Another Batch Of Madonna For Dolce & Gabbana Promo Photos Get Released

Early last week we got to see a few new photos from the Dolce & Gabanna Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign featuring new celebrity spokesmodel Madonna and today we get to see, yet, another batch of photos featuring Maddy for D&G. Here are a couple of the newly released photos:

As you may recall, the first batch of photos that we saw from this campaign had a decidedly domestic feel to them. While Madge was in the kitchen for those photos, she has moved to the bedroom for these photos. After the jump, check out a couple more newly released D&G campaign photos — one of which features Maddy strokin’ her pussy … cat …

More Photos Of Madonna For Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2010

Madonna continues to show off her matronly instincts in these new photos from her upcoming Spring/Summer ’10 ad campaign for Dolce & Gabbana. As you may recall, we got our first look at this campaign last month … today we get to see a few new pics courtesy of Swide:

Never-seen-before shots from Dolce & Gabbana’s S/S 10 campaign with added backstage snaps; Madonna keeps surprising us, this time by inventing a new form of exercise. Housekeeping is the new yoga. Yoga and Pilates may have been the darlings of the past two decades but for those always looking for the next thing then here is an avant-gout of things to come. The creme de la creme of the A-list are cleverly multitasking by getting on with the daily grind while maintaining their fabulous physiques. Madonna is the poster girl for this new movement as seen in the exclusive new shots from Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring Summer 2010 campaign. See how it’s done by the pros: broomsticks are for stretching (and while doing so keeping your hydration levels high is a must) but don’t underestimate the power of freshly cleaned intimates to take breathing exercises to the next level. Should this form of exercise be too soft for you then get your heart beating faster by reading old love letters in the privacy of your bedroom…

I’m not even kidding, I love this campaign. It’s mature, classy and says so much without having to actually say anything at all. I really love the photo of Madonna with the broom. Of the photos released from this campaign thus far, it is the one that epitomizes the feel of the campaign best for me. After the jump, check out another photo from the campaign along with a behind the scenes photo from the shoot …

Italian 'Vanity Fair' magazine previews the new ad campaign
First Look: Madonna For Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2010

Last year Madonna was the face of Louis Vuitton, next year she will be the face of Dolce & Gabbana and Italian Vanity Fair magazine is giving us our first look at the first photos from their Spring/Summer 2010 ad campaign featuring her Madgesty herself … behold:

Exclusive in this week’s Italian edition of Vanity Fair is the worldwide preview of Dolce & Gabbana’s new spring/summer 2010 campaign featuring pop icon Madonna. Click here to take a first look and read what designer Stefano Gabbana has to say about the shoot and the star. Madonna’s private life is seldom out of the papers but this new Dolce & Gabbana campaign is unlike anything you have seen before. Exit the paparazzo, these shots by Steven Klein reveal much more than a grainy stolen picture, they showcase an intimate, real aspect to the ultimate icon’s life. In keeping with Dolce & Gabbana’s Spring/Summer 2010 collection’s emphasis on Mediterranean heritage and classic Italian sensuality, the mood isn’t unlike a film from the days of Italian Neorealism. Madonna herself recalls the strong, raw sensuality of the iconic actress Anna Magnani – showcasing when soft sensuality meets bold authenticity. In the Vanity Fair Italy feature, Stefano Gabbana discusses the campaign and why Madonna was the perfect match: “She loved the collection,” he says, “…she is passionate and impressively knowledgeable about Italian cinema,” (Monica Vitti is her favourite actress and we see the resemblance).” When asked as to whether Madonna knows how to wash dishes, Stefano Gabbana replies “Certainly…she’s a very practical woman…” And does she actually eat spaghetti despite her most enviable figure? “Of course, says Stefano, and she can allow herself to with all the exercise she does!”

It’s a cute idea … Madonna draped in domesticity … but there doesn’t seem to be much oomph in these first photos. But still, considering how friendly Maddy is with Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana it was only a matter of time before she signed on to appear as their spokesmodel. After the jump, check out a couple more images from the S/S 2010 Dolce & Gabbana of Madonna “at home” …

WWJD? D&G!
Jesus Luz Does Men’s Fashion Week In Milan

Jesus Luz, was recently in Argentina walking out of interviews that dared to ask him about his romantic life, was spotted in Milan, Italy this week bummin’ around the city. It turns out that Jesus is in town for more than just sight-seeing … homie was also spotted on the runway at the Dolce & Gabbana Men’s Fashion Show for their Spring/Summer 2010 collection. It looks like the D&G men themselves are quite smitten with Mr. Luz:

The male model, Jesus Luz, better known as the pop singer Madonna’s “toy boy”, has become the latest fashion icon for the Italian designer label, Dolce & Gabbana. Luz, 22, will make an exclusive appearance on the catwalk for the Dolce & Gabbana spring/summer 2010 menswear show in Milan on Saturday, June 20th. He also stars in the brand’s new advertising campaign for next autumn/winter. The campaign was photographed by Steven Klein, inspired by the Luchino Visconti movie, “Rocco eI Suoi Fratelli” (Rocco and His Brothers). The designers, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, say they chose Jesus Luz because, like Rocco he is “a modern emblem of hopes and dream”. Dolce & Gabbana menswear is one of the celebrity’s favourite labels, with high-profile customers including David Beckham, the Formula 1 driver, Jenson Button, and actors such as Orlando Bloom, Adrian Brody and Matthew McConaughey. Today, Thursday, June 18th, Luz appeared on the catwalk for the Brazilian brand, Colcci, at Sao Paulo Fashion Week.

Uh huh … I’m sure that D&G chose Jesus Luz for his embodiment of “hopes and dream” and not at all based on the buzz he’s enjoying now that he’s associated with Madonna. Whatevs, I can’t say that I blame the guy for milkin’ his new found fame for all it’s worth. Get it girl, cuz when the gettin’s gone you’ll be sorry that you didn’t capitalize. At least the guy is actually working … he may owe much to Madonna for all of the attention he’s getting these days but at least homie is workin’ for his paychecks … that’s saying something.

Jesus Luz Models For Dolce & Gabbana

Madonna‘s 22-year old toyboy and sometimes model Jesus Luz is featured in a new campaign for Dolce & Gabbana‘s Fall/Winter ’09-’10 collection. While most of the other models in the photo are wearing actual clothes, Jesus stands off to the side wearing boxer shorts and a silk robe … oh, and a really bad hair’do:

Dolce & Gabbana are hoping their fall ad campaign will be a knockout inside and outside the boxing ring — while the summer one for their underwear is headed to the pool. Taking inspiration from Italian film director Luchino Visconti’s pugilist flick “Rocco e I Suoi Fratelli” (“Rocco and His Brothers”), the campaign, shot by Steven Klein, features Madonna’s beau Jesus Luz, David Gandy, Noah Mills, Adam Senn, Julienne Quevenne and Eva Herzigova, in historical boxing sanctuary Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn, the one-time training base of Mohammad Ali and Mike Tyson.

I suppose it should come as no surprise whatsoever that this ad was shot by Steven Klein. He is the one who shot the W magazine photoshoot in Brazil last year that brought Madonna & Child together in the first place. Methinks that Klein may just be as big a Jesus fan as Maddy is ;) To be honest, I’m not at all impressed by this photo … all D&G ads tend to look the same and the clothes rarely stand out. I dunno how Jesus got talked into wearing the boxing gear but he looks really out of place in this photo. I suspect he’ll appear in other photos from this D&G campaign … one hopes he will be featured more prominently next time — and with better hair.

Couples, especially
Celebs

Celeb couples Jennifer Lopez & Marc Anthony and Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves made their way out to Milan, Italy for Fashion Week there and made an appearance en masse at the Dolce & Gabbana Spring/Summer 2009 show. If I remember correctly, Matthew is the spokesperson for D&G‘s The One fragrance and J. Lo is just besties with the designers. Here are a few pics of everyone lookin’ fab at the D&G fashion show this week:

Gah, even Marc Anthony looks a’ight in these pictures. J. Lo looks divine with her überbeyotch hairdo (not unlike the look that Top Design judge and Elle Decor editor Margaret Russell rocks on a weekly basis) and Matthew, well, he is in a shirt and suit … we should be happy he dressed for the occasion. These are great pics … and everyone looks so happy and friendly. Yeah, that’s all I got.
