Newlyweds Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady were first spotted making their way into a gynecologist office in early May and then RadarOnline reported that Gisele had been quietly telling close friends that she and Tom were expecting their first child together. Today People magazine cites another “source” and reiterates the claim that Gisele is pregs … with all this smoke, could there actually be fire?

Gisele Bündchen is expecting and “ecstatic,” sources tell PEOPLE. She is due early next year. Speculation has grown since pictures showing the supermodel in Brazil this week surfaced showing what seems to be a perceptible bump. Bündchen and New England Patriots quarterback husband Tom Brady were married twice this Spring – first in a ceremony in Los Angeles Feb. 26, then exchanging vows before friends in early April at Bündchen’s Costa Rica home. “Gisele will be an excellent mother,” a source tells PEOPLE. “She’s always wanted kids.” Reps for Bündchen reached by PEOPLE for confirmation refused to comment.

If true, this child will be the couple’s first child together tho Tom already has a son, John Edward Thomas, with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan. It should be noted that reports of Tom and Gisele’s private life have been completely wrong in the past (remember how many times we thought the couple got married before they actually tied the knot?) but I can see how this talk of her pregsness could totally be true … if Gisele did find out that she is pregs on her doctor visit in May then she would be due to give birth early next year. Barring official confirmation from the couple themselves, we can’t know for sure … but I’m gonna go ahead and congratulate them anyways! I totes smell a baby on the way :)

Late Friday afternoon, we got a report from Radar Online that insists that Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are pregs with their first child together. As you may recall, we saw photos of the couple making their way in to a gynecologist office here in NYC earlier this month and this weekend, they paid another visit to the very same doctor’s office …

… as you can see, the circumstantial evidence is adding up. In a court of law, this would prove nothing … in the blogosphere, it seems like pretty good proof that the couple may be preparing the way for a baby. We already know that the couple doesn’t like talking to the press so I wouldn’t expect any confirmation (or denial, necessarily) from them any time soon. That said, I would guess that Gisele might be the kind of woman to start showing pretty quickly. She’s so tiny, any protrusion is bound to be obvs. In any event, I really do hope this report of pregsness is true. Gisele and Tom would most assuredly make a beautiful baby. I can’t wait to find out.

Radar Online is reporting exclusively that twice newlyweds Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady are expecting their first baby together … could all of that honeymoonin’ they’ve been doin’ lately have paid off so quickly for the happily married couple?

NFL quarterback Tom Brady has scored again. First, he married beautiful supermodel Gisele Bundchen, and now he’s going to be a dad again, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively. Gisele and Tom had two wedding ceremonies, and now she’s told close friends that she’s expecting their first baby together. The couple wed in Santa Monica, Calif. in February and then had another small ceremony in Costa Rica in April. RadarOnline.com was first to report that ceremony. Now the quarterback and the model are passing on their superstar gene pool to the next generation! Congrats! Brady already has a son with ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynahan.

HMMM … before we go offering our congrats, I think it’s worth pointing out that this Radar report offers no proof nor do they cite any sources to base this pregnancy claim on. Yes, they say Gisele told “close friends” that she’s pregs but they do not cite those close friends as the sources. Then again, we know that the couple did make a visit to their family doctor a few weeks ago — mebbe that’s when they got the good news? It would really be great news if Tom and Gisele really are expecting their first baby together … but let’s hold off on passing out the cigars until we get more confirmation of the news.

The Metropolitan Museum of Art Costume Institute held it’s annual fashion gala, this year titled Model as Muse: Embodying Fashion, at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in NYC last night (think of it as Celebrity Prom). Rihanna made her red carpet return, taking a stroll down the press-filled carpet for the first time since her assault back in February … she opted for a shiny black suit with floods. Madonna caused a sensation on the red carpet when she showed up with a coat hanger wrapped in an old turquoise stocking attached to her head. A who’s who of fab celebs braved the rain to attend last night’s gala and many of them looked amazing (Anne Hathaway, I’m talking to you). Here are a few pics from the red carpet arrivals and some info on the event itself:

Even with the rain, the stars shone bright Monday night at the Costume Institute’s gala at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Models and the hottest celebs turned out in droves to celebrate “The Model as Muse” exhibit. There was Gisele Bundchen and Chanel Iman, along with Victoria Beckham, Jessica Alba (in Michelle Obama favorite Jason Wu), Renee Zellweger (in Carolina Herrera), Eva Mendes (in Calvin Klein) and Eva Longoria, wearing Diane von Furstenberg. Chairing the event were Marc Jacobs, Kate Moss and Justin Timberlake, who rocked a pair of geek-chic specs (and girlfriend Jessica Biel). For a party celebrating models, the guest list was missing a few of the big ones. Legendary supermodels Stephanie Seymour and Naomi Campbell opted out of attending the gala – reportedly in solidarity with their date, designer Azzedine Alaia, who felt his clothes were underrepresented in the exhibit. And Christy Turlington is abroad filming. But though those notable ’90s frock stars’ absence left the party, well, a lot less super – even with Cindy Crawford in the house – fashion’s new guard arrived in full force. Heidi Klum, pregnant with her fourth child and wearing J. Mendel, promised to wear “high heels in the delivery room.” Tyra Banks wore Badgley Mischka, and Rachel Roy dressed India-born Lakshmi Menon. Kanye West helped deflect reports he’s broken up with model Amber Rose by making a show of support – literally, gripping her as she teetered and adjusting her dress. Model behavior, indeed.

It turns out that Maddy’s funky headpiece was designed by Marc Jacobs and, apparently, is a look that was used on the runway at the Fall fashion shows this year. Unfortch, I think the contraption makes her look like a geriatric Playboy bunny. Not a good look for her. Methinks that she was heavily inspired to wear something “wacky” at last night’s Costume Institute Gala after she attended Lady GaGa’s concert in NYC over the weekend. But, there were many other folks who looked utterly faboo at last night’s event. Vicky B. rocked her usual short skirt look (meh). Newlyweds for the second time Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, who were recently spotted enjoying the sights of Vancouver, BC Canada together, have made their way back to NYC … and were spotted making their way into a medical center together. HMMMMMMMMMM. Might the happily married couple be going in for a check-up together? Might they be worried about swine flu? OR, might they seeing a man (or woman) about a baby?

Of course, there is NO evidence at all that the couple are expecting a baby or anything … but couples who visit medical centers (or OBGYNs) together usually do so when they are workin’ on the baby makin’. It would be really amazing if Tom and Gisele had a baby of their own (I know Tom’s ex and babymama Bridget Moynahan would be thrilled) so let’s just hope for the best, shall we? I guess we’ll just have to wait and see if anything will come of this visit to the doctor. Hopefully everything will be fine … and hopefully their happy family will be growing very soon.

Newlyweds Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady, who were wed earlier this month for the second time in Costa Rica (after they were first married in February in Santa Monica, CA), have popped up in Vancouver, BC Canada (along with pretty much everyone else, it seems) with Tom’s young son John Edward in tow. It turns out that John’s mother Bridget Moynahan is filming in Vancouver so Tom and Gisele decided to spend part of their honeymoon in Canada to spend time with his son — after all, as you may recall, Gisele told Vanity Fair magazine that she feels as if John were her very own child, too. Here are a few supercute pics of the happy family:

I understand the threesome spent part of their Saturday tooling around downtown Vancover before they jumped aboard the AquaBus to visit Granville Island (and also to do some canoodling). It looks like the couple are enjoying the married life … and that they are doing everything possible to make sure that little John feels included in their new family unit. They make a cute fam, don’tchathink?

Yesterday we say pics of newlyweds Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady enjoying a little R&R at a beach in Costa Rica with Tom’s son John ahead of the couple’s second wedding in just two months. As you may recall, Gisele and Tom were wed in a small, quiet ceremony here in SoCal back in February (ending all talk of secret engagements) but apparently that wasn’t good enough. The pair quickly pulled together a second, slightly more lavish affair in Central America (presumably for the sake of Gisele’s family who live there) which took place at sunset yesterday evening. The couple got hitched … again:

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen exchanged vows in a short sunset ceremony at her home in Costa Rica early Saturday evening, PEOPLE has learned. The bride, in a long designer dress and a veil that trailed 10 feet, and holding a bouquet of white orchids, “looked so gorgeous,” a source tells PEOPLE. “She looked beautiful.” Security guards blocked off key access points to Bündchen’s house in Santa Teresa, where 25 or so guests gathered under a tent set up on the home’s balcony. After the ceremony, Brady, 31, in a gray suit and vest with white pants, held his 1 ½-year-old son John on the balcony and spoke with guests like Robert Kraft, owner of the New England Patriots. Bündchen, 28, also hugged guests while friends and relatives snapped photos. They all seemed “very happy, like they were having a great time,” says one onlooker. That afternoon, Bündchen got dressed at the nearby Hotel Flor Blanca while workers readied her home. Around 4:30 p.m. Bündchen and other guests raced back to her home just in time for the sunset nuptials. Earlier that day, Brady hosted a bachelor’s brunch for the men in his entourage at the luxurious Milarepa hotel, where guests dined from a menu designed especially by the American chef. Meanwhile Bündchen entertained female guests and went over last-minute wedding details at her home. The separate his-and-her gatherings was the final lead up to three days of pre-wedding celebrations before the couple’s second set of nuptials. (They officially wed in an intimate ceremony in Santa Monica, Calif., Feb. 26.)

Three things are clear — first, we know the couple who refused to be engaged for so long apparently love to get married. Second, altho the couple loves to get married, the don’t like doing so in front of large crowds. Third, sunset is their fave time to get hitched (both of their ceremonies took place at sunset). To be honest, I can totally understand why the couple would choose to have a second ceremony so close to the first one. A girl most definitely wants her family to be in attendance when she marries the man of her dreams so I’m pretty sure this second wedding was solely for her benefit. It really sounds like both weddings were quiet, tasteful affairs … which added up together still sound less garish and opulent than, say, the wedding of Jennifer Lopez to Marc Anthony. It remains to be seen if the couple are planning a third wedding but my guess is that two ceremonies is enough for the happily rewedded couple. Congrats!
