Brody Jenner & Jayde Nicole Dunzo . . . For Real This Time?

Back in March of this year it was reported that reality TV star Brody Jenner and his Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole had split up … the report turned out to be untrue. In fact, a few months after the erroneous report came to light Brody got into an altercation at an LA nightclub defending Jayde’s honor … like a good boyfriend ought to. Today we are hearing, again, that the couple have split up … a report that seems fortified by Jayde herself who appears to have tweeted about the break-up in the past few days … they might really be dunzo this time around!

Another couple from The Hills is reality-TV history. Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole have broken up after about 15 months together, a source close to Jenner confirms to UsMagazine.com. Nicole, 23, hinted at the split on her Twitter around 8pm Dec. 18 with a wistful entry: “‘Sometimes when you truly love someone you have to let them go…..’ I never really understood that quote until now.” The night before, however, the former Playboy Playmate was feeling festive. A source tells UsMagazine.com that Nicole “celebrated her breakup” with a 12-strong crew of girlfriends at Hyde Lounge in West Hollywood. Her single-lady party continued on Dec. 19, when the model hosted a shindig at Chicago’s Manor nightclub. An insider at Manor tells UsMagazine.com that Nicole was “telling everyone” about her Dec. 17 breakup. “She made it sound like it was his doing, saying, ‘He said he needs time to ‘find himself. I don’t have time for that.’” Her ex Jenner, she told friends, has “gone to Australia” for some soul-searching. Jenner himself Tweeted about starting “a new life” Down Under on Dec. 19. “So I decided to stay in Australia BY MYSELF!!! Hahaha this is Crazy.. Might just stay here and start a new life.” Despite the sad news, Nicole wasn’t in a gloomy mood at Manor, the source says. “She didn’t seem bothered by the recent breakup at all. She spent the entire night downing Jager shots and flirting with all of the guys.” Indeed, her Tweets from that night bear that out. “Rocking out at Manor” she wrote a 1:33am on Dec. 20. “Jager time!” By 11:30am, she was feeling the effects of all those Jagermeister shots: “8 hours of sleep, too much jager= not good.” On the just-concluded fifth season of The Hills, Nicole and Jenner argued about his flirty relationship with aggressive ex-girlfriend Kristin Cavallari. “Everything was totally fine before you came here, so you need to go back to wherever it is that you came from,” Nicole sniped at Cavallari in one heated exchange on the show.

Alas … the fairytale has ended. This was a couple that seemed so rock solid and secure to me … you could just feel the love emanating from these two as their love affair sizzled on the reality TV screen. But … it is apparent now that it was not meant to be. In the end, break-ups and make-ups happen all the time. Since they both will be appearing on the next season of The Hills, I’m sure there will be much more drama to be had. Jayde is such a marginal character on the show that she will have to interact with Brody in order to stay employed by the show. Will they find love again? I guess we’ll have to hope, pray and wait to find out.

‘The Hills’ Season 5 Releases New Cast Promo Photos

The much ballyhooed 5th season of The Hills, with Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County starlet Kristin Cavallari as the new protagonist, premieres on MTV tomorrow night and to promote the return of KC and The Hills, the show’s official site is offering up a whole slew of new promo pics for the 5th season. Here are a few of my faves which all feature the new HBIC Kristin Cavallari and her playthings on the show:

Pretty much everything has been said about Kristin’s return to MTV so I won’t rehash any of that … I’m excited beyond belief to have her take over on The Hills and I can’t wait to watch all the crazy invented drama take place in the coming 5th season. KC looks great … she was meant to rule ;) Make sure y’all tune in tomorrow night at 10PM on MTV to watch my girl KC take her rightful place as queen of MTV.

Kristin Cavallari & Brody Jenner Reunite For ‘The Hills’

Here are a few photos of ex-lovers Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner together again filming scenes for the upcoming new season of The Hills which premieres on MTV in just a few short days. Since Kristin is the new queen bee on the show, it makes sense that she would be required to film scenes with almost all of the show castmembers … but I’m guessing it wasn’t too difficult to get her to reunite with Brody for these new beach scenes:

To be completely honest, I highly doubt that KC and Brody will be rekindling any old romances on the show … but it is nice to see them together again. I thought they made a great couple back in the day. The new promo commercials for The Hills feature exclusively Kristin with a big sign that reads The Bitch is Back:

None of the other castmembers are even mentioned … at all. Clearly MTV wants us to know The Hills will become The Kristin Cavallari Show … and what KC wants, KC gets … even if it’s alonetime with Brody. Weeeeeeee!! I cannot *wait* for this show to get back on the air!! September 29 can’t get here quick enough for me!!

Brody Jenner Tasered After Jayde Nicole Allegedly Assaulted

A whole lotta drama went down here in Hollywood, CA last night in the wee hours of the morning at Guys & Dolls nightclub. An altercation that began inside the club, where allegedly Joe Francis (of Girls Gone Wild fame) physically assaulted Playboy model and Brody Jenner girlfriend Jayde Nicole, and then spilled out into the street where Brody Jenner was apparently tasered and Francis escaped. TMZ was there to chronicle all the drama from Jayde and Brody themselves. Here are a few screencaps of instant video interviews with Jayde and Brody about what went down, a photo of Joe Francis (newly released from prison) fleeing the scene and the latest deets from TMZ about the whole matter:

Brody Jenner was in an epic fight outside of Guys and Dolls this morning, with Girls Gone Wild honcho Joe Francis. Jenner just spoke with us by phone. According to Jenner, he and his girlfriend, Jayde Nicole, were at the club celebrating his birthday, when Jayde saw Francis hitting on an ex-girlfriend of his (Francis’), Jenner says “unrelentingly.” Jayde felt he was harassing the woman — whom Jayde and Brody know — and she threw a drink on Francis. Jenner says Francis then pulled Jayde’s hair, punched her in the face and threw her to the ground and began kicking her. Security broke it up and Francis got dragged away — Brody followed. Jenner says he started yelling at Francis and both men were ejected from the club.

Outside the club, Jenner says he tried to get back in to see Jayde but security wouldn’t let him. Jenner then saw Joe, punched him in the face, and then someone tased him and he fell to the ground. Francis left the scene.

The cops — who say a call came in at 2:46 AM for battery — came but no one was arrested. Jayde tells TMZ she will press charges against Francis. Jayde has a black and blue cheek, her face is swollen, she has a bruised left rib and her lower abdomen is sore. Some of her hair also got pulled out.

Lord, what a bunch of bullshizz. TMZ has video of Jayde explaining what happened and, at first, she claimed she merely “bumped” into Francis (to get him to stop harassing her friend) and then he started wailing on her … then her story became she threw a drink on him. Whatever happened, it’s clear that some sort of physicality went down between the two. I imagine that this sort of drama is not the kind that an ex-con would like to attract … I suspect Francis fled the scene so as not to be arrested on the spot. I wouldn’t be surprised if the cops paid him a visit later on today.

After all of this went down, Brody Jenner updated his official Twitter profile with the following tweets:

Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him?

Depending on whether or not anyone presses charges, we may be hearing more about this incident soon. And I believe we still need to find out who tasered Brody outside the club. Meh, just a typical Thursday night in Hollywood. Sounds fun, right?

‘People’ Magazine Names Chace Crawford The ‘Hottest Bachelor Of 2009’

People magazine has released its annual issue devoted to the Hottest Bachelors of the year and have made their selection for this year’s coverboy. You may recall that the mag named Mario Lopez as the Hottest Bachelor of 2008 … but this year, the honor goes to Chace Crawford. Chace has been deemed by People magazine as the Hottest Bachelor of 2009:

Chace Crawford talks to his parents every day, vacations with his younger sister and – unlike his Gossip Girl character – says dating a married woman is “a definite no.” Without question, success (he’ll star in the Footloose remake) couldn’t have happened to a nicer guy. But what else is behind those blue eyes? PEOPLE’s Elizabeth Leonard and Jennifer Garcia found out. Here’s a sneak peek of the interview with PEOPLE’s Hottest Bachelor!

To be honest, I thought for sure that British heartthrob Robert Pattinson was gonna get the nod from People magazine as the Hottest Bachelor of the Year. There ain’t a day that goes by that People doesn’t do a story or even a blurb about R. Pattz and his effect on his fans. He seemed the shoe-in choice for this year’s #1 Hottest Bachelor … but clearly I was wrong. That’s not to say that Chace Crawford isn’t a great pick … he’s deffo a much-in-demand hottie and is an excellent choice for Hottest Bachelor of 2009. But, Chace is not alone on this list of hawt bachelors. After the jump, check out some of the other single men who made this year’s list of Hottest Bachelors — yes, R. Robert Pattinson and Adam Lambert are joined on the list by other single hotties like Shia LaBeouf, Brody Jenner, Common, Chris Pine, Taylor Kitsch, Ryan Eggold, Kellan Lutz and more. It looks like People really covered all the bases again this year … but the full list of 2009’sm 45 Hottest Bachelors won’t be revealed until this new issue of People magazine hits newsstands later on this week. Kristin Cavallari & Brody Jenner Film New Scenes For ‘The Hills’

Well, well now … it looks like MTV is trying to cook up some serious drama for the next season of The Hills. As we already know, Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County alum Kristin Cavallari is taking over as the HBIC on The Hills (in the wake of Lauren LC Conrad’s departure from the show) and she and the cast began filming scenes for the new season this week. Longtime fans might remember that Kristin and Brody Jenner used to date in the time before Brody was even on The Hills … so they’ve got a long history. Brody is now with Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole who has had to defend her relationship with Brody against fellow Hills castmember Audrina Patridge, who tried to bed Brody in a recent ep of the show. Now that Kristin is on the show, Jayde’s got a lot more to be worried about. Here are pics of Kristin and Brody filming scenes together yesterday — alone — here in SoCal for an upcoming ep of The Hills. Might they be rekindling their old romance for the show?

HMMM … while it’s possible that Kristin may re-hook-up with Brody on the show, I understand that she might be paired up with Justin Bobby as well — much to Audrina’s chagrin, I’m sure. Isn’t it nice to know that a girl has options? Whatever the case may be, whether she hooks-up with one or both of these guys, I can’t WAIT to watch the drama unfold on the show for myself. Might they even bring out Stephen Colletti again? I am so excited for Kristin’s return to TV. These pics are a great tease for the coming season … I hope we get to see more as the Summer unfolds.

Kristin Cavallari Films First Starring Scenes Of ‘The Hills’

Lauren LC Conrad’s final ep of The Hills hasn’t even aired yet and already MTV has started production on the next season of the show, the first without LC as the star protagonist. You may recall that Laguna Beach: The Real Orange County alum Kristin Cavallari has been tapped to take over LC’s starring position on the show and it looks like they’re already putting the new “It” girl to work. Here are a few pics from the SoCal set of The Hills yesterday evening:

Wooot!!! It is no secret that I am BIG Kristin Cavallari fan from waaaaaay back in the day. I have grown so disillusioned with The Hills in the past couple of seasons but am THRILLED that KC is taking over. I will watch every single ep. I just love that girl!! As I understand it, KC and the cast (which included Brody Jenner, Jayde Nicole, Lauren Lo Bosworth, Stephanie Pratt and Stacey the bartender that “almost broke up Speidi“) got together at a Mexican restaurant for Frankie’s birthday (Kristin brought him a bottle of Patron tequila as her gift). The season finale ep of The Hills (LC’s last) airs this Sunday night on MTV … that’s when KC will officially be introduced on the show. When she arrives at the Speidi wedding, the party gets under way:

I can’t wait!!!!!! With KC starring, I say Long Live The Hills!!! LC may be dunzo but Kristin’s time to shine is just about to begin :)

I mean, I get what they are going for with this vid (the funny) but in the end, I think they missed the mark (hence, they all must die?). I must admit that I did laugh out loud when Lance Bass got confused for Lance Armstrong … that was kinda funny. And to be totally honest, there were a few LOL-worthy jokes but I’m afraid the vid is just way too corny overall. What do y’all think … do you dig it?

MTV Releases New Promo Images For ‘The Hills’ Season 5

The Hills are alive … again. With the 5th season of the MTV reality show debuting next Monday night, it’s about time that we got to check out the new cast promo photos for the upcoming new season. As you may be aware (those of you who have seen the season 5 preview trailer once or twice), Lauren LC Conrad and her ex-BFF turned nemesis Heidi Montag are back to being friends again … or something. Hey, the show needs a gimmick to get folks to tune in again, right? Here are a couple brand spanking new promo pics of LC and Heidi together again:

I understand that the promo photos for the past few seasons had to be Photoshopped so that the girls could be in the same frame (since they didn’t want to be photographed together). Now that all of that is water under the bridge, the girls are — once again — happy to be photographed together. Does this mean that all is forgiven? We shall soon find out. What I want to know is that if there is no more drama between LC and Heidi, what is left to feature on the show? We know that Heidi and Spencer Pratt won’t be breaking up on the show since they never broke up in real life. I doubt they’ll try to pull another fake wedding on us. Will the ongoing drama between Audrina Patridge and Justin Bobby be enough to get people to tune in? Now that the epic feud between LC and Heidi is over, what is there left for Lauren Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt to do? And does Brody Jenner even have to be on the show when he’s got his own Bromance thing happening on the side? I’m sure all these questions and MORE will be answered when the 5th season of The Hills debuts next Monday night. Will you be tuning in?

Brody Jenner & Jayde Nicole Are Dunzo!

And another celeb couple bites the dust … Star magazine is reporting that the fairytale romance betwixt The Hills star Brody Jenner and his Playboy Playmate centerfold paramour Jayde Nicole has come to an end. According to the mag, Jayde had to be carried out unconscious after a long night of partying one time too many for Brody’s liking … they are dunzo, y’all:

He’ll have more time to spend with his bros! Bromance and The Hills star Brody Jenner broke up with his Playboy Playmate girlfriend Jayde Nicole over the weekend after she passed out at the club My House Hollywood on Friday night and he had to carry her out of the place and take care of her the next day. “Jayde parties way too much and Brody couldn’t deal with it any longer,” a source tells Star. The source adds that Brody’s ex, Lauren Conrad is already playing matchmaker for the hunk, saying: “Lauren was happy with the split because she never liked Jayde and told Brody she will find him a new girlfriend.” Brody and Jayde first stepped out together at the MTV Video Music Awards in September. Just last month they cohosted a Valentine’s Day bash at the Highlands in Hollywood.

If a love like this cannot withstand the test of time then surely there is no hope for the rest of us … right? ;) Honestly, I gotta say that I’m not all that shocked at this news … whether this reported break-up is true or not, a couple like this is never meant to last for long. I’m sure Brody has a long list of willing ladies lined up to step in and take Jayde’s place … I’m also sure that Jayde will have no problem finding a nice guy to show her some romantic attention. It IS interesting that Brody is single again now that filming on the 5th and final season of The Hills is underway … might there be a chance for a fictional reunion between Brody and Lauren LC Conrad? HMMMMMM.
