With the release of The Avengers: Age of Ultron on DVD/Blu-Ray comes a bunch of bonus material including a hilarious gag reel, which has been shared online for our viewing pleasure. Because the video embedded here appears to be unauthorized, it’s very likely that it will not remain online for long … so enjoy it while you can. The full clip of Avengers f*ck-ups can be enjoyed over and over to one’s heart’s content on the official video release of this movie and if the embed above is any indication, this video release is a must-own for Avengers fans. I think my fave parts of this gag reel are the kissing scenes … and Dr. Selvig‘s scenes. The whole thing is funny as hell, so enjoy.
A week ago, we got to see a really cute throwback photo that Beyoncé shared of her little girl Blue Ivy. Today we get to see current photos of Blue with her fabulous parents Bey and Jay Z holidaying it up together on a yacht living the life somewhere out in the world. Bey uploaded a few photos to her official Instagram profile and as you can see below, the B-Jay family is having a grand ol’ time together. Bey and Blue are even wearing matching bathing suits, which is just too entirely adorable for words. Have a look below and share in the fun, won’t you? More »

Last night, for night 3 of my 7 nights of concerts this week, I made my way down to San Diego, CA to see the amazing Morrissey in concert. Altho I will be seeing him at the FYF Festival here in LA this weekend, I knew that I couldn’t pass up the chance to see Mozzer live in concert all on his own at a semi-local show. Originally, Morrissey was only scheduled to play SD on the night of August 20 — which I couldn’t make because I had tickets to see Shania Twain in concert here in LA (on night 2 of my 7 nights of concerts) — so I was elated when he added a second concert for the 22nd. The show, I can assure you, was so much fun. Moz has changed up his setlist a bit and has added new elements to his live performance which makes this particular show a must-see. I’m SO glad I was able to get down to San Diego to see the man himself in action. More »

I was just sitting here thinking to myself, maybe I’ll go see Straight Outta Compton tonight. I read the incredible Dee Barnes article, and I read Trent’s review, and I hate being out of the cultural loop. However. Survivor’s Remorse Season Two is premiering tonight so, the NWA biopic will have to wait another day! If you missed Season One of this show, you really missed a treat. It’s just 6 episodes, so you totally have time to catch up before tonight—for free, whether you have Starz or not. But you can do that anytime! I really love what this show is doing, particularly in terms of its unique take on black comedy (which I wrote about for Paste). Mike O’Malley (Shameless writer, Glee actor) created it, and Jessie Usher, RonReaco Lee (yasss), Tichina Arnold, Mike Epps and Teyonah Parris (Mad Men!) are just a few members of this great cast—all of whom were really sweet to me when I visited the set a few months back. Peep the video above for the Season Two trailer, ICYMI, and please watch with me tonight!

Stop everything. Put everything down. Do not pass Go. Do not collect $200—the only thing you need in life is this Outkast Reunion sketch from Key & Peele. I watched it last night (shouts out to PITNBr Janeen!) but cannot keep watching it, because it is the anti-productivity. I will sit here and do nothing else for the rest of the day if I watch this again. If you ever wanted to know WHAT HAPPENED to this incredible rap duo—and why they’ll probably never be again—please let this video explain all.

Earlier today we saw photos of Banksy‘s new art exhibit/installation Dismaland, which is a 2.5 acre life-size dystopian amusement park that showcases the artwork of over 50 artists. Right now, we get to see an excellent video tour of Dismaland, provided by Channel 4 News. The photos we saw earlier are great but this video tour gives us a much better understanding what this Banksy exhibit truly entails. For those of us who are unable to travel to the UK to visit Dismaland in person, this video is a nice consolation prize. Have a look above and see what Banksy‘s Dismaland is all about, in all it’s depressing glory.
The N.W.A. biopic Straight Outta Compton has proved to be such a box office hit (on track to enjoy a second week in the #1 position at the box office this weekend) that we learn today that plans are in the early stages for a sequel film to come somewhere down the line. Compton briefly features cameo appearances by actors who play Snoop Dogg and Tupac and it is being reported today that the proposed sequel film will focus on those two men and their relation to Death Row Records (which was founded by Dr. Dre and Suge Knight). Normally, I would bristle at news of a hastily conceived sequel film that stems from an already excellent biopic film but considering how well Straight Outta Compton turned out, I am actually looking forward to the same treatment being given to the true life stories of Snoop Dogg and Tupac Shakur.
