I … uh … am shocked, y’all. I never thought … I didn’t know it was possible … I … here is a picture of Vicki B. not only looking happy at a soccer match this week at Wembley Stadium in the UK (a match that David Beckam was playing) … but open-mouth laughing out loud and cheering with ecstatic glee with her children:

DAVID BECKHAM might have notched up a whopping 103 England caps in his career, but wife VICTORIA clearly still enjoys watching her man in action. The former Spice Girl was snapped cheering on the team with sons BROOKLYN, ROMEO and CRUZ, David’s sister JOANNE and mum SANDRA from a box at Wembley. Becks was substituted with 10 minutes left to play – but proud Sandra remained loyal and stayed to watch her son emerge onto the pitch at the end to swap shirts and wave his thanks to the crowd.

How is this possible? The only thing that makes sense is that Vicki B. recently got a tune-up to make her appear more … human. Technology just amazes me sometimes. She looks great, no?

Last night the 2008 Teen Choice Awards infiltrated and took over the Gibson Amphitheater at Universal City in Hollywood, CA in order to honor the previous year’s stellar achievements in categories which include music, movies, sports and TV, as voted on by teens aged 13-19. As usual, all the hottest young stars came out for the event … here are a few of the folks who walked the red carpet last night:

The “It” Girls were in attendance as were the new kids on the block — members of the cast of 90210 made last night’s Teen Choice Awards their unofficial coming out party to hang with the cool kids. David Beckham and the family made the most of their time in San Francisco, CA this past week. Not only were Becks and the crew (Vicki B., Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz Beckham) in town for the unveiling of his massive new mural on the Macy’s department store in Union Square but they were also in town for a little rest and relaxation. Taking full advantage of their time in town, Becks took the fam for a day trip visit to Alcatraz prison … here are a couple of pics:

They’re used to luxury surrounds, but the Beckham children got a education in hard living during a visit to Alcatraz yesterday. Victoria and David took their sons Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, seven, and Cruz, three, to the notorious prison, which once housed crime boss Al Capone. Posh, as usual, was overdressed for the occasion, tottering around The Rock in towering wedges and a blue mini dress. She flew into San Francisco to join her husband after his launch of his new Armani underwear campaign.

Way to fuel those Wentworth Miller-inspired prison fantasies, eh? I gotta say … I just love it when Les Beckhams partake in very “touristy” outings like this. When they are home in LA, the family goes about their days just like regular Los Angelinos do … trips to Pink Taco at Century City, The Grove and T.G.I.Friday’s in Woodland Hills show that they enjoy the same things that regular folk do. When they visit other US cities, the family does tend to get into the tourist spirit of things. It’s cute. This is a side of the family that I love to see. The normal side.

The entire Beckham brood spent part of their Wednesday afternoon chillin’ at the Happiest Place on Earth. Becks and Vicki B. packed up the kiddies (Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz) and made their way down to Anaheim, CA for a family day visit to Disneyland! While this information isn’t all that Earth-shattering, I think many of y’all will be very surprised to know that VB, Posh Spice herself, not only dressed down and hit the park in a pair of baggy jeans … but she also decided to wear flat shoes — flip-flops, y’all! Here are a few pics of the fam making their way thru (what looks to be) Adventureland at Disney:

If it wasn’t for the sunglasses and the scowl, you’d be forgiven for not recognising Victoria Beckham. The former Spice Girl traded in her signature skinny trousers for a rather manly pair of baggy jeans while on a family trip to Disneyland. Posh looked like she’d raided her husband’s wardrobe, teaming the loose-fitting denim with a cleavage-covering black t-shirt. And for once, practicality overruled fashion in the footwear department, with Posh resigning herself to a pair of flip flops instead of her signature six-inch heels. The jeans proved a particularly unusual choice, considering Posh has spent months promoting her own dVb brand of slim-line denim both in the US and UK … And now it seems not even Posh is a fan of her own trademark look. She was joined by her husband David and sons Brooklyn, nine, Romeo, seven, and Cruz, three, but six hours in the Californian sun was too much for the littlest Beckham, who was soon fast asleep.

I love it! I can’t believe it, but I love it. Now, I have no idea where she got that outfit from (my guess is that she borrowed it from one of her many, many servants [possibly, the gardener]) but I totally dig that she’s able to dress down and go casual every once in a while … er, well, every once. I’d be surprised if we ever saw her in this outfit every again tho (it’s prolly been burned already) so enjoy it while you can :) [Source]

Our boy David Beckham has been known to inspire love and devotion from hordes of people, both men and women, the world over and is generally not all that surprised when he ventures out in public when he is accosted or surrounded by his legions of fans. There ain’t much that fans can do to shock our dear Becks … that is until he took to the field at the Home Depot Center in Carson, CA this weekend as the LA Galaxy took on the Colorado Rapids in gameplay. An overzealous fan ran into the field to show Becks how much he loves him … and then was immediately given the smack-down by LA Galaxy player Chris Klein … here are a few pics of the lurvefest:

David Beckham received a new first in his playing career today when a ‘love struck’ male fan ran onto the field to hug and high-five him, as his LA Galaxy side clung to a 3-2 lead over the Colorado Rapids in America’s Major League Soccer. A shocked Beckham looked on as the fan was knocked down by Galaxy teammate Chris Klein and then pinned by one of Beckham’s suited security men. But ever the gentleman, after realizing he was in no danger, Beckham helped pull the fan to his feet before the youngster was taken away. “I was slightly concerned when I first saw him running at me because he didn’t have a smile on his face and he didn’t have a Galaxy shirt on,” Beckham told the LA Times website. “So I didn’t know if he was going to come and give me a hug or something else. These things happen in games all over the world. Luckily, he just wanted to give me a high five and that was the end of it.”Awww … what a good sport.
