For the last couple of weeks we’ve been seeing photos of Hugh Jackman and his family enjoying the warm Summer days leading up to Xmas together down under in their Australian hometown. When last we saw photos of Hugh, he was getting cracked in the family jewels by a cricket ball hurled at him by Aussie sports star Shane Warne. Today we get to see new photos of the Jackman family back in their home in NYC partaking of all the mounds of snow they have there.

Earlier today we saw cute photos of Alyson Hannigan, hubby Alexis Denisof and little Satyana doing a bit of trick-or-treating here in SoCal and right now we get to see photos of Hugh Jackman and his family — wife Deborra-Lee Furness, son Oscar Maximillian and daughter Ava Eliot — doing some trick-or-treating of their own in NYC:

As you can see, Hugh and the fam were a hodge-podge of mismatched costumes … well, except for Halloweenie Deborra-Lee who didn’t really dress up at all (Boo!) … but it was what Hugh Jackman was wearing that caught my eye. No, not his old timey costume … it’s the accessories he is wearing that made me take a closer look. In celebration of his 42nd birthday yesterday, hottie Hugh Jackman decided to spend part of his special day celebrating in the company of the most important ladies in his life … his wife Deborra-Lee and his daughter Ava Eliot. There is no question that Hugh loves spending time with his family, so it should come as no surprise to see him out and about with his wife and daughter … even on days when it’s not his birthday, Hugh seems very happy to spend all of his free time with his family. I’m certain that Hugh Jackman had a very Happy 42nd Birthday because he was able to spend it with his fam … but let’s send a little extra belated Birthday Lurve to one of our fave Hollywood hunks just in case ;)

It’s been a few months since we’ve seen photos of Hugh Jackman and his family out and about together but with a new school year comes new opportunities to see photos of the Jackmans together in public. This week, Hugh and wife Deborra-Lee Furness walked their daughter Ava Eliot home from school and they looked like a very happy, very loving family:

It is always nice to see a doting dad in action … especially one as hawt as Hugh Jackman. It’s also nice to see photos of Hugh and wife Deborra-Lee out in public together. We don’t usually get to see Mrs. Jackman out with her hubby so it’s a nice change of pace to see the family all together. Only son Oscar Maximillian is missing … but he’s getting a bit too big to be walked home from school with is parents and little sister. It is always a happy day when we get to see such a happy family lookin’ so happy together.

On Tuesday we saw a few adorable photos of daddy Hugh Jackman playing with his daughter Ava Eliot at a playground in NYC but today we get to see a photo of Hugh playing with himself just after that playground playdate. Now, either Hugh was lookin’ for something he might’ve misplaced or he was just itchin’ to get his hands on his valuables … but whatever the case may be, Hugh got caught red handed with his hand down his pants:

LOL! It should come as no surprise that grabbing one’s junk in this manner is a practice enjoyed by all men … and for a range of reasons … but it is quite funny when someone is caught in the act like this. Ahh … seeing this photo kinda gives his last name new meaning, don’t you think? Woooooot!!

Aren’t they just the perfect picture of happy family bliss? While I am none too pleased that the Fall season has come upon us so quickly, I’m glad to see that some folks are able to enjoy it. I’m quite happy with the heat that we still have in SoCal and look forward to many more weeks of soaring temps. But, these photos of the Jackmans enjoying a day at the pumpkin patch does paint a very nice picture of the season. It looks like everyone is having a lot of fun … especially Hugh with his two pink ponies ;)

We don’t get to see much of Ms. Furness here on the blog but I thought these pics of Hugh and his ladies were too cute not to share. As you may know, Hugh is in NYC these days cuz he is performing with Daniel Craig on Broadway in a play called A Steady Rain. I’m thinkin’ Hugh was all dressed up for the show (about two Chicago cops) when these pics were snapped. Ava and Deborra are a couple of lucky ladies, don’tcha think?

Hugh Jackman, who made his way to SoCal earlier this week to take part in a hand/footprint ceremony at Grauman’s Chinese Theater, took his entire family for a fun day at Disneyland in Anaheim, CA yesterday afternoon so that they could take a bit of a break from all of the promo work he’s been doing for his new film X-Men Origins: Wolverine which opens in theaters on May 1. Here is a pic of Hugh and Mickey Mouse at Disneyland yesterday afternoon:

Hugh Jackman and his family went to Disneyland [Thursday] … Wolverine himself, Jackman, along with his lovely wife Deborra, and their two kids Ava, 3, and Oscar, 8, spent the day at the happiest place on earth! The Aussie family posed with Mickey at Disneyland in Anaheim, California.

Yes, the visit to Disneyland wasn’t just fun for Hugh (who, I understand, had a blast riding all the rides) but the trip was meant mainly for his young children (at least, that’s what he wants you to believe). Hugh Jackman and his EXTREMELY lucky wife Deborra-Lee Furness escorted their youngest child, daughter Ava Eliot, on her first day of pre-school this week in NYC … here are a few pics of the happy Jackmans as they made their way out of school at the end of the day:

It would seem that all that playtime that Hugh and his daughter have been enjoying in NYC over the past few weeks are about to be curtailed now that Ava is going to school … which, I’m sure, is a real bummer for poor Hugh. You just know he loves playing at the park, or riding scooters or playing at the park (I mention it twice cuz you know that’s his favorite) on a daily basis and he’s gonna miss doing so now that Ava is otherwise scholastically occupied. Ah well. Mebbe Hugh and Deborra will make a new baby for him to play with now that his son and daughter are becoming school age. Blah. Deborra-Lee is just really, freakin’ lucky :)

Yes, yes … I know … Hugh‘s still fully clothing AND his wife was with him … but still, his hotness cannot be diminished. We’ve seen quite a few photos of Hugh in Daddy-mode hanging out with his kids but I, personally, do not get tired of seeing Hugh the hottie family man. Absent his sexiness and amazing fatherliness … he just looks like a really great guy to hang out with. He likes to play, you know he’s got a great sense of humor and … those pecs! Yeah, I bet he is a real hoot to hang out with. His family is very lucky … they all always look so happy together. This is a side of celebrity that I really love to see.
