Last Friday we saw a few photos of Cougar Town co-stars Courteney Cox and Josh Hopkins frolicking together in the ocean as they holidayed together with friends in St. Barts (you may recall the couple frolicked so hard that their clothes came off in the water). Today we get to see new, supercute photos of Court and Josh at the beach again … but this time, Courteney‘s daughter Coco Riley got in on the fun. I don’t know about you, but these 3 look like a very happy family.

Cougar Town co-stars, admitted BFFs and rumored paramours Courteney Cox and Josh Hopkins have been vacationing together (with Courteney‘s daughter Coco) on the island of St. Barts this week and wouldn’t you know it … the pair suffered a couple of embarrassing wardrobe malfunctions while they frolicked in the ocean together. The waves stripped Josh of his board shorts, revealing a bit of his bum … while other, more tumultuous waves knocked one of Courteney‘s boobs out of her top. Whoops!!

Well, well, well … what have we here? A couple of weeks ago we learned that Jennifer Aniston will be appearing in upcoming eps of her BFF Courteney Cox-Arquette‘s hit ABC series Cougar Town and today we learn that Jen is gettin’ some extra perks from her association with the show. People magazine is reporting that Jen went on a 2-hour date with Josh Hopkins, who plays hottie neighbor Grayson on Cougar Town, which might be the first sign of a new romantic relationship for the famously single Ms. Aniston:

Looks like Jennifer Aniston’s guest starring role on Cougar Town comes with some sweet fringe benefits. The actress, 40, (who was recently rumored to be back together with John Mayer) shared a two-hour Italian dinner with Cougar Town actor Josh Hopkins at Madeo in Beverly Hills on Sept. 2. “She seemed very excited about her date,” says a eyewitness. “She and Josh sat at a more private table and they seemed to get along great.” Aniston, who sipped white wine and ordered fish, shared animated conversations with Hopkins, 39. “It was obvious that they don’t know each other well, but there was a flirty energy between them and Jen looked very happy,” adds the witness. Reps for both haven’t commented on the relationship, but there’s no denying the smile on Aniston’s face these days. “Jen has been in the best mood lately,” a source tells PEOPLE. “She is trying to do whatever makes her happy, which includes going on fun dates with interesting men.” And the star’s optimistic attitude could lead to more fun in the dating world.

I LOVE Josh Hopkins on Cougar Town … and I really love the idea of a possible love match blossoming between Jen and Josh. He seems like the perfect guy for her … he’s in the biz so he understands the demands of her life but he’s also not all that famous so that she can enjoy some of his normalcy. Josh is also a hottie (much hotter than John Mayer, IMHO) so there is much for Jen to enjoy from him. Because of Jen‘s notorious singleness, I’m not holding my breath just yet … but I do like this pairing very much. Here’s hoping this 2-hour date turns into something more substantial and long-lasting.

Cougar Town star Busy Philips shared a photo with her Twitter followers yesterday on St. Patrick’s Day … the photo was snapped on “Wine Wednesday” when members of the cast get together to eat, drink and be merry while they shoot new eps of their hit TV series. Here is the photo Busy posted yesterday along with the accompanying tweet:

It may be St. Patty’s day but it’s also one of our last Wine Wednesdays… I’m going to miss my friends on hiatus!

What a cute pic!! By watching their chemistry on Cougar Town, you just know that these folks are really good friends in real life, too. I’m assuming that the hiatus that Busy is referring to is the Summer hiatus between filming seasons. I suspect the show is about to wrap the last ep of season 1 and the cast will no longer be meeting on a weekly basis until filming for season 2 begins in a few months. Something tells me that hiatus or no hiatus, these folks will still get together to hang out as much as possible. It really looks and feels like they are BFFs for reals ;)

Yesterday we saw a few photos from the PaleyFest panel discussion featuring the cast of Dexter, which was hosted by the Paley Center for Media here in LA, and today we get to see a few photos from last night’s PaleyFest discussion featuring the cast of Cougar Town. Like the Dexter panel, last night’s Cougar Town event was held at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, CA and featured members of the principal cast on stage … live and in person:

As you can see, all of our Cougar faves here in the hiz last night … including Ms. Thang Courteney Cox-Arquette. I believe only Busy Philips was the only main player not in attendance at last night’s event. I’ve yet to find info about what was discussed during last night’s panel discussion but with a new show like this, I doubt anything of any seriousness was revealed. Because Dexter has a history and because of the way the last season ended, there was a lot of opportunity for spoilery info to be revealed. With Cougar Town, I’m guessing the talk was mainly about storylines may get wrapped up by season’s end and what the show hopes to accomplish in season’s to come. Still, it would’ve been very cool to see these stars in person. Cougar Town is one of my fave shows right now … I’m happy to see that it is doing so well.

Courteney Cox-Arquette is making her long-awaited return to network TV this Fall (her FX series Dirt doesn’t count so let’s just try and forget it ever happened) on a new ABC series called Cougar Town wherein she plays a “single mother exploring the dating scene after divorce”. I gotta say … I love the thought of Courteney Cox-Arquette back on the small screen. Mebbe it’s seeing how amazing she was as Monica Gellar on Friends on a daily basis in re-runs but I think the world needs a lot more Cox-Arquette on TV! I love how the last pic looks SO MUCH like a Monica pose ;) To be honest, I can’t even hear the term “cougar” without rolling my eyes almost out of their sockets but I’m willing to give CCA a shot in this new role. If she keeps getting paired up with shirtless hunks like Mr. Hopkins here on a weekly basis, well, it’s the least I can do to try and support her return to network TV. I mean … who’s with me?
