After 31 years together as a band, R.E.M. broke up in September of 2011 … but that doesn’t mean that they are out of the music spotlight entirely just yet. Earlier this year, the band released a definitive greatest hits album titled Collapse Into Now. R.E.M. has just released a music video for their single Blue and wouldn’t you know it, Lindsay Lohan makes a cameo! James Franco directed the video and, well, TA DA! Check out the clip and see what you think. It may be the best thing that Lindsay has ever appeared in, to be honest.
It’s been another crAzY week over here at PITNB. Between trying to make sense of the Kevin Clash/Elmo scandal, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez‘s thing (or non-thing), and allll of Kristen Stewart‘s red carpet looks, I’m kinda wiped out, lol. Plus, my two favorite shows brought so much drama this week! Sunday’s Revenge was insane, and this week’s Scandal was not to be outdone. Sooo much ish popped off I don’t even know how we’re gonna address it all; we better get started. Like, now. Get inside!

For the past few weeks we’ve been hearing about a film titled Dallas Buyers Club where actor Matthew McConaughey has been spotted BONE THIN for the role. Honestly, I just can’t bring myself to post photos of Matthew looking so emaciated because he looks really, really scary thin. It turns out that actor Jared Leto is featured in the film as well … but instead of playing a scary thin AIDS patient, Jared is playing a marginally thin drag queen. Click below to get your first look at Jared‘s best drag look. More »
For the past few days I’ve been pretty much doing everything that I can to keep myself occupied … because too much thinking isn’t really fun for me right now. On Monday, totally on accident, I ended up indulging a bit of retail therapy. I’ve been mulling over buying an iPad of my own but since David had one, I would just play with his whenever I wanted. I guess the time is right for me to get my own. I’ve been playing with it ever since I got it and am amazed I went this long without getting one. Needless to say, a new toy goes a long way in keep myself distracted … which really helps these days. More »

Earlier today we learned the SHOCKING news that Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez were spotted creepin’ together at a hotel in Beverly Hills, CA this week mere milliseconds after the couple ended their torrid 2 year love affair. BUT, before The Biebs enjoyed his clandestine meet-up with Selena, he was spotted tooling all over LA on a shiny new Ducati crotch rocket (just one day after he got busted by the cops for a traffic violation in his Ferrari). Wanna see JB and his new toy? Check out the photos below and take a gander. More »

It’s happened y’all! Tina Fey and Paul Rudd are finally playing lovers in a new movie. Yes, this is a big deal for a lot of us, lol. I’m sooo psyched about Admission, the new flick from About A Boy director Paul Weitz. The new trailer shows Tina Fey in a very familiar role– she’s a successful, ambitious woman with no kids (something of which she’s constantly reminded), but this story has a twist that I kinda love. Peep the video for more! Oh, and shouts-out to PITNBR ClaireMichelle– I know you love you some Paul Rudd ;)
Admissions hits theatres March 8, 2013.
This is very likely the saddest thing I’ve ever had to share with all y’all … it is very possible that tasty treats like Twinkies, Ho Hos, Ding Dongs, Sno Balls and all other products made by Hostess will be dunzo — forever! Hostess has announced that they are going out of business! The company has been feuding with striking employees (over a various number of things, like salary and retirement) and as a result they maintain that they cannot continue to keep the business going. Folks, this is no joke … NO MORE TWINKIES … EVER! Why are we not rioting in the streets about this?!? More »
Tim Burton has brought so many, many good things into our lives (Edward Scissorhands, Beetlejuice, Ed Wood, etc). He’s been getting a lot of hateration for recent projects (i.e. Dark Shadows), but I’m always interested in his new films. I’m not sure what to make of a live-action Pinocchi movie, but apparently it’s happening. Robert Downey Jr. is expected to play the woodcarver Geppetto (that’s kinda hilarious) and now the screenwriter from Kick-Ass and X-Men: First Class is on board. Click inside to learn more!
