C’mon now; you know you wanna see Snooki‘s first ultrasound.
MTV‘s new reality show Snooki & JWOWW premieres June 21st and we can’t wait to see the BFFs in all their sun-tanned and hair-extensioned glory. The idea of Nicole and Jenni apartment-hunting in Jersey City is kind of adorable. But one wonders what will actually happen on the show? Will they go to Karma (and risk the baby’s life)? Will they go tanning (and risk the baby’s life)? Or will they go to the beach– and risk the baby’s life– because you never know with Snooki? Peep the “First Look” to find out!
My last night here in Detroit wasn’t all that exciting … despite the fact that we *tried* to make it exciting … well, we talked about it at least. The plan was to see my parents, then go out to dinner, then see a movie. OK, not really exciting but more exciting than what actually happened. Instead, my night went like this — see my parents, grab take-out for dinner … eat ice cream in bed … fall asleep. Yep, that’ was pretty much it. More »
Back in October of 2010 we first learned of the plan to reboot and bring back the classic 1960′s TV series The Munsters to network TV. Earlier this year, back in March, we learned not only that this new version of The Munsters — now titled Mockingbird Lane — is going into production but also that comic actor Eddie Izzard nabbed the role of Grandpa Munster. Today we learn officially that Jerry O’Connell has been cast in the leading male role of Herman Munster. I’m guessing his sizable forehead had something to do with his casting ;) More »
Isn’t the internet wicked cool sometimes? Elizabeth Banks (aka Effie Trinket from Hunger Games) made this announcement on her official website: “I’ll be live via the interwebz with you right here on ElizabethBanks.com at 5 pm PST today! I’m taking all of your questions about summer fashion, summer lovin’, and my film People Like Us, which comes out on June 29th.”
So at 5 pm (8 pm EST) I will most likely be asking her if she has any plans to make Zack & Miri Make A Porno sequel. Because I need that in my life.
The beloved Betty White was honored in Hollywood, CA yesterday with her very own wax likeness at Madame Tussaud’s Wax Museum. As you may know, celebrities and notables of varying degrees of famousness have been paid tribute to in wax by Madame Tussaud’s and Betty is only the latest such luminary to be honored in this way. Betty was on hand for her wax statue’s unveiling and, I gotta say, the artisans at Madame Tussaud’s did a pretty good job bringing Betty, um, “to life” with this statue. Yesterday we got our first look at Lindsay Lohan in hair and make-up as Elizabeth Taylor on the set of the upcoming made for TV biopic film Liz & Dick. As you may recall, the photo we saw yesterday was pretty underwhelming. Today we get to see new photos of Lindsay and her co-star Grant Bowler in character as Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton and, thankfully, these photos look much better than the one we saw yesterday. The folks producing this made for TV movie have released the first official promo photo from Liz & Dick and it’s a surprisingly impressive photo. A few candid photos have been snapped from the movie set as well … check out all of these new photos below. More »
Dear Anthony Vaccarello‘s Dresses,
I love you… and I loathe you. I love you because you are beautiful, futuristic, and dripping with intensity. I loathe you because I have no place to wear you. I’m also a size 4/6 depending on whether or not I worked out this week and I probably didn’t; and you don’t come in size 4/6, now do you? That’s okay, it’s fine, I’m fine with that. Whatever. Just stop making me wish I had a reason to buy you… and the money with which to do so. Just stop, okay?
Ridley Scott‘s new sci-fi film Prometheus opens in theaters here in the US this Friday and to promote its release, a couple of new TV spots have been released that creepily feature the classic bedtime song Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star. I’m guessing that the lullaby nature of the song has something to do with the film’s plot — which I’m hearing from people who have seen the film is NOT a prequel to Alien (as has been assumed by many). Click below to check out these new TV spots and see if they put you in the mood for a good night’s sleep. More »
