Heidi Montag is officially Mrs. Spencer Pratt. The Hills stars got married in an early evening ceremony at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif., on Saturday, PEOPLE has confirmed. Montag, 22, and Pratt, 25, exchanged vows before about 200 guests, including Audrina Patridge, Kristin Cavallari, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado. The bride wore jewels from Neil Lane, including a pear-shaped diamond floral necklace with multiple diamond chains layered over it, diamond earrings and diamond hairpins, which she picked out the day before the nuptials. Pratt borrowed a pair of diamond cufflinks from the jeweler for the big day.

Early Saturday, the couple arrived at the church in a white Rolls Royce Phantom. Before the ceremony, an airplane flew overhead and wrote “Spencer loves Heidi” in the sky. Pratt, looking dapper in a black suit, smiled and signed autographs for fans outside the church. Meanwhile, Montag posted multiple updates on Twitter throughout the day. “This is going to be the best day of my life,” she wrote at one point. “Thank you God for Spencer.” She also described her wedding dress as “amazing – like a swan princess.”

After making multiple statements that she would not be attending the wedding, Lauren LC Conrad ended up attending the nuptials after all … opting to make a small cameo (most likely for the cameras) before making a hasty exit before the ceremony was over. Five months after eloping in Mexico, Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have said “I do” again. Montag, 22, and Pratt, 25, wed in front of more than 200 guests Saturday at 4 p.m. at the Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, Calif., Usmagazine.com has confirmed. (A skywriter above the church wrote “Spencer Loves Heidi” numerous times in the clouds before the ceremony.) “Today Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt joined hands in marriage during an afternoon ceremony at Westminster Presbyterian Church in Pasadena, CA,” said Rick Rhodes, a rep for the couple. “Dr. Twining F. Campbell served as pastor in front of 200 family and friends. Afterwards, the newlywed couple enjoyed an intimate reception at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA.” Montag — who was draped in close to $1.2 million in Neil Lane jewels — wore a custom-made, $19,000 Monique Lhuillier dress. Her father walked her down the aisle. Her sister, Holly, served as maid of honor. Pratt’s sister, Stephanie, was also a bridesmaid in the ceremony. Pratt wore an Ermenegildo Zegna suit, as did all of his groomsmen. His niece, Ava, was the flower girl. Both Pratt and Montag didn’t shed any tears during the ceremony, a guest tells Us. They also didn’t say their own vows; the minister did. In addition to Pratt’s family, all four of Montag’s parents were present – including her mother, Darlene Egelhof, who initially opposed the couple eloping in Mexico last November. Lauren Conrad, who initially said she would not attend, had a change of heart and showed up, along with Brody Jenner and girlfriend Jayde Nicole, Audrina Patridge, Frankie Delgado, Kristin Cavallari and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth. The ceremony was filmed for their MTV show. Music producers David Foster and Cathy Dennis — who worked with Montag and also produced Katy Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” — were also present. “This is going to be the best day of my life,” Montag wrote on her Twitter page. “Thank you God for Spencer.” She also said her wedding dress was “amazing – like a swan princess.”

For all the crazed hoopla that surrounds this attention-seeking couple, I think the ceremony sounded pretty traditional … and, to my knowledge, there weren’t any overdramatic hijinks at all to be had at the event (unless you count the fact that “Stacie” the bartender [who Spencer "flirted" with this season on The Hills] was invited to the wedding). Heidi threw out her wedding bouquet on the steps of the church in full view of the cameras …

… and that was about the apex of the excitement. For what it’s worth, the ceremony sounded really nice and it does show that the couple — when they are being serious — are capable of doing things the normal way. MTV has released an official statement of congratulations for the couple:

“MTV wishes Heidi and Spencer the best and can’t wait to share their wedding with The Hills fans later this season.”

And that, folks, is that. They’re hitched … for reals. Speidi will be forever joined in holy matrimony … just as the reality TV gods intended. I suppose congrats are in order … yes?

Attending The Hills panel at PaleyFest without being a regular viewer of The Hills is like going to a Friday night party at some condo off Sunset where everybody knows each other and nobody knows you. So you stand there amid an attractive crowd and nod and smile and pretend like you get their jokes. Helpfully, before the panel the producers screen a 20-minute compilation of clips from The Hills that summarizes the first five seasons of the hit MTV docu-soap. The clips are either perfectly edited, or the series has incredible amounts of filler because when the lights come up you feel like you just sat through every single episode and understand everything that’s happened: A blonde girl named Lauren moved to Hollywood and fell in love with another blonde girl named Heidi. They broke up when Heidi fell in love with a blond guy named Spencer. Each season the girls wore more obvious makeup and Lauren cries a lot. Oh, and at one point Lauren went to France. But when the cast comes onstage there’s a glaring omission. Heidi, who was billed to be onstage with Lauren, is not here. This is a considerable letdown, even for those of us who just started watching The Hills roughly 20 minutes ago. We’re told she’s planning for a “big event” this weekend, which is rumored to be her wedding to Spencer. Needless to say, The Hills cameras will be there, and three cast members say they are invited, none of which are Lauren. The biggest news bits from the Q&A:

– Producers were asked if the show will continue beyond the fifth season and gave the usual “we’re in talks … seeing if there are more stories to tell,” etc., etc., answer.

HMMM … I don’t think there was anyone who seriously doubted that it was Spencer who came up with the sex tape rumor, I mean … c’mon. The fact that he finally admits it on camera should come as no shock to anyone. Since this is the “last” season of The Hills, they have to pull out all the stops … the sex tape thing is one big loose end that was never tied up and the Speidi wedding is another. It really sounds like LC is done with the show … which means that any attempts to keep it going without her are going to be really bad, I think. Laguna Beach didn’t really fare so well once she left the show … and when they moved the drama to Newport Beach (introducing a new cast of characters) the whole thing went into the toilet. If MTV is smart, they’ll just let the show end on a relative high note.

But that doesn’t mean they may not try to launch a new show around Heidi and Spencer. It remains to be seen if those two can carry a show all by themselves but, I’m telling you, they’re gonna try. First, tho, they’ve got a little wedding to get thru … let’s see if they can pull that off before they think about launching their own TV show. Lauren Conrad has had her share of romantic escapades on her various MTV series – but now her love life is going to the dogs. In the May 3 episode of FOX’s hit comedy Family Guy, an animated Conrad gets tangled in a romantic web of Brian the dog’s making. PEOPLE.com has a first look at Conrad’s character posing with Brian and Stewie in a take on an iconic Hills shot of Conrad, Audrina Patridge and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth. “She dates Brian for an episode,” show creator Seth MacFarlane tells PEOPLE of Conrad’s guest-voice stint, where Brian goes out with her to disguise the true object of his affection. When asked if it ends happily or badly for the pair, MacFarlane says, “I’m not going to spoil it!”

Ha! You gotta love that LC decided to lend her voice to this ep of Family Guy. Because she is cooperating, I doubt that they will lampoon her too harshly … tho, I’m sure the same cannot be said for her Hills cohorts/foils Heidi Montage and Spencer Pratt. Also, you will note that Audrina was replaced in the photo above with Brian, the dog. See, the jokes just write themselves. What do y’all think … will LC be a welcome addition to the show or not?

I understand that the promo photos for the past few seasons had to be Photoshopped so that the girls could be in the same frame (since they didn’t want to be photographed together). Now that all of that is water under the bridge, the girls are — once again — happy to be photographed together. Does this mean that all is forgiven? We shall soon find out. What I want to know is that if there is no more drama between LC and Heidi, what is left to feature on the show? We know that Heidi and Spencer Pratt won’t be breaking up on the show since they never broke up in real life. I doubt they’ll try to pull another fake wedding on us. Will the ongoing drama between Audrina Patridge and Justin Bobby be enough to get people to tune in? Now that the epic feud between LC and Heidi is over, what is there left for Lauren Lo Bosworth and Stephanie Pratt to do? And does Brody Jenner even have to be on the show when he’s got his own Bromance thing happening on the side? I’m sure all these questions and MORE will be answered when the 5th season of The Hills debuts next Monday night. Will you be tuning in?

Hollywood starlet Ashlee Simpson joined her rocker husband Pete Wentz for an intimate moment on stage at the MTV Australia Awards. The couple surprised audiences with a lengthy kiss after introducing Kings of Leon performing via satellite from New Zealand. “Sorry we haven’t seen each other in a while,” Simpson said. “So we’re going to find a quiet place to go fornicate.” Wentz hosted the annual bash in Sydney, following in the footsteps of Simpson who hosted a few years ago. “I hosted this three years ago so I’m pretty much alumni,” Simpson said. Another surprise came in the form of 1990s rapper Vanilla Ice, who sang his hit Ice Ice Baby – delighting the crowd. Wentz showed off some rockstar antics by diving into the crowd as the Kaiser Chiefs launched into their song Never Miss A Beat. It was very much the Fall Out Boy bassist’s night as his band picked up the Best Rock Video award for their track I Don’t Care. US pop star Pink clinched best video for So What, while former Australian Idol Jessica Mauboy was crowned favourite Aussie. Katy Perry won the breakthrough artist gong, Britney Spears nabbed the best moves trophy, and Aussie band Sneaky Sound System got the independent spirit award. Earlier a raft of stars, including Australian glamour girls Dannii Minogue, Delta Goodrem and Lara Bingle, walked the red carpet at the award ceremony. Audrina Patridge from US reality TV show The Hills delivered gossip from the red carpet, joined by MTV presenters Darren McMullen, Ruby Rose and Maz Compton. US band The Killers opened the show at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre at Darling Harbour, followed by The Fray, Mauboy, Sia, Kaiser Chiefs, and Kings of Leon (via satellite). Sounds like the Aussies had themselves a great time yesterday. For me, here in the US, it’s so strange to think of MTV VMA award shows happening at different times of the year in other countries. Because MTV traditionally has their big bash at the end of Summer, it’s weird for me to think that other MTV outlets around the world have their parties this early in the year. I think it’s really nice of MTV OZ to not only invite Vanilla Ice to their shindig but to allow him to perform as well. Mebbe we can get MC Hammer to do the same when we have our VMAs later this year. In any event, congrats to all the MTV OZ winners. Woot!

Don’t get me wrong, Audrina is a beautiful woman but these photos have been manipulated to the point where she is almost unrecognizable. Her facial features have been softened considerably, especially in her mouth region. She looks pretty spectacular but if you’re gonna hire Audrina to be your spokesperson, why would you manipulate her photos to the point where she doesn’t look like Audrina anymore?

While Lauren Conrad and Lo Boswoth may have vacated their Hollywood Hills pad, it seems they’ve traded up for the island paradise of Turtle Bay. Celebuzz spies in Oahu, Hawaii caught Lauren, Lo, Audrina Patridge and Stephanie Pratt vacationing this weekend at Turtle Bay resort, soaking up sun and cocktails—all on camera. While MTV was unreachable for comment, it seems Season 5 of the reality hit is upon us! “They were all together, sipping Chi-Chi’s [pina colada's with vodka],” the source says, “Lo picked up the tab for drinks and then all four girls laid in the sand.” Elsewhere at the resort, where Jason Segal and Mila Kunis filmed Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Brody Jenner and Frankie Delgado enjoyed bro time while production was manned from two large trucks of equipment. And what can we expect from the island get away, by the time it makes its edited way to our hot little hands? Boy talk! “Lauren and Lo were talking about two guys they met at [Los Angeles club] Apple,” said the spy. The loves and lives of the SoCal girls now contend with expat Whitney Port, and her NYC show The City.

Meh. I gotta admit … the obvious unreality of this reality TV show is really unappealing. I mean, I get that it was always fake to an extent but the stagedness of the series has gotten so out of hand … there isn’t even a single ounce of believability anymore. Mebbe it’s just me but I really preferred the show when MTV at least tried to make the drama seem real … mostly by being more clandestine about how the show gets filmed. They’re not even trying to hide the fact that the show is mostly pre-contrived drivel. I dunno … it’s just not as fun anymore. I also question whether the Hills folks themselves are having any fun any more. After the jump, check out a few photos of the mainstays trying to enjoy the sun and surf in Hawaii …

I kinda get the feeling that the gang are just going thru the motions at this point … that it’s all about the Benjamins. I think I’m still up for watching the show when it returns to the airwaves in a few weeks … I’m not sure why exactly, but I think I’m still there. I mean, really … can we be surprised by this at all? Of course Justin Bobby is going to keep going back to Audrina … after all, there is no way that he can enjoy his reality TV fame without her. She, on the other hand, seems to be physically incapable of being attracted to nice guys unlike JB and, therefore, will always let JB back into her life no matter what he does. I actually feel a bit sad for the poor girl. She can prolly have pretty much any guy she wants and yet she always goes for the ONE guy who treats her the worst. While I question what sorts of storylines for these two are available for exploiting on the next season of The Hills, I might be very interested in watching some sort of intervention on Audrina’s behalf. I’d deffo be up for tuning into the show if only to watch Justin Bobby get expunged from the show forever.

This time around, Audrina had only her family members and tattooed off-camera friends to help with all the heavy lifting. Unlike the scene on Friday afternoon (when Lo looked happy to carry as many heavy boxes as necessary to help Audrina move OUT), Audrina had to rely on her non-Hills crew to help with the dirty work … which is prolly why there were no MTV cameras in the vicinity this time. I’m sure the scene will be worked into a future ep of The Hills in some way … maybe for Lo’s birthday?!

In Touch can exclusively reveal that the Hills girls are about to become even more distant from one another-literally! “Yes I am moving out,” Audrina Patridge confirms to In Touch as she began moving belongings from the house she shares with Lauren Conrad and Lo Bosworth in LA. Audrina and Lauren fell out only weeks after they started living together with LC’s childhood pal Lo.

TMZ also reported on Audrina’s move but about an hour after In Touch did … to their credit, tho, they did manage to offer a new bit of unsubstantiated info:

“The Hills” ain’t big enough for Audrina Patridge anymore. Sources close to Audrina tell TMZ a spin-off show starring Audrina is “in the works.” And it’s all happening fast — moving trucks are in front of the house she shares with Lauren Conrad and Lauren Bosworth right now. MTV released this statement: “MTV has no plans for a spin-off with Audrina.

I’m not entirely sure that I believe that Audrina will get her own spin-off show … especially since Whitney’s spin-off show has yet to air and we have no idea if it’s gonna sink or swim. If anything, I can see Audrina leaving the show altogether to try and make her own way in the world … away from LC’s coattails. Actually, I heard rumblings about Audrina’s defection from the house at the 2008 MTV VMAs Official Afterparty but I kinda forgot about it until this news broke last night. In any event, wherever the road takes you, Audrina, I wish you much happiness and luck … and I’m sure that Lo will always be there to offer a helping hand if ever you feel the need to move even further away from The Hills.
