Christian Audigier Reveals His Michael Jackson Merchandise

The hack "designer" also reveals a stolen t-shirt design
Saturday, August 1st, 2009

In a new interview with the tabloid news show The Insider, crappy designer Christian Audigier reveals some of the costumes he co-designed with the late Michael Jackson which he was supposed to wear on stage during his comeback This Is It Tour. Additionally, Audigier reveals some of the concert merchandise t-shirts that he claims he designed for sale at the shows. Here are a few screencaps from this new interview:

Not only are Audigier’s designs truly fugly but “his design” of the Beat It jacket t-shirt is a straight RIP OFF of a t-shirt that was created and is already available for sale at Threadless.com. Funny enough, I own this t-shirt and I was WEARING it yesterday when I first saw this interview (I’m still wearing it now because I slept in it — it is the EXACT same design as the one that Audigier claims he created):

Christian Audigier is a hack and a thief. Click HERE to see and order your own Michael Jackson Beat It t-shirt right now!! After the jump, check out this Insider interview in full …

Justin Gaston Is A Name Dropper

Panty dropper, too?
Saturday, February 21st, 2009

Earlier this week we learned that Justin Gaston, 20-year old underwear model and manfriend to 16-year old Miley Cyrus, is featured in the new issue of VMan magazine and altho we got to see his fairly interesting photos, JG’s interview with the mag was not yet available. VMan has since published their interview with the pretty boy model online and, as you might expect, Miley Cyrus’s name comes out of his mouth pretty much every other sentence. In fact, the article is titled Meet Mr. Miley, natch:

Every tween across America has heard the name Justin Gaston, usually prefaced by the phrase “spotted with.” The Pineville, Louisiana, native is the boyfriend of teenage superstar Miley Cyrus, aka Hannah Montana (though neither has ever officially confirmed the relationship). He’s 20 and she’s 16, which might seem a bit scandalous, but they claim to be chaste. They go to church together and are both Christians. And father Billy Ray Cyrus approves. Actually, Billy Ray introduced the couple. While Gaston has been modeling since he was 17, last summer he scored a spot on Nashville Star, the country-music version of American Idol (Billy Ray is the show’s equivalent of Ryan Seacrest). Justin didn’t win the competition, but he did hit it off with papa Cyrus. After Gaston headed back to L.A., the two stayed in touch via text message, and Gaston was soon brought into the family fold. What’s it like being an aspiring 20-year-old in the shadow of a teen sensation? “I look up to her,” says Justin. “It’s nice to have someone there who already knows what’s going on. It helps you plan your next steps.” As with everything he says, Gaston is completely sincere. He can truly be described as a nice guy—and “nice” is exactly what he likes about Miley. “In a girl, I want someone who’s really genuine,” he says. “Someone attractive, but more just really nice.” In the background, Miley interrupts with a quote from the Bible. “Charm is deceptive and beauty is fleeting, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.” “That’s true, that’s true,” he agrees. Gaston sees music as his future. He will continue modeling and perhaps pursue acting, but he spends most of his time right now writing and singing. And Miley wants to help. “I just got a studio for my birthday,” she shouts after taking the phone. “And I got him a guitar for Christmas. It’s really cool that I can hang out with him and he can help me and I can help him. It’s awesome, really fun. My goal is to become one of the most-wanted producers of 2010, so we have a whole year to get really, really good.”

LOLOLOL! First, I love that Miley was listening in the background during his interview so that she could chime in whenever she wanted. Second, the fact that Billy Ray Cyrus is the one responsible for his 16-year old daughter dating a 20-year old man who practically lives in their home … I mean, wow! I would not be surprised AT ALL if Miley ends up pulling a Bristol Palin. Just wait and see.

But, if you can believe it, Justin Gaston does more than just hang out with Miley Cyrus and various members of her family … he also does do some work … sometimes. After the jump, check out photos of JG “working” in Las Vegas, NV this past week …

Crystal Audigier’s Super Sweet 16

Gifts included 'Pussycat's, T.I. and ... one hawt Justin
Sunday, November 23rd, 2008

Garish fashion designer Christian Audigier threw a Super Sweet 16 birthday party for his daughter Crystal in Hollywood last night and managed to force attract a few celebs and musicians to come out and entertain the birthday girl in celebration of her birthday … including rapper T.I., pop group Pussycat Dolls and, of course, the ever-present Paris Hilton:

To be totally honest, I don’t really give two hoots about Crystal Audigier or the fact that she turned 16 years old … I was really drawn to these event photos when I saw one of the birthday gifts that her daddy gave her last night. After the jump, find out what it was …

They’re Gonna Need A New Word For Gaudy

Thursday, June 12th, 2008

Life and Style magazine is reporting that Michael Jackson is teaming up with Christian Audigier to collaborate and design a new line of clothing together … cuz, you know, Christian Audigier’s usual designs aren’t quite gaudy enough:

Michael Jackson, 49, whose unique fashion sense ranges from sequined gloves to surgical masks, is working on a new clothing line with Ed Hardy designer Christian Audigier. “It’s still in the developing stages, but it’s going to be big,” an insider tells Life & Style. “This will be a major comeback for Michael. He’s dedicating a lot of his time and money to this venture.”

Dear Gods, this line of clothing will be absolutely and gloriously hideous! I must admit, there are some Ed Hardy and Christian Audigier designs that I *kinda* like … not all of it, but some of the stuff is kitschy enough to look good … but I’m not counting on anything from the Michael Jackson collection to fall into this category. Alls I know is that they better be bringing back the sequined glove — at least! 80’s retro is so hot right now (as you may have noticed with all the neon stuff popping up everywhere), I think it’s time to rock the sequined glove and red leather jacket covered in zippers again … who’s with me? Cuz, if no one else is with me, then I’ll be the only fool wearing this shizz … me and Michael Jackson ;) [Source]
