Contrary to reports going around the Internets today that claim that Jamie Lynn Spears and her underage babydaddy Casey Aldridge are dunzo, TMZ has photos of the couple still lookin’ seemingly together. Casey-Lynn were snapped out on the town in McComb, MS with their little girl Maddie Briann lookin’ very much the happy family together:

Whew! I’m glad that rumor has been debunked. I’m sure a great many of you were standing on any number of high buildings and bridges all around the world racked with worry that Jamie Lynn and Casey were on the outs. I’m sure it comes as a HUGE relief to so many of you rooting for this couple to beat the odds and stay together forever. Tho, I imagine it comes as NO RELIEF to see that Casey has no problem smoking around his infant daughter or that JL seems to let him. Blah.

Tsk Tsk … do y’all remember when Jamie Lynn Spears was a cute little thing following around her big sister Britney Spears, oftentimes too shy to pose for photos? Do you recall when she managed to get her own Nickelodeon TV series called Zoey 101 and she seemed to be the Spears family’s only hope for professional survival (around the time that Britney was imploding and flushing her career down the toilet)? Then … the unthinkable happened … little 16 year old Jamie Lynn Spears went and got herself pregs by babydaddy Casey Aldridge, her TV show went away and she was forced to retreat to her hometown of Kentwood, LA to raise her baby. For the most part, JL has maintained a relatively quiet existence back home but … every once-in-a while a girl’s gotta leave the kid at home and go out and party. TMZ obtained photos of JL and Casey (both under the legal drinking age, I might add) whooping it up at a bar called The Buzz (which is an 18 & Over establishment) in Hammond, Louisiana … check ‘em out:

She’s been working since she was 11 — and a mother since she was 17 — so it’s actually refreshing to see Jamie Lynn Spears enjoying herself just like any other 18-year-old unwed mother. The younger Spears girl partied the weekend before last — with baby daddy Casey Aldridge — at a club called The Buzz in Hammond, La. It’s an 18 & over club and, amazingly, the VIP manager there told us he didn’t even know Jamie Lynn was ever there.

Now, I don’t know for sure … but I would bet good money that there ain’t milk in that plastic cup that Jamie Lynn is holding. To be honest, I wouldn’t blame the girl one bit if she were hittin’ the sauce … I imagine her life didn’t turn out quite the way she had planned. In the second pic you can see that Casey got a tattoo in his inner forearm … it’s not very clear but I think it reads Maddie Briann (the name of his daughter with Jamie Lynn). In the last pic you can clearly see the heinous mouth sores the poor guy is sportin’ …. again, the stress of teenage parenthood is most likely the cause. While it’s nice to see that JL can get out of the house, away from the baby and enjoy a night on the town … I can’t help but feel an ounce of sadness to see that this is what her life has become.

TMZ has scored photos of Casey Aldridge’s smashed truck and it’s clear from how banged up the vehicle is that he is lucky to be alive. I understand that Casey and 3 of his passangers were thrown from the car when he rolled it into a ditch last Sunday. Apparently, alcohol was not involved but still … rolling a truck like that could be deadly … especially when the truck ends up looking like this:

Yikes, it was just last October that we saw pics of Casey carefully washing his truck at a DIY car wash and now it looks like his toy is headed for the scrap heap. In the end, trucks can be replaced … lives cannot. I’m sure Jamie Lynn Spears and Maddie Briann are happy that Casey is OK. The truck is done for tho. Ah well, c’est la vie.

Welp, it looks like you can take those wedding gifts back to Sears … Jamie Lynn Spears has decided that she DOES NOT want or need to get married to her babydaddy Casey Aldridge despite agreeing to tie the knot previously. A new report claims that JL feels that she doesn’t need a piece of paper to live a happy life with Casey. I understand the couple are still very much in love, are still living together and are still planning to raise their daughter Maddie Briann as a family … just not a legally wed family:

Britney Spears’ sister Jamie Lynn has reportedly called off her wedding to the father of her daughter – months after she was forced to deny rumours of a split. The pop star’s younger sibling hit the headlines at 16 when she announced she was expecting a child with her boyfriend Casey Aldridge, who she vowed to marry. Following the birth of their daughter Maddie Briann in June, the teen couple became the subject of fervent tabloid speculation which suggested they were living apart after Aldridge cheated on Spears. The Zoey 101 star came forward in October to deny the persistent infidelity rumours and re-iterate her plans to tie the knot with her boyfriend. But now the 17-year-old is said to have scrapped her plans to walk down the aisle with Aldridge once and for all – after deciding she doesn’t need an official ceremony to make her happy. A source tells U.S. magazine OK!, “The wedding’s off. They are still in love, living together and very happy, but they have no plans to get married. Meh. Who needs a wedding to be in love? JL and Casey are still very young … even tho they already got the makin’ babies part down, there’s no need for them to rush into marriage if they feel they aren’t ready. I don’t know that Jamie Lynn Spears has made very many mature and adult decisions in her young life but it sounds like mebbe she is finally growing up. I guess havin’ babies can do that to a person. I bet Casey is pretty thrilled that the wedding’s off, too. Something tells me that he’s not the marrying kind … not yet anyway. Something also tells me that he would prolly do whatever JL tells him to do so … yeah, sigh of relief. I support their decision to hold off on the wedding until they’re ready to make a serious commitment to one another … let’s just hope there aren’t any more babies in the near future for these two.

Yesterday we saw pics of new dad Casey Aldridge taking care of his favorite toy at the coin-operated car wash in Liberty, MS and today we have a pic of Casey and another of his toys. As I’ve been saying, Casey is just a good ol’ boy. Never meanin’ no harm. Someday the mountain might get him but the law never will. Say what you will about the lad, he really does seem like a hard worker. If he hasn’t tried to capitalize on his famous babymama Jamie Lynn Spears by now then I sincerely doubt that he ever will. It’s a bit refreshing, no?

New parents Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge have, reportedly, reached out to OK! magazine in an effort to combat the rumors going around about their relationship as a couple. This week’s issue of OK! features an older photo (taken during new baby Maddie Briann’s first photoshoot for the mag) of the couple behind the headline, I’m No Cheater … behold:

In a rare, exclusive interview, new parents Jamie Lynn Spears and Casey Aldridge have reached out to OK! to defend themselves and their relationship against the tidal wave of rumor that has nagged them since the June 19 birth of their adorable baby daughter, Maddie Briann. A recent series of scurrilous tabloid stories have alleged that not only has 19-year-old Casey been unfaithful to Jamie Lynn, but that he’s also gotten another woman pregnant. The stories insist that the couple’s relationship is a sham and that he is still seeing other girls! On the topic of former friend Kelli Dawson, who claims to have been romantically involved with Casey, even after Maddie’s birth, he tells OK! these allegations of infidelity are “not the least bit” true. “In a small town, everybody knows everybody,” he explains. “But when money’s involved, you find out who your friends are.” As for reports he impregnated Kelli, a stunned Casey told OK!, “That’s news to me.” “That is just completely fabricated,” adds Jamie Lynn. “He never had an intimate relationship with her, so how would that be possible? Around here, that particular girl is known to make up stories.” And then there’s Whitney Seals, who supposedly romanced Casey. Says Jamie Lynn, “What happened was that one of those girls did it, and in this small town when one of them does it, they’re all like, ‘Good idea.’ They all jumped on the bandwagon.” The tall tales have taken their toll on the young parents. “It hurt me to hear those things,” reveals Jamie Lynn to OK!. “Because my family has to read it. It’s not fair to them.” Another factor making things worse is that the Aldridge family has been thrust unwillingly into the spotlight. “Casey’s family is not used to this,” the former Zoey 101 star explains. “They might assume it’s true. My family knows it’s not. Casey-Lynn is referring to THIS report from In Touch Weekly that published an interview with Kelli Dawson, who claims she had an intimate relationship with Casey Aldridge. Why the couple waited this long to refute Dawson’s claims, I’m sure I have no idea but at least they’ve spoken up at last. Well, I guess now that Jamie Lynn and Casey have finally denounced the rumors of infidelity, we can put that issue to rest …

… and move on to a new Casey-Lynn rumor to take its place. The National Enquirer is reporting that Jamie Lynn is pregs with her second child — say it ain’t so!

Whoops – she did it again! Teen Prego Queen Jamie Lynn Spears has another bun in the oven, The NATIONAL ENQUIRER is reporting exclusively – and her pals are begging her to abort. In a blockbuster world exclusive, The ENQUIRER has learned that the 17-year-old Zoey 101 starlet is now expecting for the second time – a mere three months after giving birth on June 19 to baby Maddie Briann. Jamie’s desperate to keep the shock­ing news secret and some people close to her are urging Jamie Lynn to consider ending the pregnancy, sources say. “Jamie Lynn is about eight weeks pregnant, and she and her mom Lynne are hysterical,” revealed a close source. “Neither of them knows what to do, but for now they’re trying to keep the news from getting out.” Too late. The unplanned pregnancy came as a shock to Jamie Lynn, who’d been breast-feeding her infant daughter Maddie Briann, insiders say. “Jamie Lynn believed she couldn’t get pregnant while she was breast-feeding,” said the close source. “She’d expected to have her period by early September.” A home pregnancy test came back positive and Jamie Lynn cried her eyes out, said the source. Her mother Lynne was livid when she found out, divulged an insider. Meanwhile, insiders say that those close to Jamie Lynn are urging her to abort! “They’ve reminded Jamie Lynn how much trouble she had adjusting to motherhood with Maddie, and pointed out that having a second baby now would only be a recipe for disaster,” said the close source.

Now, I must confess that The National Enquirer isn’t always the bastion of verity that they wish they were but they do get these stories right sometimes (just ask Sen. John Edwards). TMZ is sourcing an “unimpeachable source” that claims this pregnancy report is categorically untrue:

Three-month-old Maddie Briann Aldridge is gonna have to wait to have a lil’ baby brother or sister, because Jamie Lynn Spears is not pregnant, y’all! While several reports are claiming Jamie Lynn is preggers again, an unimpeachable source tells TMZ Britney’s baby sis does not have another bun in the oven.

To be honest, I would not be surprised if JL did get pregs again … if not now, sometime in the future. After all, neither she nor Casey has really proven to be the sharpest tools in the shed. I really do think that Casey-Lynn needn’t spawn any further but … I guess time will tell if either of them learn safe sex practices.

In other Spears-related news, I feel that I have to nominate new teenage dad Casey Aldridge as Moron of the Year. According to a new report from TMZ, Casey thought it would be a brilliant idea to snap a bunch of private, family photos — including one of his teenage bride babymama Jamie Lynn Spears exposing her left breast as she nursed their new born baby daughter Maddie Briann — and then take his camera to his friendly neighborhood Wal-Mart so that he could make a few copies of said photos. It never occurred to him that processing photos of his very famous family at a place like Wal-Mart might not be the best idea, especially since those Wal-Mart employees make minimum wage and the huge pay-out for private Spears family photos can be very high. It now turns out, according to the report, that federal and state authorities have gotten involved to help track down the photo peddlers because the exposed breast photo of JL is considered “child pornography” since she is still underage, even tho she’s already a mother. Um. Yeah:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ federal and local authorities are on the hunt for someone peddling 12 pics of Britney Spears, Jamie Lynn, daughter Maddie and baby daddy Casey Aldridge. One of the pictures shows Jamie Lynn breast feeding Maddie — Jamie Lynn’s left breast is exposed. The pics were taken on Casey’s digital camera. We’re told he took the camera card to his local Wal-Mart in Louisiana for copies. Law enforcement believes someone at the Wal-Mart may have made extra copies, then tried selling them. Because Jamie Lynn is a minor, selling the pics — or buying them — could constitute a violation of federal laws prohibiting pornography. Peddling pictures of a minor’s breast — even if not taken for sexual purposes — could land the seller and the buyer in federal prison if they are marketed across state lines for the purpose of being lurid. Also, anyone purchasing the pics could be prosecuted for the crime of receiving stolen property. Other pics in the set include Britney holding the baby and one of Jamie Lynn, Britney, Brian (Brit’s bro), Lynne Spears and Jamie Spears around Jamie Lynn’s hospital bed. There are also pics of Maddie by herself, and there’s a picture of Jamie Lynn in a negligee holding the baby. Authorities are trying to find the man who is attempting to sell the photos. In addition, we’re told Britney’s lawyers are thinking about going after Wal-Mart for the alleged security breach.

I mean … really? It never occurred to Casey that developing photos like this at Wal-Mart might be a bad idea? While it is grossly unfair that celebrities have to take extra precautions with things like this, I think it makes a wee bit more sense to mebbe invest in a $100 photo printer to print out personal pics like this? Mebbe? I mean, yes I understand that the Wal-Mart person is ultimately responsible for this heinous crime but I simply cannot believe that Casey would be this dumb. Actually, considering the situation he got him and his teenage lover in by practicing unsafe sex, I can believe he is this dumb.
