Despite the fact that John Mayer confessed that he was attempting to emulate the hairstyle made famous by Michael J. Fox‘s character in Family Ties, one Alex P. Keaton — John John got himself a hair cut … it’s basically all gone, check it out:

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have been having themselves a nice little European vacay this week as the couple have been seen popping up in Amsterdam and London together. John has been playing shows in these cities and Jen, like a nice girlfriend/groupie, has been tagging along to lend moral support, cheer him on, take photos and (I suspect) give the guy some nookie along the way. Here are a couple pics of the happy (miserable?) couple clutching one another in the backseat of their car after having had dinner at La Famiglia in London last night:

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer continued to keep their romance firmly off the radar Saturday. Slipping unnoticed into the musician’s backstage area at the Hard Rock Calling festival in London’s Hyde Park, Aniston stood quietly in the wings while the “Georgia Calling” singer ran through a 45-minute set in front of an audience of ten of thousands. But the actress wasn’t just there to lend moral support: wearing a black-and-white floral halter-neck top and faded flared jeans, Aniston busily snapped away with her camera to record Mayer’s on-stage performance. It was the second time in two days that Aniston had joined Mayer for one of his gigs. On Friday, she took a seat in the upper level of the gritty south London venue, the Brixton Academy, before leaving with Mayer at around 11:30 p.m. Earlier this week, the couple united in Amsterdam, where she was promoting the upcoming Marley and Me (with Owen Wilson) and Mayer was performing. In keeping with the low-key theme of her London visit, she never once ventured into the Hard Rock VIP area and quietly left the show without anyone noticing … Mayer is due to perform at the Glastonbury Festival on Sunday. His European tour then moves onto Copenhagen.

Well, they couldn’t have kept their movements entirely off the radar, how else would People be able to report their activities. I think it’s cute that Jen is turning into a Mayer superfan … this is the most active we’ve seen her with a fella in a very long time. I honestly still don’t get her complete and utter hatred for the public spotlight, especially after her many years working towards achieving TV fame. David and I spent a lot of time watching Friends reruns when I was with him in NYC this past week (man cannot live on Golden Girls reruns alone, I’m afraid) and I had almost forgotten how funny and outgoing Jennifer Aniston seemed back in her hey day. Since the show ended its run, Jen has really shunned much of the public’s attention towards her, which kinda reads as an “Eff You” to all the fans who made her such a wealthy person. But, even still, she deserves happiness again … especially after the whole Brangelina thing … it’s nice seeing her happy with John Mayer … at least, I think she’s happy with John Mayer. After all, she is deigning to be seen in public again … that’s really something.

John Mayer was snapped taking a little jog here in SoCal yesterday (enduring the blistering heat with his personal trainer Harley Pasternak) while wearing a sleeveless shirt … calling attention to the recent tattoo work he’s had done to his arm. It looks like Johnny got some of his tat colored in:

I don’t know that I’m all that crazy about the tattoo over all but I guess it does look better all colored in. I hope John had the foresight to heavily coat his ink in sunscreen … it’d be a shame to have any of it fade in the scorching sun due to improper care.

After weeks of keepin’ their love on the downlow (well, as downlow as the could), Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer made their first public event appearance as a couple last night (with BFFs Courteney Cox-Arquette and David Arquette, who were celebrating their anniversary) at the 2nd Annual OmniPeace Kitson Event which was held at STK and sponsored by Kitson. OmniPeace has been raising money for the Millennium Promise organization which seeks to help eradicate extreme poverty in Africa by 2025. Jen Aniston and John Mayer went to their first public event together Thursday night. They joined Courteney Cox and David Arquette — who celebrated their nine-year anniversary that night — at a humanitarian event at L.A. steakhouse STK. A witness tells Usmagazine.com that Aniston and Mayer “had their arms around each other. She was rubbing his back and whispering into his ear. They were touching each other non-stop all night.” The bash was in honor of Jeffrey Sachs — who is known for his charity work with Angelina Jolie and is pals with Aniston’s ex Brad Pitt. (It was hosted by Mary Fanaro, founder of humanitarian organization OmniPeace, and sponsored by Kitson.)

Mayerston have been spending a lot of time with the Cox-Arquettes lately (they even BBQed together with them last weekend) so it makes sense that they would go public, A.) with their BFFs and B.) at a charity event for one of Courteney‘s fave charities. Clearly, the couple are head over heels in lurve with one another ;) To be fair, it can’t be easy having to deal with all of the photogs everywhere you turn … I’d prolly be annoyed too. But, such is the price of fame. It’s kinda hard to feel too sorry for celebs who have difficulty contending with the intense fame that they’ve made a career (and a luxurious life) out of.

John Mayer got himself in a lick of trubs yesterday when the police pulled him over for driving his Land Rover without any visible license plates. And, as luck (karma?) would have it, Mayer‘s traffic violation occurred right in front of TMZ headquarters on Sunset Blvd. which put the entire incident on display in front of the paparazzi:

News confirms the pop-rock crooner was pulled over Tuesday in West Hollywood at 12:15 p.m. after officers observed Mayer’s green Land Rover was missing its rear license plate. The “Waiting on the World to Change” singer was ticketed for a registration violation, according to the West Hollywood Sheriff Station’s watch commander, and then sent on his merry way. But not before the unbashful blogger issued an apology to the paparazzi who, as you can see, were at the ready when the incident went down. In fact, Mayer’s run-in occured right in front of TMZ headquarters. “We’ll take care of this, it’s an unfortunate situation … we’ll make amends,” Mayer told the assorted shutterbugs.In Mayer‘s defense, he does have quite a few automobiles in his fleet of vehicles so I imagine it’s difficult to keep track of which ones are registered and which ones are not. In the end, this is such a non-issue … I just think it’s kinda funny that the guy got busted by the po po right in the pit of paparazzi central. [Source]

Despite the fact that Pete Wentz just got married to Ashlee Simpson and John Mayer has been lurvin’ all up on Jennifer Aniston lately, the guys have been spending quite a lot of time together. This new friendly relationship got started in the blogosphere … first Pete blogged about his love for John and then John blogged about his love for Pete — and the rest is history. It’s still strange seeing them all loved up on one another but it’s nice seeing Jennifer Aniston happy … cuz, you know, she kinda always looks so miserable and bitter. Here’s hoping that John Mayer can keep that smile on her face … it’d be a shame if he went and added to her “man issues” by breaking her heart. You be good to Jen, ya hear?

New couple Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer have moved their romance from Miami, FL to Los Angeles, CA this weekend as the pair were caught trying to sneak out of the Beverly Hills Hotel late last night:

I don’t believe the couple have been seen together since they were caught canoodling poolside at the Mondrian Hotel in Miami, FL a few weeks ago. Since then, John and Jen have been spotted in NYC separately but they haven’t been seen together … until now. The couple has been holed up in Jen‘s SoCal home trying to avoid being see together … which seems so foolish to me. The more they make a thing of not being seen, the more they are going to be hunted. Silly celebs, when will they ever learn?
