The always fabulous Tim Gunn will be bringing his keen fashion sense know-how to the upcoming 4th season of Gossip Girl which will return to the CW in just a few short weeks will all new eps. Here are a couple photos of Tim on the GG set yesterday afternoon:

While I’m fairly certain that they will make Tim deliver at least one of his famous catchphrases, I hope they let him expand his “character” a bit … I love me some Tim just the way he is but I wouldn’t mind seeing a different side of the man … perhaps a bitchy side … a side prone to slapping people across the face for their heinous fashion choices? Meh. I can dream, can’t I? I’m really excited for new eps of GG … I can’t wait to see Tim Gunn on the show.

Gossip Girl returns with it’s 4th season on September 13 … but today we FINALLY get to see the first video trailer to tease the upcoming new season. As you may recall, we’ve seen a lot of photos from the GG set in Paris, France so it should come as no surprise that this new trailer is French-themed:

Last week we saw photos of Ed Westwick in Paris, France filming new scenes for the upcoming 4th season of Gossip Girl and today we see new photos of the young thespian filming scenes for the show back on home turf in NYC, NY. On Wednesday we saw photos of the GG ladies on the NYC set and today it’s all about the dudes. Here are pics of Ed Westwick in various outfits on set in NYC workin’ hard for a living yesterday afternoon:

You will note that Ed brought his Parisian co-star Clémence Poesy back to NYC with him for these new scenes … it would appear that Miss Poesy will be featured in the 4th season of Gossip Girl more than I initially thought. I wonder if we’ll be seeing photos of Leighton Meester interacting with Clémence at some point. HMMMM. OH and you will note that Ed is wearing a tank top in a couple of these photos (Summer of the Tank Top anyone?). My guess is that the tank top shots are of Ed being Ed … not in character as Chuck Bass. I can’t see Chuck being much of a fan of the tank top … but the look sure works for Ed Weswick ;)

Last week we saw photos of Blake Lively and Leighton Meester filming new scenes for the upcoming 4th season of Gossip Girl in Paris, France and today we get to see pics from the GG set which has returned home to NYC, NY. Apparently, there is Gossip to be had in the Big Apple while rain fall from above:

While I would LOVE to see these two close up their umbrellas and go at it with one another in swordplay, I doubt any such fun thing will actually happen. Ah well, it’s good to see the ladies back to work on their home turf.

At the start of last week, we saw the first photos from the season 4 set of Gossip Girl which is currently in production in Paris, France. As the week progressed, we saw a few more photos from filming in different parts of the city … but today we get to see the first night-time scenes filmed for the new season. Here is a lovely photo of Leighton Meester (as Blair Waldorf) and Blake Lively (as Serena van der Woodsen) preparing to film their scene together near a picturesque fountain in Paris last night:

I must warn, tho, that the rest of the photos that I have to share are a bit spoilery. I mean, not spoilery in a way that has never been seen on the show before but spoilery in the way that those of you who wish to be completely surprised by what’s to come in the new seasons might want to avoid looking. I will say the photos feature these ladies involved in a grippingly dramatic scene together … and there is water involved. Curious? Check ‘em out, after the jump …

Thus far this week, we’ve seen photos of Gossip Girl castmembers Blake Lively and Leighton Meester filming new scenes together for the upcoming 4th season their show as well as photos of Ed Westwick and French actress (and Harry Potter alum) Clémence Poesy doing the same. Today we check in the GG production to see new photos of Blake and Leighton taking a break from filming to give a huge BON JOUR! to the Parisian fans who came out to say hello:

The ladies were filming at the Musee Baccarat and decided to spend some time givin’ some love to the fans below their balcony. Elsewhere, the ladies filmed a scene at a local eatery where they shared more than just a meal together. Check out those photos after the jump …

Over the weekend we got our first look at actresses Blake Lively and Leighton Meester filming the first scenes of the upcoming fourth season of the hit CW TV series Gossip Girl in Paris, France and today we learn that actor Ed Westwick has joined the Parisian party. Joined by French actress Clémence Poesy, Westwick was spotted on the streets of Paris with co-star Blake Lively on the second day of season 4 production:

Now that Chuck is on the scene, it looks like things are going to get quite dramatic on Gossip Girl. Those of us who watched the end of season 3 know that he and Blair (played by Meester) ended things on an unhappy note. Now that Chuck is in town with a hot new chick, Blair is sure to take notice. It remains to be seen if any other GG characters will be showing up in Paris but it’ll be fun to watch and see .

Spotted … Blake Lively and Leighton Meeter in Paris, France filming scenes for the upcoming 4th season of the hit CW TV series Gossip Girl. As you GG fans may recall, last season ended with Blake and Leighton‘s characters Serena and Blair packing their bags for an upcoming trip to spend the Summer in Paris together. This week, production of the series starts up as the ladies get to work on season 4:

Yes, while some are enjoying Summer vacations both here and abroad, the GG cast is already hard at work on the next season of their show. Tho, I have to say … filming in the beautiful city of Paris doesn’t seem like that much hard work to me ;) I doesn’t seem like that long ago that Gossip Girl season 3 was still on the air … now they’re filming the new season and new eps of the show will be back on the air in no time. Blah! It seems like the Summer just goes faster and faster with each passing year. I’m certain we’ll be seeing more of the Gossip gang in Paris in the coming weeks. Oh la la.

Taylor Momsen, actress and musician, was on hand to play a show here in LA Friday night to play a show at The Key Club with her band Pretty Reckless and managed to let slip a little detail that might be important to her future on her CW TV series Gossip Girl. When asked to comment on the reports going around that she will be “largely absent” from GG next season, she commented “It’s done, dude” suggesting that her Jenny Humphrey character may be written off the show. X17online caught up with Taylor Momsen outside of The Key Club yesterday where she was sipping on a Red Bull and getting ready to take the stage with her band, Pretty Reckless. We asked her about reports that she would be largely absent from the next season of Gossip Girl due to “creative differences,” and all she would say was “It’s done, dude.” Producers say they have something “very big” planned for Jenny’s character in the upcoming season finale of the show, but Taylor’s attitude leads us to believe the “big” thing could possibly be the end of her storyline.

Considering the news of Momsen‘s reported absence from Gossip Girl comes from Entertainment Weekly suggests that we should be gettin’ ready to say good bye to Lil’ J. Well, it’s a good thing that Taylor‘s got this band thing going on cuz it sounds like she’s going to be out of a job very soon. You may recall that we last saw Momsen perform with Pretty Reckless last Summer as she celebrated her birthday … now that she’s about to be cut loose from her Gossip Girl duties, we may be seeing more of her Reckless-ness in the months to come. Heaven help us all. What do y’all Gossip Girl fans think … will you be happy or sad to see Jenny Humphrey leave the show?

Last August we learned that Ed Westwick‘s character, Chuck Bass, on Gossip Girl would be engaging a bit of man-on-man action on the show and last night was the ep where it all took place. Because Chuck Bass was a bisexual character in the Gossip Girl book series, fans have been wondering if the TV version of Chuck Bass would be emulating his literary counterpart … and it turns out that he does — but on a much smaller scale.
