Jessica is unquestionably a beautiful woman. Her makeup and dress are gorgeous, but the hair is another story. Her bangs look like she cut them with preschool scissors and her locks are lank. She needs to grow her bangs out and cut the dead ends off at least 4 inches, six would be better. I’ve seen Halle looking better, and JLH? Hot yellow mess. She’s need to go back to the highlights and bronzer and stay away from yellow. Very few people can pull it off.
