Last week we got our first look at the upcoming Disney/Pixar animated short film Toy Story Toons: Partysaurus Rex with the release of a couple of promo photos. Today we get to see a clip from the short film itself. As you may know, Partysaurus Rex will show exclusively with the forthcoming theatrical re-release of Finding Nemo in 3D, due out next month. This short clip is really cute and is really getting me excited to see the full short film. Enjoy!!
Earlier this week we learned the surprising news that original castmember Ronn Moss (who is the only actor ever to play the role of Ridge Forrester) has been let go from the daytime drama series The Bold and the Beautiful due to failed contract negotiations. Today we learn the even more surprising news that Moss isn’t merely being let go, he will likely be replaced. Because Ridge Forrester is such an integral character on the daytime soap, it is being reported that when the character returns to the series he will be played by a different actor!!! More »

Yesterday we got to see an OMFG-worthy new trailer for Dexter season 7 and today we get to see an equally exciting new trailer for Homeland season 2. As you can see above, this new trailer gives us a look at some of the action that will take place thruout the entire forthcoming season. Like the Dexter trailer, I suppose this Homeland trailer could be considered “spoilery” but, for me, it’s a must see for all Homeland fans. Additionally, Showtime has released new poster artwork for the show … which you can see in full below. More »

Tinashe is a completely new artist to me, and I am sooo grateful to Sound Is Style for bringing her into my life! Until today, I’d never heard of her, but after listening to this remix (and then the original) I’ll be sure to remember the name. Her song The Last Night On Earth just got the ill remix courtesy of San Fransisco’s Charlie Yin, aka Giraffage and I am sooo feeling it! It’s such a Friday song, and even if you don’t have plans to get faded as a m’fer, you can still enjoy the track. Meanwhile, I’m acquainting myself with more of this girl’s music.
Where have I been? Any Tinashe fans in the building? Okay, I can’t resist putting the original song inside!
Earlier this month we learned that US Olympic swimmer Ryan Lochte is lookin’ to expand his career into the world of acting. This week, Lochte filmed a guest appearance on an upcoming episode of 90210. BUT, it turns out that acting isn’t Ryan‘s only new endeavor … it would seem that he is also a bit of an entrepreneur. Lochte already sells a collection of times on his official website emblazoned with his trademark catchprhase Jeah. In order to keep those sales brisk, he has decided to trademark the catchphrase. Yes, for real. More »

It won’t be long now! In November, the Twilight Saga comes to an end, as all things must. And if you’re a fan, here are a few new photos from Breaking Dawn Part 2 to help you emotionally prepare for the end of an era. If you’re not a huge fan, and don’t really know which Twilight movies you have or have not seen (I think I saw Bella get engaged… and then kiss that other guy but wait no, she still loves the main guy and wants to be a vampire, right?), then these photos can still be enjoyed. For one, there’s the cinematic reunion of Robsten, in better days. And then there’s the part where I’ll use any Twilight news as an excuse to post a new video from Twihard, Emma Clark. Inside. Enjoy!
Back in April I was THRILLED by the news that Jennifer Lopez was FINALLY hitting the road on her FIRST EVER World Tour and last night, I got to see J. Lo in action here in LA. I missed out on scoring sweet tickets when the show when on sale a couple of months ago but I figured as the date drew closer, I’d be able to find a decent ticket on Stubhub or something. I kept looking for tickets but they were all way too pricey so … I waited. A day before the show, I almost purchased a lower bowl ticket when I decided to see what tickets might be available on Ticketmaster. Long story short, I ended up buying a FRONT ROW ticket for the show totally on accident! Basically, I knew I had a floor seat but I didn’t know until I got there that my seat was right up against the catwalk stage. I had a better seat than music legend Barry Gordy, who was also at the show last night. I honestly had the best time EVER! See some of my amazing photos below and check out a kickass video of J. Lo performing Let’s Get Loud. More »
