple as she left her flat to visit her doctor. While Kelly may have looked like she had been in a fight, her spokesman said the reality TV star had fallen prey to some bad DIY when the contents of a cupboard fell on top of her. Kelly had a low-key bank holiday weekend at home after suffering from a tummy bug. Her illness was made even worse when she reached to get a glass from a cupboard in her kitchen and the whole piece of furniture fell off the wall on on top of her, cutting her temple and hitting her in the left eye. Her spokesman Gary Farrow said: “She was suffering from a stomach upset all weekend, which meant she couldn’t go out anywhere, and then this happened. She is fine now, though.”

HMMMMM … this sounds very convoluted to me … is anyone else buying this tall tale?

It’s hard to not think about the allegations against Christian Bale right now, especially when looking at photos of the man. In any event, everyone looked great on the red carpet … Maggie Gyllenhaal especially looked great in her sexy black dress. As always, it’s nice to see the McFly boys out and about and how about that Kelly Osbourne. The girl see-saws between lookin’ really tragic to lookin’ really good — she looks pretty amazing these days, I think. I’m not sure what Ne-Yo was doing at the premiere (it’s a pretty random sighting) but I’m sure a good time was had by all. I am very much looking forward to hearing what folks in the UK and Europe think about The Dark Knight. After setting 8 box office records here in the US last weekend, I’m curious to see how the rest of the world will receive the film.
