'Brightmoor' sounds pretty awesome
Some time last year I realized that FX was one of the best networks on TV. Comedies like Married and You’re the Worst really converted me, so I’ve been getting excited about all of their upcoming projects. Right now, the network only has one animated series—the much-beloved show Archer. I’ve never watched it, but I just edited this hilarious Mad Men/Archer mashup gallery for Paste and it’s clear that I’ve been missing out. So I’ll definitely be tuning in to this new show, which Sean “Diddy” Combs has been developing. Click inside for more!

Sorry, not sorry. Tonight the second half of Mad Men‘s final season premieres and I am having a really hard time thinking about anything else. I’m emotional, I’m bingeing old episodes on Netflix, and I need you to join me in this. I have no idea WHAT we should talk about, but let’s just only talk about Mad Men, okay? Favorite characters, favorite scenes, favorite girlfriend or wife of Don Draper? Favorite creepy Betty moment (she can be so creepy, I love it), or favorite Pete Campbell quote? Let’s discuss it all! David Beckham will appear as a guest on The Late Late Show with James Cordon tonight and to promote his appearance on the show, a parody underwear line video starring Becks and Cordon has been released. I think it’s supposed to be a funny spoof of Beckham‘s real underwear ads but it’s not really all that funny. Becks still looks way hot in his undies so … the video is deffo worth a look. Check out the video above and then tune in late late tonight to watch him on The Late Late Show if you’d like to see more.
YES! YES! YES!!!!!!
OMG! YESSSSS!!! Back in January we learned that NBC optioned the right to produce the show The Wiz as their next musical production but, at the time, it wasn’t yet determined if NBC was going to move forward with The Wiz or with the infinitely BORING musical The Music Man. Today, THANK YE GODS, we learn the very happy news that NBC has officially decided to go with The Wiz as their next musical production. A couple of years ago, they did The Sound of Music, last year they did Peter Pan and this year they will FINALLY get it right with a new production of The Wiz! This show is my everything.
There are a few things in life that never, ever disappoint me. And we all need those things. Your children are great, but they will [usually unintentionally] disappoint you at some point. Your lover, your spouse, your parents, your self—all very capable of disappointing you. Hell, even your favorite pizza place forgot the damn paper plates that one time you really needed them. But The Good Wife? My goodness. I can’t think of the last time I walked away from an episode bored or disappointed (which is more than I can even say for my beloved Scandal). Last night, though? We got one of the absolute GOAT Good Wife scenes, and I have to discuss. Click inside for more!
I think this lasted longer than their Super Bowl performance
The women of Destiny’s Child returned to their roots last night and reunited at the Stellar Gospel Music Awards. I can’t even imagine how shocked the gospel fans in the audience must have been, and they are surely giving thanks today for the surprise of a lifetime. Michelle Williams won her first Stellar Award for Best Music Video for her song Say Yes, which Beyoncé and Kelly Rowland joined her to perform. Click inside for more!
I co-sign this movement
This is weird. I’ve been obsessing over Amber Rose a bit via her Instagram posts, but I’m actually finding myself aligned with her on an idealogical level and it’s a little bizarre. In just a few key Instagram posts, she took down entertainment articles that fat-shamed her, slut-shamed her friend Blac Chyna, and announced the release of her forthcoming book. So. Yeah. I think I’m in love or something. Click inside for more.
He's basically just showing off right now
Whoooo Lorde … Calvin Harris posted a photo on his official Instagram profile where he is basically showing off his amazingly sick half nekkid body BECAUSE HE CAN. In the accompanying caption, Calvin says he is “training for his next Armani shoot” but we all know good and well he is proud of how hot he looks and his happy to show it off. I don’t blame him for doing so. In fact, I welcome this kind of behavior. Click below to see the photo in question and see what all the hubbub is about. You might want to make sure no one is watching you just in case you let out a gleeful little gasp when you see the photo. More »

Because it's probably happening!
For some reason, I have been watching old Buffy the Vampire Slayer episodes on Netflix lately. Season Three, about an episode a day, as if I haven’t already seen SlayerFest 98 10 times already. I suppose, even with all of the great TV that’s currently on, I miss the vampires! I miss all of my weird shows from back in the day, of which there are currently no replacements. So I can’t help but be incredibly psyched about this news. The X-Files is most likely coming back, so you’d better start emotionally preparing now. Click inside for more!

Well, damn. I'm in.
Wasn’t I just talking about Nymphomaniac yesterday? And how much I love/was traumatized by it? I wrote a little about how the film kind of made me a Shia LaBeouf fan. But all of the performances in the movie were really strong, especially that of the lead actor, Charlotte Gainsbourg, whose face continues to haunt my dreams. LOVED her, and I will now watch every movie she’s in. So it looks like I’m definitely going to see the Independence Day sequel, ID Forever, as Gainsbourg has now been cast, alongside Liam Hemsworth and Jessie Usher. Click inside for more!
