Filming production continues on the Michigan set of the upcoming sequel film Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice and today we learn of a MAJOR casting spoiler leak that has been revealed by an extra who broke the confidentiality agreement they signed to appear in the film. Because extras get paid very little money, they are sometimes swayed by the promise of money elsewhere if they divulge secrets from movie sets. For the most part, major spoilers about the overall plot of Dawn of Justice have been kept under wraps but because the movie is still 1 1/2 years away from release, there is plenty of opportunities for spoiler details to come out. Speaking on the condition of anonymity, an extra has revealed to a Detroit-area TV station that a major, previously unannounced, character from the DC Comics universe will be included in Dawn of Justice. We already know that Wonder Woman will be featured in the movie and it’s very likely that Aquaman and The Flash may be featured as well … so there are a LOT of DC characters on tap to appear in the movie. But this new information about another major DC Comics character appearing in the movie is so significant that I fell compelled to pass along the info with all y’all. If you are unconcerned about spoilers and you want to know who the character is, please proceed below. More »
It’s only been about a week since same-sex marriages started taking place in Nevada and less than a week since a federal judge struck down Alaska’s ban on same-sex marriage as unconstitutional but today, we have some more happy news to celebrate. A federal judge has just struck down Arizona’s ban on same-sex marriage as unconstitutional, making it the newest state in the US to enjoy marriage equality. As you may recall, the US Supreme Court took action that allowed 5 states to enjoy same-sex marriage earlier this month (action which should also allow another 6 states to enjoy the same equal treatment as well) so, along with today’s ruling in AZ, the number of US states that now have same-sex marriage is into the 30s. I’d say that is cause for much celebration today. More »

Back in October of 2012, we heard that Sam Raimi was reportedly signing on to direct a reboot of the 1982 horror film Poltergeist and while Raimi is NOT directing the the film, we do learn today that the reboot/sequel is coming to theaters next summer. Gil Keegan is directing this remake of Poltergeist which the MPAA has given a PG-13 rating. This is interesting, I think, because the original Poltergeist movie was instrumental in the creation of the PG-13 rating in the first place. Ready or not, here comes a new incarnation of Poltergeist. More »

Late last month, Fergie Ferg officially released the audio of her comeback single LA Love (La La) and, in the process, asked fans to submit photos of themselves making the LA sign with their fingers. She also asked for fans to submit photos they have taken of or with Fergie over the years. Those photos have been complied into a fun lyric video for LA Love (La La) which you can check out above. I am still really loving this new song so I’m happy to share this new video with all y’all. If you happened to submit a photo for possible inclusion, watch the video above carefully to see if you made the cut.
Jimmy Fallon and Brad Pitt got into a heated breakdance conversation on The Tonight Show last night, which you can watch in full above. Even tho there is some stunt breakdancing included, who do you think has the better moves?
Grammy Award-winning singer Erykah Badu decided to see how much money she could make from performing on the streets of NYC without people knowing who she is and she ended up making less than $4.00. The entire thing was recorded and you can watch the video in full below. Had people recognized that it was Badu performing, she likely would’ve gotten more attention … and maybe more money (tho, if I saw Erykah Badu performing on the street, I wouldn’t have given her any money assuming that she wasn’t performing for donations). Click below and see how this little social experiment played out. More »

Back in April we were reminded that Ashley Parker Angel still exists when we learned that his early ’00s boyband O-Town was reforming … without Ashley Parker Angel. Today we are reminded of Ashley again because of the photos he likes to post on Instagram. There is a new thing going around online called #FeelingNuts where men post photos of themselves holding their balls to raise awareness for testicular cancer (think of it as a less virally successful ALS Ice Bucket Challenge) and Ashley posted a photo of himself in his underwear holding his balls. If you can believe it, the sight actually caught my attention. I, then, discovered that APA‘s official Instagram profile is FULL of shirtless, mostly nekkid selfies which probably means he cares less about raising awareness for testicular cancer and is more interested in showing off his buff bod … not that there is a THING wrong with that. And so, I present to you a collection of Ashley Parker Angel‘s shirtless selfies culled from his Instagram profile for your perusal. Have fun.

Things are starting to get really hairy for Gemma on Sons of Anarchy and today we get to read excerpts from an interview that Katey Sagal gave to TV Line about the unraveling of her character on the show and what it means for the overall story. In an effor to not spoil anything for those of you who have yet to watch this week’s ep of SOA, I’ll leave all the spoilery stuff below the cut. As you will read below, tho, Katey talks about the reasoning behind some of Gemma‘s behavior and teases a bit about how things may end up by season’s end. More »
