Anne Rice’s ‘Interview With The Vampire’ Is Being Made Into A Graphic Novel

Great news, Anne Rice fans … today we learn that her classic novel Interview with the Vampire is being made into a graphic novel. The book has already been turned into a film (starring Brad Pitt and Tom Cruise) and a Broadway stage musical (which, sadly, didn’t live very long) so it seems perfectly natural for the story to made the transition to the comic book page. Rice herself is somewhat involved with the project. Click below to hear what she has to say about the Interview graphic novel and check out an illustration of the vampire child Claudia from the book. BBC Censors ‘Torchwood: Miracle Day’ In The UK, John Barrowman Takes Issue

Torchwood: Miracle Day, the first season of the long-running British series produced and filmed in the US, is doing very well on the Starz network but back in the motherland of the UK, it’s hit a bit of a snag. Barrowman has gone on the record to express his disappointment at the BBC‘s decision to censor the scene. Read what he has to say about the censorship below … and check out a few HOT if kinda NSFW screencaps of the same-sex love scene in question below. More »

The temps in LA have been in the high 80s/low 90s for the past week … but it is much cooler here in SF. As much as I don’t love cold weather, let me tell you, it’s a nice change of pace. More »
