Kevin Jonas, whether he likes it or not, is featured in a new ad campaign for a Spanish product called Libidus which is marketed as a form of Viagra. I assume the company used an unauthorized photo of Jonas passionately kissing his new wife Danielle Deleasa in the ad to drum up a bit of publicity … OR, mebbe Kevin just wants the world to know where he gets his sex mojo? Whatever the case may be … here is the ad and an English translation:

Music mogul Clive Davis hosted his annual Pre-Grammy Gala event at the Beverly Hills Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA last night bringing out a who’s who of music big wigs (as well as a very awkward pair of newlyweds who seem to have difficulty with the kissing) to celebrate Grammy weekend as only he knows how to do. Mary J. Blige and Jennifer Hudson were among the performers at last night’s affair (you may recall that Whitney Houston was among the performers at last year’s event, kicking off her stunning musical comeback which took place later in the year). Here are some photos from the red carpet arrivals along with some deets about the soiree:

It was an incongruous group. On one level were Hollywood royalty Barbra Streisand and Jane Fonda, Joan and Jackie Collins. In their sights, on the next level down, were Mary J Blige, Taylor Swift, Maxwell, Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas, Keyshia, Mos Def, Nelly, Jonas Brothers, Russell Brand and his fiance Katy Perry, the Kings of Leon, Usher and Jon Bon Jovi and many others. They were seated in what is known as the ‘pit’ inside the Beverly Hilton’s international ballroom. The old guard and the new guard of Hollywood movies and rock ‘n’ roll were gathered for the annual pre-Grammy party hosted by music industry mogul Clive Davis, known as ‘golden ears’ for his ability in finding and developing music artists. Some claim the pre-Grammy bash on Saturday night is bigger, and better, than the official Grammy show on Sunday night. It’s certainly a looser affair. Celebrities knock back wine and champagne and table hop. The evening saw Mary J Blige publicly humiliate her band in front of an audience that included recording industry titans and some of the biggest names in rock. The singer lost her cool as, ironically, she was about to sing a song titled No More Drama … Diva she may be but, to be fair to Mary J. Blige, she did sing beautifully and by the time she completed her performance her behaviour towards the band was forgiven and she earned a standing ovation … The night’s most amusing sight was observing Joan Collins and sister Jackie on their feet and waving their arms as Fergie and the Black Eyed Peas performed on stage. At least they moved in time to the music. Jennifer Hudson,who won a best supporting actress Oscar for her performance in Dreamgirls, performed a string of its associated with Barbra Streisand. Beforehand Hudson joked that she was frightened she would forget the lyrics. ‘They kept changing what songs I’d sing so I had to stay focused’, Hudson told the Daily Mail. Clive Davis hailed Oscar, Grammy and Tony award winner Streisand as a ‘unique, singular artist’ who boasted a number one album in five consecutive decades. ‘She’s the movie soundtrack of our lives’, Davis said of Streisand. Other big names at the pre-Grammy gig included Oscar winning actor Jamie Foxx and Harry Connick Jr. Rhianna sat at a prime table in the ‘pit’. This time last year she was seated at a similar table with Chris Brown … His name was missing from every Grammy party this weekend. However, Rhianna’s career has never been hotter and on Saturday everyone in the international ballroom queued to hug her.

Yes, as you may recall it was after Clive Davis‘s Pre-Grammy Gala last year that Brown brutally and criminally assaulted Rihanna. I’m so happy to see that Rihanna had no qualms about attending this event a year later, especially considering the horrible memories it is bound to dredge up. Grammy weekend does not get started until Clive throws his party so … it is now officially upon us. The Grammy Awards air LIVE on the East Coast starting at 8pm ET. Last week we learned that Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa got hitched in NY and then shortly thereafter the newlyweds popped up on their honeymoon in Mexico (you may recall Kevin was rockin’ some shorty shorts). Today we get our first look at the couple’s wedding photo as featured on the cover of the new issue of People magazine:

Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa’s wedding earlier this month was like a fairy tale – complete with a castle, an enchanted forest and glass slippers in the bride’s shoe size, a gift from the groom. “I knew that my princess needed her glass slippers and her castle,” Jonas told PEOPLE of the nuptials. “I always wanted my wedding to have that princess feel,” adds the new Mrs. Jonas. “I couldn’t have imagined this,” she says of her lavish wedding Dec. 19 at Oheka Castle in Huntington, New York. Despite a blizzard blanketing the roads around the castle, the wedding went forward without a hitch, and the bride, escorted by her father Thomas “Bucky” Deleasa, walked down the aisle to “Bella Notte,” from Lady and the Tramp, played on the guitar by a friend of the Jonas family. “I’m an Italian girl. It just fit me and my dad,” said Danielle of the song choice. The groom’s father Kevin Jonas Sr., an ordained minister, officiated along with Danielle’s childhood pastor, Rev. Ron DePasquale Jr. After reciting traditional vows, the couple exchanged Jacob & Co. wedding bands that they designed for one another. “I’ve never seen a more beautiful bride,” said Kevin of Danielle, who he calls his “Jersey Girl” and who wore a strapless tulle and Chantilly lace Vera Wang gown at the ceremony.

Uhhhhhh … glass slippers? Seriously? LOL … you know it was all his idea, too. I mean … yeah. Doesn’t it kinda sound like this wedding was orchestrated like a couple of kids who were playing “wedding”? HMMM. Well, whatever … as long as they are happy together, that’s really all that matters. After saying their I Dos over the weekend in Long Island, NY, newlyweds Kevin Jonas (of Jonas Brothers) and Danielle Deleasa (of hairdressing) jetted off to Mexico this week to get their honeymoon on … and you know what that means … Mr. Jonas can finally replace his purity ring with a coc — er, a wedding ring:

Yay!! It may have taken a legal wedding ceremony to get the job done but at last, one of the Jonas brothers is gettin’ some! While I am not really a fan (at all) of anything Jonas related, I must admit that I am happy that Kevin found himself a life partner to share his life and love with. I wish them a long and happy life together and all the sex they can handle. After all of that abstaining of the flesh, I think they both deserve it, don’t you?

On Thursday we learned the somewhat surprising news that eldest Jonas brother Kevin got engaged to his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa and today we learn that the happy couple celebrated their engagement with Kevin‘s brothers and bandmates at a special dinner in NYC last night. I mean, what better way to celebrate ones upcoming nuptials than with a pizza party! I mean … it’s not like they chose to celebrate at Chuck E. Cheese or anything … it was, like, a serious grown-up place and everything. I understand that Danielle and the JoBros partied with 30 of their closest friends. Sounds like fun, don’t it?

People magazine is reporting EXCLUSIVELY that eldest Jonas brother Kevin is — get this — engaged! According to the mag, Kevin has decided to ditch the purity ring and asked his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa to be his wife … and she said yes (actually, People reports that she said “yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row”). So … yeah … Kevin Jonas is gettin’ hitched, y’all:

Kevin Jonas surprised his girlfriend Danielle Deleasa by showing up at her doorstep in New Jersey early Wednesday morning and dropping down to his knee to ask her to marry him. Presented with a cushion-cut diamond ring that Jonas designed with Jacob & Co., Deleasa couldn’t believe what was happening. Then, “She said yes, yes, yes like 500 times super fast in a row,” the oldest of the Jonas Brothers tells PEOPLE exclusively. Jonas, 21, and Deleasa, 22, who met in May of 2007 while vacationing with their families in the Bahamas, haven’t set a wedding date yet. “It still feels like a dream,” she tells PEOPLE.

I, uh, suppose congrats are in order for the happy couple. It seems almost Biblical that folks this young would choose to get married but the Jonas Bros. are kind of a religious bunch.
