It’s Hallowe’en day today but folks have been dressing up and celebrating since Friday night (Thursday night, in some cases) … and that includes celebrities. The official Twitter accounts of celebs have been blowing up with fun photos of some of our fave celebs in costume. Click below to see some of my fave photos that I’ve seen thus far.

As you should be well aware by now, MTV hosted it’s annual Video Music Awards celebration last night at the Nokia Theater in downtown Los Angeles, CA and by pretty much all accounts, the show wasn’t the best one ever. Because there was no host, the entire show felt messy and disjointed. Some of the performances were stellar (Adele and Beyoncé, I’m lookin’ at you), others were less than stellar (take your pick of the rest) and the show overall just didn’t mesh for me. I was happy for some of the award winners (Britney Spears and Nicki Minaj, lookin’ at you) and very disappointed and offended by others (in particular I’m referring to the blatant and unabashed homophobe that I cannot bring myself to even mention by name who won Best New Artist), which left me with an overall feeling of …. malaise over the whole thing. Newishlyweds Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have been reunited once again after the couple were forced to be apart for some time due to Joel‘s hectic touring schedule with his band Good Charlotte. After the couple were married late last year, they got to spend some time together before GC had to hit the road this past Spring. It’s been some time since we’ve seen Nic/Joel together in the same place … so it’s nice to see that they are together again.

Last night David and I made our way to The Fox Theater in Pomona, CA to see my boys Good Charlotte live in concert. Good Charlotte are on tour with Yellowcard and Runner Runner and they brought the show to SoCal this weekend. I try my best not to miss GC when they come to town so I was really excited to hit the road to see the guys live.

This Spring, Nicole Richie and her children Harlow Winter Kate and Sparrow James Midnight joined hubby/father Joel Madden and his band Good Charlotte on their North American Tour. Along the way, Nicole snapped some photos and video of their tour adventures together and she put together a very cool, very sweet home video of some on-stage and back-stage footage. This tour was a family affair for the Richie-Maddens, some of which you can share in below.

Newlyweds Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may have gotten married back in December but it took until now for them to embark on their honeymoon. Now, I’m not sure if this particular trip to Paris is their official honeymoon or not but it looks like Nic/Joel decided to capitalize on the Good Charlotte tour that the band is on in Europe these days. Joel took some time away from the stage to enjoy some of the Parisian delights with his beautiful new bride.

Earlier this week we got to see the first photos of newlyweds Nicole Richie and Joel Madden out and about in public together for the first time since they were married here in SoCal earlier this month. Today we get to see new photos of the couple out in the wild … but this time they were joined by their son Sparrow James Midnight and Joel‘s twin brother Benji Madden.

Longtime lovebirds Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may have gotten hitched here in SoCal a couple of weeks ago but the newlyweds had not been seen together in public … until now. As you may recall, Nicole was spotted out and about doing a bit of Xmas shopping here in LA last week but hubby Joel was nowhere to be seen. All of that changed this weekend when Mr. & Mrs. Nic/Joel were spotted together hittin’ up the gym.

First we saw the wedding photos in the pages of People magazine here in the US, then we saw them in In magazine in Germany and today we learn that the wedding photos of Nicole Richie and Joel Madden have also been published in the pages of the Australian magazine Who …

Yesterday, in People magazine, we got our first look at the first photo released from Nicole Richie and Joel Madden‘s wedding ceremony which took place in Beverly Hills, CA last weekend. Today we get to see another photo from the wedding but this photo is published on the cover of the German In magazine:

The first shots of Nicole Richie in her wedding gown have surfaced — and she looks absolutely stunning! The pictures, which appear on the cover of Germany’s In magazine, show Richie in her lace, tulle and organza Marchesa gown — which she tells PEOPLE was inspired by the one Grace Kelly wore in her wedding to the Prince Rainier of Monaco. The photos also show Joel Madden in his tux, Nicole with her father, Lionel, and with her daughter, Harlow. PEOPLE magazine will have additional photos from the wedding in Friday’s issue.

It is very common for celebs to sell wedding and baby photos to both domestic and international publications at the same time. One photographer takes all of the photos and then the two publications pick which photos they want to publish. I’m assuming that People got first pick because I much prefer the photo they released yesterday over this one. This photo of Nicole is a bit odd. The angle of her face doesn’t really work for me … and that smile looks kinda scary. We do get a better look at the top part of her Marcesa dress and, as you can see, In magazine also features 3 other photos on the cover. I can’t wait to see them all in much larger size … the photo of Nicole holding her daughter Harlow Winter Kate looks adorable. I really, really can’t wait to see more.
