As you may recall, Victoria Beckham is featured in the new ad campaign for Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear for Spring/Summer ‘09 and even managed to get her hawt hubby David Beckham to appear in an ad with her (as an added treat, we also got to see a new batch of photos of Becks modeling the new season of Emporio Armani Men’s Underwear, too). Today we get to see a new promo ad for the campaign that features VB bending over backwards to sell the fashionable undies … behold:

She has complained in the past of ‘looking really awful naked’, yet it seems Victoria Beckham can’t resist peeling off when it comes to Armani photo shoots. Reclining backwards onto a bed wearing nothing but skimpy underwear, black stilettos and her trademark pout, this is the ex-Spice Girl’s latest lingerie ad for the fashion giant. In these new pictures, the mother-of-three shows off a considerably more curvy figure than she is usually known for. Her provocative pose, assisted by some clever lighting, shows her toned legs and stomach and rounded bottom as she stretches backwards. The flattering shadows in the photo reveal a body most women would envy. It’s not the first time Posh has peeled off her clothes for Armani – in the past she has joined her semi-naked husband David to advertise the lingerie. It is thought to be part of a lucrative deal worth an estimated £32 million in total. The couple, who are parents to Brooklyn, 10, Romeo, six, and Cruz, three, are promoting underwear from the spring/summer collection for the Italian label. The image is part of a series of shots, largely featuring a solo Victoria, taken by celebrated fashion photographers Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott.

I actually quite like this photo … and yes, she does look really toned. She also looks really hungry but, after all these years, I’m pretty sure that is the look she is going for. While I much prefer seeing photos of David Beckham in his undies, I suppose this new photo of VB in her skivvies is a nice harbinger of things to come. Perhaps we’ll be getting more photos of Becks in the Armani undies in the near future? I wouldn’t mind seeing him in pose like this … would you?

Last week we got our first look at the new ad campaign photos for Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear that feature Victoria Beckham, which follows the very successful ad campaign for Armani Men’s Underwear that featured David Beckham. Today we get our first look at the newest Armani Underwear ad that features both Becks and Vicki B. in their undies … behold:

First they conquered England and America, now the Beckhams have made it big in Italy thanks to the unveiling of a giant billboard in central Milan today. David and Victoria have peeled off for yet another Armani advertisement, which for the first time features the couple together in a intimate bedroom scene. The latest smouldering image, in which the football star is seen lying across a bed in just his briefs while Posh sits beside him in lacy lingerie, is part of a lucrative deal which worth an estimated £32 million in total. The couple, who are parents to Brooklyn, 9, Romeo, 6, and Cruz, 3, are promoting underwear from the spring/summer collection for the Italian label. Similar advertisements are expected to be rolled out across New York, LA, London, Rome, Paris and Tokyo.

Dang … this is brills. To be honest, and I can’t believe I’m saying this, I hadn’t anticipated that the couple might appear together in a single Armani Underwear ad. I thought for sure that VB would be featured in a full campaign on her own and that Becks *might* appear in another full campaign … but it never occurred to me that they’d team up together. The ad itself is kinda OK … I’d prefer if Becks were laying on his back but I don’t mind the booty shot. Poor Vicki B. looks like she got kicked out of bed ;) I hope this isn’t the last that we’ll see of Becks in his undies … even if VB has to be included, I’ll take what I can get. Just like her husband before her, Victoria Beckham has been tapped to be spokesmodel for Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear and today we get our first look at the first two photos from Armani‘s new Spring/Summer ’09 season. You may recall that news broke in October that Vicki B. would be appearing in the women’s underwear campaign … and today, that campaign is finally upon us … here is the first photo:

VICTORIA BECKHAM has copied husband DAVID by stripping off for a steamy new Giorgio Armani advert. The style-conscious former Spice Girl has previously turned down offers of lingerie photoshoots after moaning she looks “really awful naked”. However Victoria looks anything but in her FIRST ever underwear shoot for the fashion house’s Spring Summer campaign. The £12million modeling deal follows the huge success of David’s eye-popping Armani campaign last summer. He caused mayhem in San Francisco when billboards of the footie star showing off his well-endowed lunchbox were unveiled. And we’re certain body-shy Victoria will cause similar waves after baring almost all. In one snap the singer-turned-designer sprawls provocatively in a polka dot design and high heels on the floor of a dimly-lit hotel room. While in another, Victoria shows off her toned physique as she sits on the edge of an unmade bed. The pictures of Victoria, shot in location in Los Angeles by renowned fashion photographers Maert Alas and Marcus Piggott, are the first in the three-year multi-million pound deal. She said: “It’s an honour to have been selected by Mr Armani to represent the Emporio Armani Underwear brand and to execute his vision with the incredibly talented team of Mert & Marcus.” While Armani himself praised Victoria as “a style icon, a dynamic lady whose influence and recognition will add great excitement to the continued international growth of our Emporio Armani women’s underwear business”.

HMMM … I must admit, VB‘s campaign doesn’t have quite the same OOMPH that hubby David Beckham‘s campaign had. I recall when we got our first look ever of Becks all squeezed into those tight little white Armani undies … his first photo sent shockwaves around the world. Following in the very successful footsteps of her hottie hubby, Vicki B. has reportedly signed a deal to appear in the new ad campaign for Emporio Armani Women’s Underwear early next year. As all y’all are well aware, David Beckham appeared in the last two Emporio Armani Men’s Underwear campaigns … to much fanfare. Now, Armani wants to team up with VB to try and emulate that success in the women’s underwear market. Les Beckhams appeared in a steamy photospread in W magazine (shot by Steven Klein) last year which is prolly where Armani got the idea to feature Becks in their undies … let’s take a look back at a couple pics from that spread that might give us a hint at what VB‘s new campaign might look like:

Brilliant idea! I mean … I’m not all that geeked to see more pics of VB in her undies but I think it’s a brilliant idea for Armani to use her in their new campaign. I hope that Becks will also be resigning to appear in ads next year as well … I think it’s safe to say that pretty much everyone on planet Earth is hoping there will be more photos of Becks stuffed into his undies to come. Woot!
