Nicole Richie and Joel Madden are already the proud parents of an adorable 16-month-old daughter, Harlow, and now, they’re getting ready for the arrival of a bouncing baby boy in August, a friend tells In Touch. “Joel bought water-based paint for the nursery and — surprise, surprise — it’s blue,” reveals another pal of the couple, who adds that Nicole refers to the baby as “he.” “Plus, she recently ordered some plush animals and infant toys from FAO Schwarz, and everything just happens to be blue.”

Now, I don’t really believe anything until I hear confirmation from the folks involved but … if this blue paint thing is true then I would say that is a pretty good indicator of what’s going on ;) No matter what the sex of the baby is, there is no doubt it is going to be the cutest thing ever. Harlow Winter is already the reigning cutest baby in all of Hollywood babydom … I’m sure she wouldn’t mind ruling with an equally adorable sibling.

Spencer Pratt acknowledges that his marriage to Heidi Montag was fake — but only because he was uninformed. “I didn’t even know you have to legalize a wedding,” claims Spencer, who tied the knot with Heidi, 22, in a nonbinding ceremony on November 19 in Mexico. “I thought growing up, you say ‘I do’ and you’re married.” And Heidi agrees. “We had our elopement, and to me, that counts,” she said at Christian Audigier nightclub in Las Vegas on December 31, but she adds that they are now planning to make it official. “We’re going to have a bigger wedding for friends and family.” And it will be a major production. “We’ll definitely have it on TV because of the fans and haters,” vows Spencer.

Well, at least we can look forward to their “bigger wedding” that will be featured “on TV” cuz isn’t that what we all really want to see? Honestly, tho, I don’t know how they can expect to be taken seriously at all … they’ve been talking about this wedding for years and going so far as to fake a wedding for a little publicity only to have it turn out to be a sham of ridiculous proportions will do nothing to fortify any integrity that they have. Speidi are TV characters and should be treated as such … as far as Heidi and Spencer go, well, I’m pretty confident that they’ve got it all planned out perfectly. As long as The Hills continues to carry on, we’ll be hearing from these two by way of various shenanigans and photo ops. The ultimate coup will be if they actually get their own TV show. To be honest, my money says that they will … then those wedding bells will be ringin’ for real.

Britney Spears reportedly has a new man in her life, and the lucky boy is Good Charlotte’s Benji Madden. The pair have apparently been dating since Madden split with Paris Hilton a few weeks ago, and were reportedly introduced by Spears’ manager Larry Rudolph, who has been helping her find a man. A source told In Touch Weekly that Spears and Madden met for dinner at a Los Angeles hotel suite, after Rudolph and Spears’ father Jamie made a list of potential boyfriends for the singer. “They’ve been on a few dates. She appears to like Benji a lot, and he seems to really like her,” the unidentified source said. Rudolph also reportedly called Olympic swimmer Michael Phelps, and ‘Gossip Girl’ actor Chace Crawford, but Madden was the most interested in meeting Britney. Spears recently announced a string of dates to promote her current album ‘Circus’.

Blah … this report is so full of inaccuracies that it can’t possibly be true. Absent the fact that our dear Britney can’t even blow her nose without a photo snapping a pic, when would Britney or Benji have the time for dates? Britney has been out of the country or hangin’ with Ellen DeGeneres for most of the past month or so. Tho, I must admit … it would be kinda awesome of these two did hook-up. Britney needs a nice man in her life and I can’t think of a nicer man than Benji Madden. I think they’d made a hella cute couple … it’s a shame that this fantansy will prolly never come to be.

Christmas has come early for Naomi Watts and partner Liev Schreiber! In Touch can reveal exclusively that the actress, 40, had their second child in New York early this morning. The couple already have one SON.

At this point we don’t know if the baby is a boy or a girl, nor do we know what time precisely it was born … hell, we don’t even really know if any of this is true but it seems prudent to me to pass along the info. We should know shortly if the new Watts-Schreiber baby was really born this weekend. I think tentative Congrats! are in order.

UPDATE: E! News confirms that Naomi did give birth yesterday and reveals she brought forth another baby boy … no name has been specified.

A U.S. magazine claims Angelina Jolie is three months pregnant with her seventh child. In Touch Weekly – which broke the news of Jolie’s second pregnancy with twins – is adamant that the actress is expecting another child in the new year. In an “exclusive” report the publication, which hits news stands tomorrow, states: “An excited Angie can’t stop talking about the new baby. So why doesn’t Brad seem thrilled?” Jolie and partner Brad Pitt’s spokesman has denied the reports, leading other U.S. outlets to rubbish the claims. However In Touch has consistently repeated the reports in recent weeks. Jolie and Pitt are already parents to three adopted children and three biological children, with twins Vivienne and Knox just four months old. In recent weeks Jolie has given countless interviews about her desire to expand their family even further. At the launch of the DVD for Kung Fu Panda last week she told reporters: “Anything could happen. We’re open to anything, we love kids and we’re having a great time. It’s chaos in our house, but it’s so much fun. We’ll definitely have more.” And she added that she couldn’t be happier with Pitt. “He’s the best daddy and we have fun, so whenever it gets hard we can just look at each other and find a way to laugh about and just appreciate that they’re only little once, and we should enjoy every minute.”

If this turns out to be true, I think it’s safe to assume that In Touch Weekly has a pretty reliable source possibly living inside Angelina Jolie’s uterus … yeah, that or they have a great mole inside the Brangelina inner circle. Again, it remains to be seen if this report is true or not … but, even if it is not, In Touch has a pretty good track record when it comes to this sort of intimate reporting of Angelina’s biological functions. What do y’all think … could Ange really be pregs again?

The Hills’ Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag have tied the knot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico! Stephanie Pratt tells In Touch exclusively, “I am not surprised! I knew they would, and Cabo is definitely where they would do it.” But Spencer’s little sister wants the couple to come back and celebrate here in the States. “I hope they come home, though. Spencer always has said he wants to live there.” Heidi, 22, and Spencer, 25, eloped on November 20 on the beach at the One & Only Palmilla resort just outside of Cabo San Lucas. Congratulations to the happy couple!

I must say, while Stephanie claims that she isn’t surprised I deffo am. Nothing about the way that Speidi handle themselves makes me believe that they would marry in secret. I honestly thought they were saving the big day for a huge TV special or something. Maybe any such TV deals never came to fruition, mebbe the couple were just struck by the impulse to get married and figured, What the hell? Stephanie’s comments do not deny that the nuptials took place, I would assume that she’d be in the know … her comments about not being surprised seem like pretty good confirmation to me. I suppose we won’t know for sure until the wedding pics make their way to the Internets (and you know the wedding pics are headed for the Internets). In any event, congrats goes out to the happy couple! May Speidi live long and happy lives together as husband and wife. What do y’all think … is this a match made in heaven? Looking healthier and acting more rationally than she has in years, Britney Spears seems well on the road to recovery, but a new book Stalking Britney: Britney Under Siege by author Ian Halperin cautions that the 26-year-old may not be out of the woods yet. “She’s on a high right now, but her life goes in circles,” investigative journalist Ian Halperin says in an interview with In Touch. “It’s like a roller coaster ride. She’s a person who is highly sensitive, and just one little thing could set her off.” In his explosive upcoming tell-all book, Stalking Britney: Britney Under Siege, the New York Times bestselling author explores the secret pain that he alleges drove Britney to attempt suicide four times following her split from ex-husband Kevin Federline. Halperin researched this sensational book during 18 months undercover as a photographer. The pressures of her career — which began at 12 as one of the youngest cast members on The New Mickey Mouse Club — led to her deep insecurities. “At 15, she had a huge breakdown and had to return home to Louisiana,” he reveals. “She was very insecure and felt like she wasn’t pretty.” But rather than get help, Britney focused on her outward appearance: “She went on a huge diet.” Today, Britney is on medication, but Halperin believes she’s far from recovered. “There’s no doubt, based on the last two years, that she is a highly unstable person,” he observes. “She’s on a temporary high right now, but she’s never really dealt with all the problems she had. It’s D-Day — as in Delivery Day — for Gwen Stefani! The singer checked into Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles and is scheduled to give birth via C-section at 10 a.m. PT. This will be the second child for Gwen, 38, and her husband Gavin Rossdale—and it’s in the same hospital where she gave birth to son Kingston, 2. “Gwen’s so excited to have this baby because she gained a lot of weight during this pregnancy,” her pal reveals to In Touch. “She is ready to meet her new baby and get her body back.”

The 10AM delivery time seems awfully specific but I suppose it’s totally feasible … even if she doesn’t give birth right at 10AM there is still a good chance that she’ll deliver sometime today — she seems way overdue to me. And, let’s not forget, that In Touch Weekly was the first magazine to report that Angelina Jolie gave birth to her twins on July 12th … which gives their report a bit more credence, I think. I just hope it’s true … Gwen needs to have that baby (those babies?) already. Watching her baby bump get so big is wearing me out ;)

UPDATE: Pink reader AJ gives me the head’s up that there is a strong possibility that Gwen did, indeed, give birth today but that she checked into the hospital last night … I guess at this point, all we have to do is wait for confirmation.

For months, rumors have circulated that Casey Aldridge has cheated on Jamie Lynn — but no one has come forward to confirm them, until now. In an exclusive interview with In Touch, 28-year-old Kelli Dawson reveals that she and Casey, 19, were romantically involved — and were still sleeping together when Jamie Lynn, now 17, was six months pregnant with his child. No fleeting hookup, Casey and Kelli’s relationship was both real and lasting — and it grew in intensity, even as Jamie Lynn announced she was pregnant. And, Kelli says, they still meet up on a regular basis. “I see him all the time, at least once a week,” she shares. The pair first met in November 2006, at the home of her sister, Kim Toller. At the time, Casey was already dating Jamie Lynn, but the sexual chemistry between Casey and Kelli was instant. “We were both really attracted to each other,” Kelli reveals. “He totally instigated it and pursued me. His friends would tell me that he liked me, that he thought I was pretty.” The couple saw each other a few times and “kissed randomly,” but it wasn’t really “hot and heavy,” Kelli admits, until the spring of 2007. Though Casey and Jamie Lynn were still involved, Kelli insists, “You never knew if they were broken up or not, because it changed from day to day!” The pair didn’t bother to hide their relationship. “Kelli and Casey have been a couple on and off for a few years,” confirms Jason Alexander, Britney Spears’ first husband and a native of nearby Kentwood, LA. “They were a really tight couple, but I think it was hard for Kelli, having Jamie Lynn in the picture.” Kelli says she and Casey stopped sleeping together a few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth to their daughter, Maddie. “It just didn’t feel right,” she explains. “He had to deal with the baby coming, and it had to stop.” She says the last time the couple had sex together was in March but “even after we stopped having sex, we would still kiss occasionally.”

Um, wow. Well, at least this Kelli girl was lucky that Casey didn’t get her pregs because we all know that Mr. Aldridge isn’t a firm believer in practicing safe sex. This story is so … sad. I mean, I had my suspicions about Casey and his creepin’ ways (especially after THESE pictures to light) and now that this chick has flat out admitted that she and Casey were still having sex “a few months before Jamie Lynn gave birth”, well, it all seems fairly believable to me. The pics are hard to deny … tho, it is impossible to know exactly when they were taken (it’s also difficult to tell for sure if Kelli and the girl in the pics are the same person). I’m sure none of this is anything that Jamie Lynn wants to hear about the father of her newborn baby girl. Oh, and I love how Jason Alexander (the guy who Britney Spears was married to for .5 secs) was available to offer his $0.02 on a matter that has absolutely nothing to do with him at all. Lord, you just know he sits by the phone praying that someone, anyone, will call. See, this is really what happens when children start having sex and having babies before they’re ready … they get mixed up in scenarios like this that aren’t really conducive to a stable family life. Sources at the La Fondation Lenval hospital in Nice, France, have revealed exclusively to In Touch that Angelina Jolie has given birth to her twins. According to insiders, the 33-year-old had a cesarean today at 6pm French time and delivered two girls. The first baby was born at 6:45 pm and the other at 7pm. The babies are in good health, another insider says. Sources say Brad was present during the birth. When contacted by In Touch, the hospital’s spokesperson, Nadine Bauer, said that journalists would not be notified ”within minutes” after the birth and that the only way they would be told was by a press release posted on the hospital Web site. Another insider adds that Angelina is expected to leave the hospital with her newborns within 48 hours. Angelina checked into the seafront hospital earlier this month in anticipation of the twins arrival.

If true, this is amazing news — it would mean that Brangelina’s twin babies and I will share the same birthday!!! Of course, this report must be taken with a grain of salt, we’ve already been thru one erroneous report of the Brangelina twins. More deets if and when they become available …
