News came today that Courteney Cox is adding to the cast of Cougar Town with her ex-husband (and life partner?) David Arquette. He is going to be guest starring in the season 3 finale. Back in October, David Arquette opened his mouth and spilled his guts on the radio program The Howard Stern Show about the problems in his marriage that led to his split from wife Courteney Cox … which he immediately apologized for afterward. Since that time, Arquette has made frequent appearances on The Howard Stern Show and managed (for the most part) to refrain from over-sharing. Yesterday, Courteney decided to join David on Howard Stern so that they could promote their new film Scream 4 AND to share more intimate details about their failed sex life. At long last … we are just DAYS away from the release of the much-anticipated sequel film Scream 4 and last night all of the stars of the franchise (both old and new) convened at Grauman’s Chinese Theater in Hollywood, CA for the World Premiere of the film! Scream veterans Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette were joined by new comers Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Adam Brody and more on the red carpet in celebration of the revival of the Scream franchise. Earlier this week we saw photos of Courteney Cox and her Cougar Town co-star Josh Hopkins frolicking together in St. Barts. A couple of days later, we saw new photos of Courteney and Josh playing with her daughter Coco Riley. Today we learn that Court and Coco have reunited with estranged hubby/father David Arquette for a family fun day at Disney World in Orlando, FL. On Friday, troubled actor David Arquette got himself into a pretty bad car accident that, thankfully, left no one with any serious injuries. Yesterday, one day after the accident, Arquette got right back on the horse again and back behind the wheel of his car. I’m guessing wherever David had to go it was pretty important … and that he actually wore his seat belt this time.

David Arquette, the crazy man in Hollywood a few weeks ago before Charlie Sheen came in to steal the title, was involved in a head-on car crash in SoCal yesterday which resulted in only minor injuries. The cause of the crash is not yet known but it is being reported that Arquette‘s car veered into oncoming traffic and that is when he slammed head-first into another car. The driver of that vehicle suffered minor injuries as well. According to tweets posted just after the accident on his official Twitter profile, Arquette was not wearing his seat belt … but, thankfully, he was well enough to post messages to Twitter.

At the start of this month, troubled actor David Arquette checked himself in to rehab so that he could better learn how to handle his addictions. Today we learn that Arquette checked himself out of rehab over the weekend, presumably because he is now better equipped to control his messy behavior.

As one celebrity leaves rehab, another enters … such is the circle of life here in Hollywood. As you may know, Lindsay Lohan is due to leave the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, CA sometime this week after spending the last few months housed there. Today we learn that troubled actor, just split from his wife Courteney Cox, David Arquette has checked himself into a rehab facility. After a night of partying on New Year’s Eve, Arquette finally decided that it was time to get his life in order … and checked himself in to rehab.

On Tuesday we got to see some of the men that GQ magazine has selected as their Men of the Year for 2010 and last night at the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, CA some of those honorees strutted their stuff on the red carpet at the GQ 2010 Men Of The Year Party. Here are a few photos from the red carpet arrivals and some deets about the even itself:

Most of the guests jammed into the legendary hotel’s courtyard, where they stood and mingled under the stars and lighted trees. The exception was Kid Rock, who sat at a reserved glass table inside, his furry vest thrown across the back of the couch and a cigar in his hand. Eventually Rock, in jeans, a black shirt and black hat, made his way to the courtyard entrance, where he chatted with Kimmel and other guests. Waiters carefully maneuvered through the crowd, balancing trays of sesame chicken tenders, bacon wrapped shrimp, teeny grilled cheese sandwiches, sliders from Umami Burger, veggie spring rolls and grilled flatbread with prosciutto, figs and arugula. But the biggest hit was the mini-cupcakes by Susie’s Cakes. Grey Goose cocktails flowed while DJ Mr. Best did his thing … All of the honorees looked spiffy, but some admitted they don’t put too much emphasis on fashion. Donovan, the soccer star, wore a Costume National suit. “I don’t ever do these things so when I walked in to get fitted, I said, ‘This is the one.’ I put it on right away. It felt good and looked good.” Kimmel, in a John Varvatos suit, confessed, “I’m the opposite of stylish. If I could go to work in my underpants then I would.” The exception was Drake (in Prada), who actually seemed touched to be called one of GQ’s Men of the Year. “Being a part of rap music, being 24 years old and wanting to participate in a gentleman-like lifestyle — I strive to be a gentleman — it’s an honor. It’s probably the greatest accolade I’ve ever received.” Ruffalo did a nice spin on the black carpet to show off his Neil Barrett suit for a television camera. “I’m married to an ex-model (Sunrise Coigney),” he said in explaining his turning skills. “She’s like, ‘Do it again. Turn that shit around. Let’s see.’”

Any event that culls together so many hot men (except for David Arquette, that is) is bound to be a good time. I’m happy to see that my boy Milo Ventimiglia graced the event last night with his hottie presence. There aren’t many events that celebrate men in Hollywood in quite this way so it’s always a treat to see men being honored for being gentlemen. It’s always a good time when you’ve got hot men all dolled up in spiffy suits. Well done, GQ.

It’s Hallowe’en weekend here in the US and since Friday night, a plethora of celebs have been gettin’ themselves all dressed up in fun costumes to celebrate one of the most fun holidays of the year. From NYC to LA (and everywhere in between), folks like Janet Jackson, Kathy Griffin, Gwen Stefani and more indulged their inner child and dressed up for various Hallowe’en events … here are a few photos from this weekend’s fun (thus far):

Last week we saw photos of Paris Hilton picking out her sailor costume at Trashy Lingerie and now we get to see it in action … it’s actually pretty tame, to be honest. Gwen as a sexy Batgirl looks pretty good, as does Kathy Griffin in a sailor costume of her own. Tori Spelling and her family (Dean McDermott, Liam Aaron and Stella Doreen) look really cute together. Hallowe’en is actually today, as you are well aware, but I’m guessing that the biggest Hallowe’en parties took place last night. Hopefully YOU’LL indulge your inner child and will get out there today/tonight to enjoy the fun of Hallowe’en!
